And here we have three different apartments that I want to show you inshallah today. Starting from the biggest one uh with around 197 square m. Actually the biggest one will be the following one after that. It's about 201 m almost the same. and then a smaller one which is going to be a bit cheaper and a bit smaller. So, let's go and check out these amazing apartments that have been so much in demand. As you know, we're trying our best to of course accommodate all the requests coming in. And on top of that, I want to tell you that, you know, it's it is possible for you guys to live in Medina and buy property in Medina. There is a process, however, right? It's not it's not straightforward right now, especially because this again falls under the Medina in the Haram zone, right? This is within the haram boundary. So, this makes it like, you know, a little bit more procedure for you to be able to invest and buy into this uh property. But for those for example who are looking to live here and move to Medina for them we have of course specific routes available inshallah through business setup uh you can get a business license you can get the which is basically the residency and through that and residency you can purchase right um but if you're looking to invest now that's when things get tricky and then you might have to wait a little while while longer while we get those uh updates from the government uh for the foreign investors who don't have any residency status and just want to use their passport or even the digital ID which has been uh announced already on the official uh government portal. However, uh still people are having some issues getting through with that. So inshallah with due time that all of that will be opened up. But for those looking to make an immediate move on this amazing prices and this level right because later on we don't know once the geographic zones have been announced we don't know what the prices are going to be like right already we're seeing in knowledge economic city how the prices have gone up to for a two-bedroom apartment it's like 2 million 2.3 2.4 4 million real. So here you're looking at like you can see the prices here, right? Between 540 to 620,000 real like for for massive apartments, three-bedroom apartments, onsuite bathrooms, all of that, right? You got apartment for, you know, 600,000 620,000 real 200 square meter apartment, right? So uh this is what I'm saying like this is in a beautiful community for this price. So that's that the issue is the the ownership uh laws and the status. So for that you will need to um you know of course uh get in touch with us and uh and then you know we can guide you for for getting that through the through the business setup license and especially if you're planning to relocate fully even if it's within 12 months it's fine. You know you can get a head start on it. Maybe even for some people they might be able to uh do a business here and and and get the business license on the side and still have through that business uh license they can also get the residency and own this villas too. So you know that's why I'm saying that this requires of course a customized plan a customized uh advisory session.
