Analysis Summary
Ask yourself: “What would I have to already believe for this argument to make sense?”
Performed authenticity
The deliberate construction of "realness" — confessional tone, casual filming, strategic vulnerability — designed to lower your guard. When someone appears unpolished and honest, you evaluate their claims less critically. The spontaneity is rehearsed.
Goffman's dramaturgy (1959); Audrezet et al. (2020) on performed authenticity
Worth Noting
Positive elements
- This video provides a unique perspective on how a high-net-worth individual reconciles sudden wealth with a search for existential meaning and ethical responsibility.
Be Aware
Cautionary elements
- The 'Prosperity Gospel' framing, where religious devotion is marketed as a tool for 10x business growth and material 'baraka'.

[music] [music] [music] I love you. >> [music] [singing] [music] >> Hey. [music] [singing] [music] >> [singing] [music] >> You see many people in this world who pray to have a better life to get wealthy and once they have wealth they forget about the creator. And I basically lived the reverse cycle which means that I was working my whole life and I was fully in materialism. And once I achieved wealth, I found Islam. How did this all happen? It's actually very simple. I already shared with you in the first video of our video series that becoming wealthy gave me the chance to have time to think and to reflect because wealth can be our biggest blessing and it can be our biggest punishment. And at this time I realized, okay, I have everything now. I have a Lambo. I can live wherever I want. I don't need to worry. I can go to the most expensive hotels, most expensive restaurants, wear the best clothes, but what's next? And I saw a lot of people around me who achieved this and they were lost all of a sudden. I saw people getting drug addicted. I saw people dying. I saw people going crazy and becoming decadent and becoming arrogant and treating people extremely bad. I saw people getting depressed. I saw the worst stories around me from people where you would think, hey, they have everything right. They are wealthy now. They have a lot of money. So I realized, hey, it actually doesn't give you the full happiness. I never really had this expectation but at this spot I realized of course it's good to have this resources and your life is more easy but it's not that you will be automatically 100% happy and I realized okay now I can have 10 cars but does it bring me much more in life no so I would should rather think what's the main purpose of life and is there hereafter and I started to realize not only materalistic is real there are something else and the more I learned about this the more I took it serious and then I understood that I'm wealthy now I'm intelligent I have a lot of influence and I think that Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala put me into this position he showed me the way and there's a reason why I have this revert story and there's a reason why I have this wealth there's a reason why I have this dreams that I shared with you in the last video I need to do something I have this one life I got put here into this world with a specific role that I need to fulfill. And this life can't be anymore only about me, about my instant egoistic needs. Our life is a test. And everything that we do is written down. And with this wealth, I can do a lot. And I realize I can't live like this anymore. I mean, look behind me. There are all the banks. It's all good. It's all wealthy in the places and the circles where I am. But look at all these other places around the world. This is not just chaos. There's death. There's war. There are so many countries which are suffering from other people who have a lot of money. But evil people who choose the wrong path. The opposite of Tikas who stay on the right path. They on the wrong path. So what's the solution? Just to hate on them? No. the people with righteous values who already got blessed with this position to have some money, have some influence or have other skills, they need to do something. I understand that I already have businesses in the US and if you want to change something positive in the US, you can't just hate on this country. You need to use your influence. Democratic countries are so easy to influence as a righteous person. The more I went into this direction, I felt automatically better. And this gives gives you real baraka. This gives you real blessings in life. When you feel that, oh yeah, now I got more watches. It's all good. But you realize after some time it's just empty, an empty shell of things. There's nothing inside. But when you start to hire the right employees, when you start to try, even maybe it won't work because Allah subhana wa ta'ala decides if what you're doing right now it will work in the future or not. But even trying to build something righteous in this world, to help the poor, to do something which helps the um to do something which influences the world positively, to use your wealth to build a family, to use the influence to spread Islam. These are all things which give you really really really so much happiness that you just can't gain only from materialism. And this was another concept then that I learned in Islam. It's about intention. In Islam I learned that if you have the right intention, you basically get pluses. you're doing the right deeds with almost everything. Because if you have the right intention with a woman, they can be a good family as an outcome. If you have the right intention, an honest intention with a business partnership, they can be a perfect outcome. If you have an honest intention with your wealth and you're using it and you can do things, it's okay that you enjoy your life, but that you also use it for the community to change something good. the outcome is 10 times higher. And then I learned more and more and more about the concepts in Islam about Isan which is excellency which means they are all the duties that I need to fulfill in Islam. But Isan means to do even more than this duties which means I work for 8 hours, 12 hours, 14 hours. I have all this wealth and besides of my obligations, I do more to influence the world better. And this gives also me more in this life as a happiness and in the hereafter because I'm getting positive deeds and already striving for it. This gave me real happiness. And now just look at this result. I'm doing better things for the world. I'm not thinking egoistically about my short-term needs. I'm thinking about my duty, my responsibilities in life. But somehow because I base my duties and my acts every single day, what I do every single day based on what I have to do, I'm still more happy. It's just clear that this gives you more happiness in this life. It's Islam will not stop you earning money. This is something that I thought in the beginning that what people told me okay you know when you will convert then you will stop uh working or not doing so much because you will think it's not worth it and metalism is bad and money is bad since I converted to Islam my businesses are working 10 times better my business partnerships my [music] friendships my surrounding my community is 10 times better I attract the right people not based on shallow values I attract them based on the right values So Islam helped me with business but it helped me even more to use it for the right purpose to get baraka to get blessings and to get more happiness out of it and it's not tied to some materialistic items. There's so much I want to do in the future. I plan so many business things until the end of my life inshallah which are positive for the world. And I hope this video was positive for you and I hope to see you in the next video inshallah. Morning. Allah
