If you can freeze water, you can make these fro yo bites. Trust me, they are so delicious. For these fro yo bites, I'm using these two tablespoon silicone molds, but any larger ice cube mold will do. And I'm going to start by slicing up some fruit, which is super customizable. Today, I'm using some strawberries and bananas, which I'll layer first on the bottom of the molds. Then, I'll take some unsweetened yogurt, and I'm going to add some blueberry jam, which I'll swirl in for maximum visual effect. The yogurt gets spooned on top of the fruit. And I'll give the molds a few knocks on the cutting board to remove any air bubbles. And finally, I've got some homemade granola, but use whatever you have, which gets sprinkled right on top of the yogurt. And I'll press it in just a bit so it sticks. The molds get frozen overnight. And the next day, I'll pop them out and I'll store them in a freezer bag. And I make fro yo on my Ninja Swirl all of the time with the exact same ingredients, which I just top with the granola. But for not using any expensive equipment, these are such a great fairly guilt-free snack for when you or anyone in your family needs a sweet treat. Calling away.
