Primary technique

Parasocial leveraging

Leveraging the one-sided emotional bond you form with creators you watch regularly. Because you feel like you "know" them, their opinions carry the weight of a friend's advice rather than a stranger's. Creators can monetize this by blurring genuine sharing with paid promotion.

My name is Aziz Samuel Aziz. I'm the founder of wealthconulting.com, privateprocessing.com, and isamank.com. And today, I will reveal the best Muslim cities in the world to do business inshallah. And in this video, I won't share any country or city where you can build a small local business because this channel here is all about the digital Islamic golden age, which means that we can create a golden age guided by our righteous Islamic principles. And it has never been so easy because a few hundred years ago, you couldn't just print money online and change the course of the world. So bismillah let's begin with these countries and a few countries will totally shock you and surprise you. But before I share with you the best Muslim cities to do business, I want to share with you a few countries and cities which are famous for hijra but they didn't made it into my list. And the first place is Oman, especially Muscat. I think it's a no-brainer that Oman is great for Hijra. It's the opposite of Dubai where we are right now. You don't have skyscrapers. You have a lot of nature. You can live a simple life. But that means for me that it's not the number one spot to build a highle business. Again, if you want to have a small trading business or tourism or small local restaurant, local ideas, it's absolutely great and a big recommendation because it's more early, but not to build companies. And what we want to do is we want to see Muslim founders. We want to see the righteous people on the Forbes list with billiondoll tech companies, finance companies because if we just all do the same nickup online shop, we can't change enough in the world. We need to build the most righteous, strongest community. That's what we are doing here. But we need to do something different with more influence. The next place which is absolutely amazing but didn't made it into my list is Jedha. I love Jedha and obviously it's probably one of the best Hijra choices to move to Saudi Arabia because you're close to Mecca and Medina and I think there are a lot of great business opportunities and we have a lot of clients. So I was joking about the Nikup online shop. We have a lot of great e-commerce clients who have good online shops in the Muslim niche and we have a lot of clients who have travel agencies for Hijra, for Umra, for Hajj. But again, we are talking about the digital Islamic golden age. I don't see Jedha there. What I see instead is Riyad because Riyad and this is the first country on our list is the center of the Saudi vision 2030 and they are investing billions into AI into fintech into web 3.0 O into everything which is scalable and if you want to have the uh most halal surrounding basically it is Riyad it's KFD King Abdullah financial district which is the financial district of Riyad it's ready now it's extremely modern great buildings um you have a mosque in the center and of course if you look around you still 95% wear the traditional Saudi outfit or nikab and you feel okay I'm in a Muslim city I'm in a Muslim in place. They don't promote only halal businesses, but you can choose. You just need to position yourself right that you can do something. And this is why Riyad is definitely the first choice on our list. And the second choice, I think it's basically not a surprise. It's where we are right now. And this is Dubai. We are here at the Emirates Towers, the Wall Street of Dubai in front of the AFC, Dubai International Financial Center. And this is the number one choice. We are not talking about life quality ethics. This is your choice. We are talking about optimizing for building huge businesses. It's great to invest into real estate. Of course, local businesses are also the best here. It's just the best. If you want to set up uh build a restaurant or supercar rental or any kind of local business, invest in local real estate. The returns are insane. And um I think Dubai is the number one choice. And they have here in DFC the innovation hub. So they heavily promote AI all kind of future businesses. And the number one thing that I love here is simply that it's easy that everything works. So Qatar uh Saudi Arabia some things are more difficult or not clear. While if you want to move here it takes one week with wealthconulting.com to get the golden visa. It takes three weeks to set up a company to sponsor yourself to sponsor your employees. Um, you can open a bank account directly with us. Um, it's tax friendly, almost zero tax, no income tax, corporate tax is really low. So, there's just no guessing. It really works. It's definitely the most western version of all the cities that I'm sharing with you, but it's at least a good entry point for Western people. So, a lot of our audience is English speakaking here. So, a lot of us are hating on the West, but we are Westerners basically. And if you want to build an uh a community here, English speaking community, the number one business community, Muslim business community, strongest community is here in the UAE, in Dubai or in Charger. And Charger is famous for Hijra. It's definitely more Islamic. It's just not a good choice for business on its own. Charger is great because it's close to Dubai and if you're willing to drive this route every day, then it's obviously great. Or you can choose the alternative to Dubai which is I will reveal it to you. Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi the capital of the UAE. Dubai is young money. You have all the lambos all the flex and the older you get the more annoyed you are from it. Abu Dhabi is the old money. It's more slow. It's definitely more family oriented. It's more quiet. And I love Abu Dhabi. I think it's for almost 10 years now, the safest city in the world. The airport is great. I mean, obviously in Dubai, you have Emirates and the airport connection is absolutely amazing. But also in Abu Dhabi with Etihhat, you have great flights. They have a new terminal. So, you have everything that you need. You have the same taxes, the same advantages, and we can give you residency there because it's the same. It's all in the UAE. So, you can choose here. It's only one or one and a half hours drive. And I love one thing about Abu Dhabi and this is ADGM. Abu Dhabi global markets which is the alternative to DFC. Same advantages but more quiet. Number one, great life quality. ADGM is everything. They have four seasons hotel restaurants. They have a great Nusre where I like to go with my team. They have an empty core niche. They have the best hospital there. It's the ultimate structure. Great offices there. And a lot of good companies are registered there because number one taxes, no taxes or low taxes. And they have hub 71 which heavily promotes young future tech unicorns inshallah. Everything again AI, fintech, banking, everything. So if you're a righteous person and you think you can do it, then do it and it's a great choice. or you choose the next alternative which also has a great airport and this is Qatar. I think everybody of you should know that I love Qatar and talking about the city. We are obviously talking about Doha and Doha. You see the book here. I bought both of it in Qatar. This is from some date store just I was storing a lot of dates and these are the Aseline books and it says Qatar our home and I would choose it number one as a home. great place for hijra. It's at least the same developed like Dubai, but it's much more traditional, more Islamic. Um, and that's what you really feel in Qatar. For me personally, I feel it's the most perfect Muslim city in the world. I don't think Singapore or Shenzhen, nothing is close because it just combines culture, tradition, religion, and modernity. It's all on the water. Like I said, perfect airport. You have the Qatar financial center which is zero tax and you still have zero tax for a lot of companies. And this won't change because Qatar is just under the radar. They don't really promote heavily some vision. They just want a few good local businesses. And I like them because they heavily promote they call it ethical fintech and Islamic banking. So this is what they really focused on. So if you want to have the most Islamic version of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, that's Qatar basically. But it has some disadvantages. The returns are not so high. It's more restricted. So you can't hire people just from all over the world. This average salary is higher. So it has pros and cons and you need to decide. And I would say let's directly continue with the last two cities on our list for today. I wanted to mention Koala Lumpur and I wanted to mention Jakarta because these are the two best cities in Asia for Muslims for Muslim businesses but we are western and I just don't see any leverage there for me in Indonesia or in Malaysia. That's why it's not really a good choice for me. Instead, if I need to choose one place in Asia, I would choose Singapore. As you probably know, we help a lot of people with bank account opening in Singapore. If you need help with bank account opening, also Islamic bank account opening, maybe there will be a link here in the description. And in Koala Lumpuru are around 45% Muslims because it's international city and Singapore around 20%. But for me, I just need to build a good Muslim bubble and I need to have the business possibilities and because it's English speakaking because it's developed because of the reputation, because of the high entry barrier which I personally can fulfill because this is my personal list. It's good for me and because I can easily integrate. Maybe you saw our Singapore video where I described that every mosque in Singapore had a separate Instagram page, a timetable in English. I could just directly integrate into this Muslim communities. So for me, this is one of the places where I really feel it's futuristic. It's not the Muslim majority, but everybody lives in peace and harmony together. It's not like Western Europe where everybody wants to stab each other and hate each other. You actually learn that there are places which work perfectly accepting each other. And the last place that I want to share with you today is probably a surprise because nobody really expects that you can live there at zero tax and sponsor people and do good business as a foreign person. And this is the old center of the Ottoman Caliphate, Constantinople, Islam, nowadays Istanbul. This is the sword of Mehmed Fatish the Conqueror. And yes, you can live there with zero tax in theory. Why? We have a team in Istanbul. And this summer we spent a lot of time in Istanbul trying to find the perfect Muslim place where you hear the adan, where it's green, good Muslim community. And you can definitely find it in Istanbul. So everybody of you who just visited a tourist place in Turkey and think it's zero Islamic, just look for the right places because you can definitely build it. And we have Ali behind the camera and he told me he didn't feel Islam on this level how he felt it in Istanbul last time. And I feel the same because Zadan in some regions is just booming through your whole apartment. You can't wake up in the morning. It's so loud and it's nice and it's a real ad, not a pre-taped audio recording from the old real mosque which are really old and there are good places. This is why it's nice. There's no city in the world which has just so much history. Only Saudi of course is the number one. And then number two, you have Istanbul. And this is great especially because the whole GCC is just extremely hot in summer. Even if you have it as a second base and that's what we do. We have an office here in Dubai. We have another office in Eastambour. We have a few different offices around the world. You don't need to be stuck to one place. I think it's really important nowadays. So how can you live with zero tax in Turkey? What I discovered is IFC Istanbul Financial Center which is fully it just finished now. It looks beautiful. It's modern and they give a tax exemption to manufacturing companies, trading companies and especially financial companies. 100% tax exemption and they want that you fi hire foreign people. So it's extremely easy and fast to hire foreign people. And if these people didn't work in Turkey in the last two years, they also have 60 to 80% of income tax reduction. So almost no corporate tax, no income tax, easy to sponsor people. It's obviously cheaper than many places that I mentioned today. And yes, there's inflation, but it's still cheaper. And it's to some degree the center of the world. Obviously, great airport connection and definitely a great choice. So I hope this video could help you. I'm really curious about your comments. So, write your questions down into the comments. And again, this is my list. I'm not reading here from Chat GPT. This is Aziz VIP real experience. So, subscribe to this YouTube channel. And if you want to learn more about how we can help you with Islamic bank account opening, with helping you with all kind of things, just check the links in our descriptions. And I would say see you on the call. See you in the next video or see you in real life inshallah.
