You can choose resale. >> All right, I am back here at the Vendors Village in Clarksville, Indiana. It's taken us a couple days to process all of the games from that collection. Now that all the games are processed, we're going to go ahead and load up our showcases to see what can sell in the next month or so. [Music] time we've been here, the amiios have sold pretty much down to the last 1/4 of them. Uh we have some empty spaces to kind of revamp up the showcase. We could probably put two more consoles inside this empty space. We're going to try to shuffle some things around uh to make it look more appealing for others. Here's another one of my showcases. This one has mostly retro games, PS1, N64, and some complete inbox stuff. I have a small section of GameCube games back there. That's probably where I could put the rest of my GameCube games I'm bringing in today. We got some high-end games like Caroline for the PS2, Switch games, and NES. Uh NES stuff is right here along with Super Nintendo. Uh so we're going to go ahead and reorganize it all. [Music] The uh Gamecube games I purchased for my collection. I've got them all labeled in the front and in the sides as you see here. So that way when I stack them across like this, all the prices can be seen by somebody who's interested in purchase purchasing them. Obviously a rogue PS2 game that will belong in our PS2 section. Uh our PS2 section is actually down here. As you can see, all the games have a price tag on this side. So what we have here is a bunch of Super Nintendo games as well. We got Mario's that are really good sellers for us. So, go ahead and put them here in the Super Nintendo section. Go ahead and shuffle some of this stuff around. So, the best way to sell games in my opinion, especially things that are 15 or $20 and under, are in these showcases. You lose a lot less after commission and fee. A lot better uh profit margins for me. However, things tend to sell a bit slower here, which is not an issue. I don't mind sitting on stuff like this, especially if I've made most of my money back selling parts of the collection on eBay already. I honestly treat this place kind of as a storage unit for my games or my collection. Uh, so eventually when I want to sell it all, I know exactly where to pick them up from. A good question I get asked often is, uh, what if somebody steals something from your showcases? Have you had issues with theft? I have, not with this specific location. In different locations, I've had instant of of theft. Uh, but as you can see, there are cameras here. Uh, especially to protect vendors like me, as you see right here. Uh, they have surveillance for each row. Employees can access these showcases as well. So, they're all locked up. I also want to make sure I display my better games up here to attract customers. And if they're wanting to shop for other games, they can scan in the back. As you can see, the title is visible along with the pricing. That way it can be better shopping experience for those people who are interested in buying retro games at my location. Let's try to fill in some of the empty spaces. We're going to have to find a new home for these guys. A thing about having multiple showcases is being able to have the flexibility of rearranging things. So, I thought maybe the Gamecube games won't stand out as much up here and I have empty middle space, which is a prime real estate for attention. I could put the Wii and Gamecube games right here in the center after I shift the amiios to the side. So, let's work on that real quick. So, now that we moved that over there, we can remove this right here and add all the higherend Wii and Gamecube games right here in this empty spot. Here's [Music] another one of our showcases. I think the Pokemon cards can go right right here very well uh next to this. So once we move this away, all those packs of Pokemon cards can have that good space of good home right there. So kind of stay on the theme of Pokemon cards. So we're going to go ahead and rearrange some of this stuff as well. So a lot of thought goes behind whenever I buy a collection of where will it go, how much can I get for it, how can I best display it to make a good business model. >> So there we go. It fits perfectly there to display all the Pokémon cards that we have. And we've moved the PS3 games up there. So, there's honestly a lot of empty space here in my opinion on this flat spot so we could highlight some items. We kind of rearranged more things in here as well to make it stand out. Since all these shelves are completely stacked with N64 games, and the best way to display my N64 games is lay them flat. I'm going to go ahead and lay them all out right here. [Music] Here's the final look on these games. That's the top row. Here's the bottom row of N64 games. I can't say how much I love these acrylic stands I found on Amazon. Uh they're super nice. You can stack games or stack um your amiios or figures. It just gives it more volume in your showcase, especially for these kind of things. That way people can see everything and all the labels on it. Just like that. Kind of makes a little tear. Just keep doing a little bit more organization uh for appeal for people to want to stop by and take a look at things. You want to make sure everything is nicely neat and ordered and all the price tags are visible. So that's where I used to have all the GameCube and Wii stuff and I've since moved them here. Now all Now all that we have left is to fill in the spaces for the consoles. So, to kind of show you a closer look at my labels, this is my vendor number 4499 along with what the item title is on the top row when I've tested it and the price that I have listed it as. And then again here, this should be labeled Super Nintendo. But what I'm going to do is I'm going go ahead and stack it in the back of it behind it. So whenever they take out this console, they know that the cables that belong to it are right behind it. So I've done that for every single console here as well. all the N64 stuff, PS1, PS2, and the Sega Genesis. [Music] >> Now, the final step is the showcase and waiting for it to sell. We got these special locks and got pushed. Shoot, I locked inside the case. Now I can't get it out. Uh, I need help getting this lock out. [Music] >> Well, I'm back with the keys from side. There we go. Do it from the outside so you guys can see how block goes on. And just like that, we're all locked up. So whenever somebody wants to buy an item, they have to ask one of the employees to come unlock the case for them to pick out a certain game. And when they're all done, they go ahead and pay for this item up here at the cash register. And we can see in real time on the web on the dashboard for vendors village of what time this item sells and what item it is that has sold. So that is the complete process of from buying a collection to testing, processing, pricing, and listing it at my location for sale. Look at this. >> Not only is this a great place to sell your items, but it could also be a good potential place to source items. Other vendors will have video games that may be underpriced for you to flip. Or you may end up finding something for your own personal collection, like these complete and boxed games or consoles. So, go ahead and search your local area to see if there's some place like this for you to make money by sourcing or by selling. Hi everybody. That's all right. >> I hope you guys are able. So I know that not every state or city has a setup like this where you can set up showcase. So, I know that I So, I know that not every state or city has something like this, an indoor flea market where you can set up, pay your monthly rent, and just take a small commission. But take this as a principle of looking for some place around you that may have the similar setup. It would honestly be a lot a great semi. So, I know that not every city or state So, I know that not every city or state will have a setup like this. uh people. So, I know that not every city or state will have something like this, an indoor flea market where you can set up all week without actually having to be there. But if you can locate something someplace like this around you to [Applause]
