“Be aware that the use of comedic analogies (like Seinfeld) and hyperbolic labels ('legendary meltdown') is designed to make a specific political interpretation feel like common sense rather than a debated perspective.”

Natural Speech Patterns Frequent use of filler words ('uh', 'um'), self-corrections ('I'm sorry, what's your site again?'), and conversational stutters.
Personal Anecdotes and Context Dave Smith discusses his wife's book, specific tour dates, and personal interactions with his co-host Robbie.
Dynamic Interaction Real-time banter and interruptions between two distinct voices with natural overlapping and reaction timing.

Worth Noting

Positive elements

  • This video provides a detailed, albeit highly biased, breakdown of a specific congressional hearing that mainstream outlets may cover with less scrutiny of the witness's rhetorical pivots.

Be Aware

Cautionary elements

  • The use of 'autistic libertarian' self-labeling and comedic framing can lower the viewer's critical guard, making ideological conclusions feel like objective observations.

What's up everyone? Welcome to a brand new episode of Part of the Problem. I am Dave Smith. He is Robbie the Fire Bernstein. And we got a lot uh to talk to you about today. Uh before we get into today's show, there is a bunch of stuff coming up. This is uh what, Rob? This weekend you're out in New Hampshire at the Shell. >> At the sold out. Grab tickets. >> Grab tickets now. Rob always sells that room out and uh it's always a fun time up there. So, make sure to grab tickets for that uh um at uh well, I'm sorry, what's your site again, Rob? You changed >> Robinstein comedy.com. >> Rob Bernstein comedy.com. And then if you head over to comic daveesmith.com, you can grab tickets to me and Rob's show next weekend. Not this weekend. Rob's at the in New Hampshire, but the following weekend, we'll be down doing one night only in um in Maryland. Uh what's the town uh called again? Pville. Perryville, uh, Maryland at this great brewery spot, which we've done shows at before, is a lot of fun. So, we're looking forward to being back there. Then after that, we got a weekend in New Jersey. We got Pittsburgh, we got Boston, we got Chicago, bunch of fun stuff coming up. comicdesmith.com. The other thing I want to make sure I uh uh let everybody know that my amazing wife, uh, her children's book, Healthy Hibernation, just came out in paperback. Uh, it is available on a uh over at Amazon. We were um we were blown away by the reception uh to the book and so we actually had some issues where there was way too much demand. It was more than was anticipated and there were some issues at a time. But the paperback is out now and all the issues have been resolved. So you can go order that and you'll get it quickly. Healthy hibernation. It's a a beautiful sweet children's book about eating healthy and it's just very nice and and sweet and not controversial at all like some of the stuff that we're about to get into. But go grab it please. It means the world uh to us if you can. All right, Rob, let's get into it. You know, Rob, sometimes we got to plan a show and then sometimes the heavens just hand us a show. And that's what's happened today. Now, of course, for the last couple weeks, the Epstein files have been dominating uh the news and dominating this show because how could it not? Yesterday, Pam Bondi, the sitting attorney general, went and testified before Congress um about uh the Epstein files. And I I I think it can only objectively be described as a legendary meltdown. Um I I I mean something it's it's really was unlike anything I've ever seen before. you were kind of wondering uh as it was approaching what can she possibly say here. I mean it looks so bad for her. The whole administration but her as much as any other individual are just totally caught with their pounds down. They lied their ass off. It's been proven that they lied. I mean, it was down to the fact that it was she had to testify 24 hours after Massie had proven that the Justice Department had illegally redacted the name of a co-conspirator in child sex trafficking. Anyway, you were wondering what could she possibly say? Well, if you haven't already heard, we're going to find out because she gets asked those questions uh um precisely. But you were almost wondering like what can she possibly say when she goes into this? And it almost it does feel to me, I know I've made this comparison before, but almost like the only propaganda campaigns that I can compare them to. They're the two worst ones I've ever seen. It's this one, the Epstein files and behind closed doors, Biden is sharp as attack. And you're just like, you almost can't believe that's what you went with. like was there a meeting and and people settled on this is okay were there any dissident there was there anyone at the meeting who went I don't know if this is the right way to handle it but either way this is what ended up happening >> in a way it was a flawless performance and uh allow allow me to explain >> if you had some sort of reasonable explanation for uh the handling or you even wanted to say hey we're under timeline and we just had some goof ups but we're doing our best here and we're actually going to move forward with investigations. Um, then she could have came off like a reasonable person. But considering that I guess they've only worked to cover it up and she had absolutely no cards to play, I've never seen somebody uh stall and criticize the person who was asking questions, refuse to give the yes no answers, and go, "Hey, give me my chance so that I can answer this." and then just fill as much time as possible with uh diversions. I mean, by the way, some of her things were on the level of uh the South Park with the we want our privacy where she starts yelling at someone about how they're diverting and then not answering their question and talking about something that's completely irrelevant. So, >> it was everything came up that was irrelevant. Everything. Like it was like I mean there were so many moments through this thing where someone would just be like um okay you lied through your [ __ ] teeth and we have it right here in writing and what do you have to say for yourself? And she's like this guy voted against the Build Back Better bill. Like it was just like anything, dude. Just anything to talk about anything except for the thing that we're all here to talk about. And I do I know what you mean Rob. like on some level, on some weird sick level, you're almost a little bit in awe of her. You're like, "Wow, you really help." You know, it's, you know what it reminded me of? I don't know if you I make Seinfeld references every now and then, but Seinfeld was a really great show. It was on in the 90s in a better time, in a better whiter America. Um s so there was this episode of Seinfeld where um George Castanza is dating uh some chick who's got a kid and he's he's like at the birthday party and a fire breaks out and he panics and he pushes the kids over and pushes his girlfriends over and starts screaming and he tries to escape and then they catch him outside and he just won't break from his story and they're they're like but George what you panicked and he's like what may seem like panicking was getting he's but you pushed over children. And he's like, the safest place to be in a fire is on the floor. And then, you know, he keeps having an excuse. And then at one point, the fireman just walks up to himself and he goes, "How do you live with yourself?" And he goes, "It's not easy." Like, he just won't break. Like, he just won't break character. And it's like, we all saw we This was Pam Bondi. She just gorgezed her way through this entire thing. It was really something to watch. All right, guys. Uh I want first to play what I do and there's some competition, but I do feel like this was the clip of the whole hearing. Um it's the one that's been going super viral. There's several that are great, but this one was it was just unbelievable. What What can you say? Take it away, Attorney General Pam Bondi. >> The Dow The Dow right now is over The Dow is over $50,000. I don't know why you're laughing. You're a great stock trader as I hear Rasin. The Dow is over 50,000 right now. The S&P at almost 7,000 and the NASDAQ smashing records. Americans 401ks and retirement savings are booming. That's what we should be talking about. We should be talking about making Americans safe. We should be talking about what does a Dow have to do with anything? That's what they just asked. Are you kidding? >> Mr. Jordan, am I Mr. Jordan? >> The Dow. The Dow. Um, just to be clear here, she goes, "What does that have to do with anything they asked?" And it's because this is a hearing on Jeffrey Epstein and you, ma'am, are the attorney general. What are you talking about? She just literally she's just getting creamed and so she just pivots to the Dow's high is really just unbelievable. This woman runs the Justice Department. What does this even have to do with anything? And it seems like essentially she's just trying to not get fired. So she's just playing to Donald Trump and going, "Donald Trump's amazing. This hearing should be about how Donald Trump's amazing." I don't know, Rob. What can you say? >> I mean, firstly, I my ears still hurt from listening to this meeting. She just comes off like an absolutely raging lunatic and pivoting from instead of answering your question, I'm going to campaign for Donald Trump and talk about what we should be. Well, that's not what this is about. Nor is that your job. Your job has nothing to do with the stock market or really how Donald Trump is performing as a president. You're not here to campaign for Donald Trump. You're actually not part of the White House. You're the Justice Department. That's a different role. And we're talking about that part, which has a lot to do with American safety. actually were actually very uh specifically criticizing uh a lane by which a lot of Americans feel unsafe because they think that there's a deep state apparatus which might include intelligence agencies that are working against American women and kids. That that that's a real reason why a lot of us feel unsafe is this two-tier justice system and the way that you covered up for this. Um one of my other big takeaways was uh the heel turn of some characters. Jim Jordan was legendary through co and he's kind of letting her get away with murder the whole meeting and every single Republican that didn't take the opportunity to ask him ask her about what was going on with Epstein but instead pivoted to other topics to basically fill time I think they showed their cards 100% of being disinterested in this topic and covering for the administration. >> Well 100% 100% that's right all couldn't agree with all of that more. Um, you know, one thing and I can't help myself but have a little bit of an autistic libertarian moment here. Um, because this is totally beside the point and just but just to your point, yes, this is a total distraction and has nothing to do uh with the Ebsteed hearing. I just so pathetic that she would just turn into a Trump cheerleader and try to say somehow that it's like I'm sorry. It was when I saw this clip the first time, I [ __ ] laughed because it's ridiculous to be talking about this. And as I'm watching it back here with you now, I'm laughing again at it. And then she goes, "What are you laughing at?" Like both times I was laughing. And then she goes, "What are you laughing at?" And you go, "Oh, we're we're laughing at you for being ridiculous." Like what? we're laughing at your pathetic, desperate attempt to change the subject to anything other than the [ __ ] uh sex trafficking that you're protecting. Like, I don't know. Uh but I I'd be remiss if I did not just make the point that it is also just the lowest IQ political brag that, oh, the Dow Jones is high. Look at the S&P numbers. They're at all-time highs. As if like, you know, like I know a bunch of people have already made this joke, but it's like she's literally going like, "Lizard, yes, we protected all the people in the Epstein files, but just so you know, they are all doing really great in the stock market right now." like, you know, I I don't even know the numbers exactly. I think, double check me on this, but I think it's something like it's close to half of the country is just not in the market at all. Maybe it's like 40% or something like that, but like 40% of Americans don't have retirement accounts. 40% of Americans, you know what I'm saying? Like there there's you go look at those numbers about how many people can't put together $1,000 without using credit card debt in case of an emergency. Like so even when you're bragging about how high the stock market is to anybody who's not doing well that is just meaningless to them like all essentially and in the same sense Rob as like if you so if housing prices are going up that's nice if you own a house that really sucks if you're trying to buy a house right like if you're a firsttime home buyer and if you're in your your 30s and you've been saving money, you know what I mean? Maybe you got like a little bit of money saving toward a down payment and the price of housing shoots up. Well, you're screwed. You know what I mean? That that ruins your Well, in the same sense, if you're not in the stock market and the stock market shoots through the roof, that just means the barrier to entry is that much higher for you. It's just that much more expensive to buy in now. So, it's all it's also like that's not a brag for those people. In fact, I I don't know, Rob, am I misremembering this, but didn't didn't our buddy Ryan uh Ryan Long, that is hilarious comedian, didn't he have a sketch about this? I think he had a sketch. I think it was um I I think it was during lockdowns when the stock market hit its all-time high and then uh um he had like a sketch about it was like roommates were like the stock market and the real economy and like one of them's like all sick and dying and then the stock market guy is just like doing rails of coke. It was real funny sketch. I'm pretty sure I'm I'm remembering this right. But um to be clear, you know which other president bragged about record high a record high stock market? Rob, do you remember? >> All of them. All of them. All of them. This is why we're in an This is what an inflationary economy is. George W. Bush bragged about the record high stock market. Barack Obama bragged about it. Uh Donald Trump the first time bragged about it. Joe Biden in the middle of lockdowns bragged about it and now Donald Trump's bragging about it again. It's all a complete Yeah. Oh, we flood the the economy with money and the price of everything keeps going up and up and up. That's proof that we're doing a bangup job. No, it's not. That is actually Hold on one second. Let me here. You could say Go ahead, Rob, if you wanted to say something. I just want to pull one thing up. >> Yeah. Well, I did laugh about anytime they brag about the stock market cuz I just never feel that good that this thing's going up forever and are you going to take the other side of it if it goes down? Uh, but obviously it was just an irrelevant pivot and the fact that she came in with a binder of insults. I have clapbacks and I'm going to yell them at you. Well, uh, you're asking me about this, but what about this thing that happened in your district? Right. Well, I wasn't called in for questioning on that and yours is the bigger issue. And then it was uh particularly creepy that she had a binder uh al with notes of who had searched the information that was uh available to members of Congress and what they had searched. So this lady's not uh I I guess they do have good AI tools to actually monitor information. They they do have their ability to do their homework and know what's going on. You know what I mean? Like you like to think it's uh just that ineptitude that they weren't able to go through these documents, but if you're telling me they have the technology to actually monitor every congressperson and what they searched within the documents, they got some pretty good AI tools for monitoring this information. >> Yep. They always got they got the best facial recognition ever to get the January 6th guys. You know what I mean? They got the best, you know, it's only the guys they don't want to get that they seem to have uh problems with. Let me just I literally just Googled uh the last 10 record high stock markets. Um and this is what I I guess the Google uh the Google um AI or whatever thing when you when you search now. So it gave me this is what it gave me. It gave uh the last 10 S&P 500 record highs. Okay. So just going through this uh in number 10 March 24th, 2000 uh intraday high of $1,552.87. and 87 and then it says in parenthesis.com bubble. So I guess this is this is under Bill Clinton still would be his last year in office. This is the height of the dot bubble. Then you got October 11th 2007 uh the intraday record was uh 1576. This is right before the financial crash when we hit the record high at that point. Okay. Then uh the next one is August 26th, 2014. It surpassed 2,000 points. July 20th, uh, 2019, it surpassed 3,000 points. February 19th, 2020, pre- pandemic high of 3386. Then August 18th, 2020, Rob, in the middle of lockdowns, uh, the hit a record high of 33.89. April 1st, 2021, when Joe Biden was doing such an amazing job with the economy, it hit a new record high of over 4,000. February the 9th, 2024, it surpassed 5,000. Remember Joe Biden, president in his reelection year, bragging about how good the economy was. All right. Then November 11th to uh 2024. This is of course the after Donald Trump had won election the election um but before he came in, it surpassed uh 6,000 and now they're bragging that it surpassed uh 7,000. What are we talking about here, Rob? So, if you're saying that this is evidence that we're doing such an amazing job, then you're also saying this is evidence that George W. Bush and Barack Obama and Joe Biden also did excellent jobs as president. >> Well, you know what? Excuse me that I don't have enough money in the stock market to go, you know what? Sacrifice more kids to Mullik. >> That's what's going to drive this thing up. >> Yes. Like, like I just have to make the point also that it's also a terrible argument. But yeah, as if even if it was a good argument that would go, "Hey, so come on. We got to we got to protect some creepy old men who prayed on young girls." Like, get the [ __ ] out of here. It's all so ready. I mean, it's like just cartoonish. Um, but again, it in itself and and and look, even just to go whatever, we'll get back to the Pam Bondi stuff, too. This is the point she's making and it's a really really dumb thing that a lot of people in politics say. But like even for the people whatever it is I was saying like 40% of people something like that double check me on that that don't have retirement accounts. Even for the people who do you know like I mean I I just know like talking to like my my father-in-law you know he's he's been a a trucker for 40 something years or whatever. he's got a little uh pension, but the fact that the S&P is going up or the fact that the Dow Jones is going up or something like that or NASDAQ or whatever, it's dude, it's these guys are left after a career of working and the monthly payments that they're getting out of their their pension couldn't even possibly give them like a retirement. You know what I mean? Like it's like you get a couple grand a month coming in out of this, that's not nearly enough. He's still working. All his buddies are still working. Like it's not because of course Rob the [ __ ] the cost of everything way outpaces the you know cost of living you know bonus that they give out or whatever or the cost of living adjustments. So it's not as if like even the people who are involved in the stock market yeah Natalie just confirms about 40% of people don't have money in the stock market about 45% don't have retirement accounts. I was pretty pretty close there. But it's like but the people within say the group who does have them still the vast majority of them like aren't it's not that that means oh they're doing great because they have a retirement account. They're like barely hanging on in a slightly better situation than the person who just doesn't have anything in the market at all. Anyway, um here let's go to the uh the Thomas Massie uh clip because this one this is what we were really waiting for, Rob, right? was the one-on-one showdown between the guy who got the files released, the heroic Thomas Massie, and this lying disgrace pay bond date. Let's watch. >> Recognized. >> May I respond very briefly to her statement? >> Well, I think we can do that probably on uh one of our one of our members. >> Okay. Thank you. I don't want that to get away. Thank you. >> Y Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Behind me, I have three documents from the DOJ production that are emblematic of the massive failure of the DOJ to comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act. To my right is an email that was sent by the victim's lawyers to the DOJ. It was a list of names not to redact or sorry, a list of names not to release. What did the DOJ do with this email? They released this email in the document production. Literally the worst thing you could do to the survivors, you did. And they're getting phone calls. A lot of these people didn't want to be known. And we know you touched the document because you redacted one name and you redacted the lawyer's name, but you left the survivor's name there. The next document I want to show you in that was in the title, the victim's survivors names. All right. The title of this one is child sex trafficking co-conspirators fully redacted. And by the way, going to unredact them here. Less Wexner is in this now. your assistant deputy attorney general said, "Oh, well, he appears hundreds of times in the files, but he doesn't appear in this file until I forced you to release it." Where he's listed as a co-conspirator, not to tax evasion, but to child sex trafficking, not to prostitution, not to moneyaundering, child sex trafficking. And then finally, what we have here is the third exhibit that I have is emblematic of the FD302 release. These are the documents that we need that you're holding on to and overredacting because they have the names of the men who are implicated. How do we know? Because the the survivors gave testimony to the FBI and it's in there. And what happens when you go to the portal at the DOJ to look at what's behind this redaction? Another redaction. So, we can't even see them. And then there's some of these files you've pulled down from the website that we will never see because we can't. >> So, just pause it right here. >> So, pause it right here because I I got to say, man, it's a really impressive skill. You know, I'm just such a long- winded [ __ ] and I really do good on podcasts, you know, because like that's how I do good when I just have all the time in the world. But it is a real skill to be like, "Yo, you have two and a half minutes to set this up." And Thomas Massie just does a phenomenal job here because Rob, like even as you're saying that, you're like, "Yo, what do you say to that?" Like this is so you're caught red-handed. And I should say just because I feel like, you know, I don't know, there's a lot going on here. There's millions of documents and it's, you know, it's hard to figure out how to cover this on a show like what thing is most important. And probably we haven't mentioned this yet, but that is a whole another element of something really [ __ ] up that the Justice Department did here is that they outed while they're redacting all this [ __ ] they outed a bunch of women who have like, you know, because there's people who may like women who maybe went and spoke to the authorities, but they don't want to like be known or be public or anything like that. And that is a pretty [ __ ] up thing to just like out them when they don't want to be. But so he's got her dead to rights there. He's got her dead to rights on the fact that they illegally covered up a co-conspirator in child sex trafficking. And then he's got her on the 302s being redacted even for the congressman. Rob, but I'm sure she's got a good answer for all this stuff, right? >> Rob, tell me she's got a good answer for this. >> I think the uh uh releasing of victim's names was intentional. And uh the reason I say that was there was an incident when uh before uh Thomas Massie won this effort to get them to release this information, Mike Johnson uh did a separate effort that released victim's names. Not >> stated intentionally, but to say, "Hey, we're doing a better job here." And it looked to me like they were trying to say, "Hey, we can't easily do this while protecting victims and that's why we can't do it." And I'm also guessing that that gives them a little bit of cover to go this was too hastily done and this is why we couldn't do it in the time period because look we weren't able to protect victim's names and so it gives them a little bit of cover to go yeah we are inept that's why we made these that's also why we improperly redacted. Uh but he's got her her dead to rights here that when you did go through this document and actually redact something that means that somebody looked at it. Yeah. And so this is quite the error that when it's clearly labeled don't release these names and you release them. Um so >> right. Well, it's either it would seem to me to either be gross borderline criminal negligence, right? Like there's actual harm that's done here. Um or the spectrum is that to something like what you're speculating against. And look, Rob, once people are willing to cover this type of evil [ __ ] up, you know, who's to say what they wouldn't do? Who's to say that maybe the play there was that they thought cuz you got to remember right that a lot of these um the uh the victims or the alleged victims or whatever you want to say a lot of these people they've been a real pain in the ass for the administration you know and I wouldn't put it past any of them that maybe that's an intimidation uh tactic to try to get them to shut up a little bit like hey just so you know you might be a part because even for the the survivors who don't care about being public, they might care about outing other survivors who didn't want to be public. You know, that might be the type of thing that could get you to [ __ ] shut up. Um, and so, who knows? All right, guys. Let's take a moment and thank our sponsor for today's show, a brand new sponsor who we're very happy to have on board, and that is Joy and Bloss. When was the last time you woke up actually feeling rested? When's the last time you looked in the mirror and recognized the guy staring back at you? If you're dragging through your days with no energy, zero motivation, a gut that won't budge no matter what you do, and a sex drive that's basically flatlined, you're not alone. And no, it's not just getting older. Bloss was built for men who are tired of feeling like a shadow of who they used to be and want to actually do something about it. That dadbod, that brain fog, the fact that you'd rather sleep than spend time with your wife, these aren't character flaws, they're symptoms, and they're usually tied directly to your hormones. All right, let's get back into the show. Um, yeah. Okay, here. Let's play Pam Bondi's response to being nailed to the wall by Thomas Massie. >> I have several questions for you. Who's responsible? Are you able to track who in your organization made this massive failure and released the victim's names? Are you able to track who it was that obscured Les Wexner's name as a co-conspirator in an FBI document? Do you have that kind of accountability? >> I believe Wexner's name was listed more than 4,000 times about I had >> Yeah, I already told you that. This is where he's listed as a focus. finish my answer. Come on, let me finish my answer. >> We can just pause it already. Sorry. Sorry, [ __ ] You don't get to finish your answer right now. Um, dude, like it's like, yeah, you could you finish your answer? Yeah. Well, you opened with utter [ __ ] So, like, no. What? you opened with what he already because this is by the way this is why it's it's really a fantastic job Thomas Massie does here is when you got such a short period of time he tried his best to just build in the rebuttal to that point already that yeah they say and by I have seen like a few people on social media actually parrot this defense which is Rob I mean just so goddamn stupid he appears over 4,000 times okay exactly so why is he redacted in the one file that calls him a co-conspirator to child sex trafficking. Because Rob, obviously there's many major implications about that here. Number one, everybody in the administration, including the head of the FBI, he testified under oath before Congress, that there were no co-conspirators. And so the fact that he's appears 4,000 other times. Yeah, that's right. That's a point of evidence on our side, not your side. Yeah, that's the point is that you would allow his name to be in there, just not as a co-conspirator to child sex trafficking. So to [ __ ] go, "Oh, yeah, but he's in there all the time." Like, get the [ __ ] out of here already. I'm sorry. That deserved to be interrupted. Get the [ __ ] out of here with that [ __ ] Like, who's dumb enough to fall for that? All right, let's keep playing. It's >> already You're acting like everybody's trying to cover up Wexner's name. >> Reclaiming Reclaiming My Time. >> Answer this question. >> Reclaiming my time, Mr. This is how this works. >> Can I have my time? >> It actually is how it works. It's precisely how it works. He can reclaim his time. I've seen goddamn countless congressional hearings. That's exactly how it works. It's the only way it works. Actually, it's the only way it's ever worked. But like, yeah, they try to filibuster without asking. But again, this is just so ridiculous, dude. Like the idea that someone's trying to redact him and go, "Okay, well then it's an awfully big coincidence." That's what That's what you're saying. So, you're saying he appears 4,000 times? I guess it's 4,01 now, but So, you're saying he appears 4,0001 times and yet the only time he was redacted is when he's called a co-conspirator to child sex trafficking. Someone, uh, somebody who's smarter than me in our audience, mathematicians out there, what are the odds of that? Like honestly, I want to know what are the odds that an innocent mistake was made one in 4,01 or whatever the exact number is. And it happened to be the one where he's labeled a co-conspirator in child sex trafficking. Seems it seems unlikely. I'm not that good at math, but it seems unlikely. It seems again I think somebody could actually like I think you could come up with the percentages on this. To me, I'll just say it seems wildly more likely that you wanted to cover up the part that would have implicated the entire Trump administration for lying their [ __ ] asses off. Seems slightly more. >> I guess the math math is that if it was just a random redaction, it was a one in 4,000 chance that it was the single worst piece of information. >> Yes. Yes. It's not great. Not great. Okay. Um here, let's uh let's keep playing. >> Answer. The time belongs to the gentleman from >> I'm reclaiming my time. Can I give my answer? >> So I'm gonna put the language of the bill up on the screen. >> Chairman on that political joke and I need to give my answer on that. >> We'll let the we'll let the attorney general respond and then the gentleman can move to my time. >> Within 40 minutes, you asked me a question. Within 40 minutes, Wexner's name was added back. >> Within 40 minutes of me catching you redhanded. >> Red hand. There was one redaction out00 and we invited you in. We This guy has Trump derangement syndrome. He needs to get You're a failed politician. >> Mr. Chairman, please restore his time and remind the witness of the roles. >> There is no credible information. >> None. If there were, I would bring the case yesterday that he trafficked to other individuals. Is that your position as well? >> My position is any victim who comes forward. Of course, we would love to hear from them. 1800 call FBI. Did you ask Merritt Garland that the last four years? Did you talk about Epstein? >> I am reclaiming my time. I'm glad you're asking about Merrick Garland. This is bigger than Watergate when I don't answer questions like this. Goes over four administrations. You don't have to go back to Biden. Let's go back to Obama. Let's go back to George Bush. This cover up spans decades and you are responsible for this portion of it. >> I want to know at what point at what point >> did the FBI and the DOJ decide that Lex Westerner was not a co-conspirator? Because our Epstein Files Transparency Act requires you, please put it back on the screen. He's to release the internal decision about whether to prosecute him or not. And it's not in the files and it's not in the files for any of these other men. >> I'm of the gentleman has >> May she answer >> and he's a hypocrite because he voted against the ban that we were talking about on deep fake AI porn. Only two people voted against it and you were one of them, hypocrite. >> The gentleman comment, >> "You can't believe it's real." She goes, "The Jew voted bad on an AI porn bill." What? What? I mean, look, then this this almost became like a national IQ test slash integrity test. You're like, who is that? She just throws. She get she is caught redhanded here. Not only like committing crimes like it's illegal for them to do everything that they did here. It's illegal for them to redact the name of a co-conspirator. And as as Thomas Massier points out to also illegal for them not to explain the process of like whatever I think it was a 2019 memo had him as a co-conspirator. It's like okay so was there a point after that where you decided he wasn't? How did you why did you decide not to prosecute this guy? like all that's supposed to be included and it wasn't. And what does she throw out in response? Rob, you have Trump derangement syndrome. Like, wait, what? That's what Trump derange. No, no, no. Trump derangement syndrome was when you blamed Trump for a whole bunch of [ __ ] that he didn't do and you saw everything as Trump being a unique evil and him being responsible for everything. That Russia gate was Trump derangement syndrome. this is he's presenting proof like what do you and then Rob I it's it's like it's like this thing where like Donald Trump for all his you know flaws and there are too many to list off right now but he can kind of do Trump things then when other people try to do it and it's just like a cheek a cheap knockoff you know what I mean it's just like this woman in her piercing shrill voice going you're a failed politician Like what? Like what? What? Okay, Thomas Massie has been elected uh what did he came in in like 2011 or 2012? He's been reelected how many times? He's got all the most powerful people including the president of the United States, Miriam Adlesen, all of these people pouring millions of dollars into his primary and he's about to go [ __ ] win that thing in a couple months. So like what the hell does that even mean? Like Thomas Massie was elected, lady. You were appointed to your [ __ ] job. Um, so I I don't even know. But again, just what is that? Like that's the best she could come up with. Rob, he's got her dead to rights pinned on violating the law and in like the most egregious way. Like violating the law in service of protecting a co-conspirator to child sex trafficking. And her response is, "You're like, you're a failed politician." >> Geez. >> Well, >> I mean, talk about pathetic. >> If if you're 100% guilty of engaging in a cover up for the pedophile elites, then this is a flawless performance. And >> I guess that's all you got left. >> Yeah. And I think the takeaway here is that the only reason to behave in this way is because you engaged in a cover up. And so I think for anyone being honest and watching this from Pam Bondi and the fact that she can't engage and have a conversation and has to try and burn the clock as much as she can and then just hurl insults back to me that is an indication of you are guilty. >> Oh yeah. Yeah. No, completely. And and look, I mean there's just we're so far past the point, but you know all of them are are just so implicated. I mean, this is it's all so criminal, dude. Like, just her and and Cash Patel and Dan Bonino all should literally I mean, they should probably be in jail, honestly. Like, they should probably be in jail. Um, they should at the very least live their life in shame for the rest of their days. But, of course, Rob, you know, this is Trump's justice department. This is Trump's administration. And there's just there's no way to um to to claim in any sense that you uh stand for honesty that you that you believe in in speaking the truth. There's no way I mean if you remember Rob the the right wingers in this country lost their mind and I would say rightfully so over the last decade over the issue of protecting kids. You know, like this was the whole um like rallying cry of the anti-trans activist movement was like, "No, dude. You keep your hands off of kids. You don't go after like children." And you know, look, Donald Trump, >> by the way, they're still playing the card. I mean, that's one of to Tom Hman's talking points is >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. They still play when convenient. So, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. When it's when it's poor Mexicans, then sure, we'll protect children. We're all for that. When it's rich powerful people, no, we don't get we don't actually care that much. But I'll just say this, right? Because this is like I think what the correct opinion this in my view the correct view of things. And this is this is the non Trump derangement syndrome view. Because by the way, Trump derangement syndrome, if you want to be technical about it here, that can go both ways. There are people who are deranged on Trump and just think he's [ __ ] the greatest thing ever. But here's the the sober analysis of it. Donald Trump in his first term was impeached over complete [ __ ] Well, first of all, the Russia gate thing was all complete [ __ ] The Ukraine gate thing was complete [ __ ] And the January 6th impeachment was complete [ __ ] If Donald Trump were impeached right now for his cover up of the Epstein scandal, he'd 100% deserve it and he should be removed. He's guilty as all [ __ ] hell. The fact that this is [ __ ] his attorney general here, let's let's uh uh finish. Um is there a little bit more of the the Massie Bondi thing and then I'm going to uh read Donald Trump's response to back that up. >> Has expired. >> You didn't answer the question that >> Mr. Chairman, Mr. Chairman, could she answer the question? >> Chairman, I was wondering, >> the gentle lady's allowed, the attorney general is allowed to respond the way she wants to respond to any member's questions, Republican, Democrat. >> I have unanimous consent request. >> Gentleman's recognized for a UC. >> All right. This is an example. I'm I'm submitting these 302 forms that are entirely redacted, even when you go to look at them. >> Without objection. >> I'm submitting a witness statement that implicates Les Wexner. Without objection. I'm submitting an article from the New York Times. The DOJ released nude photos and identifiable pictures of the victims. I'm submitting a letter from AG Bondi to Cash Patel imploring him to quit keeping the files when you found out that they were keeping files from you because they're still redacting files that you >> chairman. Are we going to recess for votes? >> Yes, we are. I'm submitting for unanimous consent a document of 17 individuals who've resigned because of the Epstein files. >> Without objection. >> All right. So, uh, yeah. Okay. So, anyway, to my point that Donald Trump really just deserves the worst fate in the universe for this. Um, this is this is what Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social regarding Did you see this, Rob? Uh, I think so, but we'll find out. >> I mean, you could you could imagine, right? But here's Donald Trump. AG Pam Bondi under intense fire from the Trump deranged radical left lunatics was fantastic at yesterday's hearing on the neverending saga of Jeffrey Epstein, where the one thing that has been proven conclusively, much to their chagrin, was that President Donald J. Trump has been 100% exonerated on the ridiculous Russia Russia Russia type charges. Actually, it is the slimeball Democrats, many of them big donors and politicians that have been proven guilty. By the way, if they've been proven guilty, then why were you burying the files? Why did it take a s a veto proof majority in order to you to be bullied into releasing them? And if they're guilty, why is your Justice Department saying there's no co-conspirators and there's no anybody and there's nothing in the files and there's no one to charge. Anyway, this is uh Donald Trump. Republican loser, sanctimonious rhino congressman Thomas Massie made a total fool of himself yesterday, fighting aimlessly against a hopeless agenda of hate and stupidity, as most clearly stated by his uh crashing job approval numbers. So, this is Donald Trump >> guilty. >> Thomas Massie embarrassed himself there. What do you say, Rob? >> I say, as much as I just uh said that uh Pam Bondi's behavior only makes sense if you're guilty of a cover up, Donald Trump stepping in and fully endorsing Pam Bondi's uh uh hearing uh showing yesterday. Guilty. If you watch that and you stand by your justice department and their efforts and the way that she behaved and think that this is the way government should operate, this is a job well done, those were questions answered and we don't need to dig into any of the criticisms that were suggested about the way the Justice Department has handled this, then you're you're you're involved in this coverup. >> Yep. That's right. That's exactly right. And I mean, come on. Listen to just come on. Is it a certain point like people people gota like because I know like and don't get me wrong there's a whole bunch of people who are are very happy that I've been calling out the administration the way I am. But I know there's some Trump supporters who have been upset that I'm so harsh on him. But let's just be honest with ourselves here, guys. He leaves me no choice. It's not even close. It's not even like, you know, uh should maybe I could view this in a different way. Dude, you're telling me that you could look at that exchange between Thomas Massie and Pam Bondi where he nails her dead to rights with irrefutable evidence and she goes, "You have Trump derangement syndrome. You're a loser. You're a failed politician." And you'd look at that and go, "Massie embarrassed himself." You think that's your response? Okay. I >> Let's not forget what we're talking about here, guys. We're talking about Jeffrey Ebstein. All right, guys. Let's take a moment and thank our sponsor for today's show, which is Cove Pure. All right, let's get back into the show. >> I feel like anyone who watched this, except for the absolutely brainwashed uh Trump forever people, I think this is going to take down his administration. I just don't believe that anyone watched this and going, you know what, nothing to see here. Let's move on. I think anyone with just a brain, ears, and eyeballs who watched this is like, wait, wait, why is this lady pivoting on every single question? And the these sound like reasonable questions. Why is she refusing to answer them and yelling like a lunatic? And then Trump comes in to support her and go, "Hey, job well done." The people asking those questions should be embarrassed. I don't know how anyone can be aligned with this administration with uh with with these just two little things. If you knew nothing else about this and you just watched the way that she responded to those questions and then Trump goes, "Hey, those people are awful for asking these questions and you're agreeing with Trump." I I mean, you're you're just you're brainwashed. Yeah. Yeah. And and then by the way, the other one 100% I agree with you. And uh then the other one which I guess we haven't mentioned here because she threw it's all so stupid. I mean this is and it is like I don't know how else to say this. This just feels like it feels so dumb. I can't believe I even have to like respond or debunk or whatever cuz like everyone should be able to look at this. But then when she goes like to Thomas Massie of all people, did you ever say that to Meritt Garland? Like that's what they've got to fall back on. You know, I had um one interaction on Twitter yesterday. I just I just tweeted something about how Pam Bondi is, you know, a complete disgrace and a [ __ ] Um and uh and Shawn Ryan uh like replied to me and he was like, "I know, dude." dude, you know, I forget exactly what he said, but it was like just something like, "I know, she's [ __ ] useless or something like that." And uh Sean Ryan, by the way, has been really great uh on this whole thing. I don't know if you know him, Rob, but he's got a big uh very very popular show and he's like a combat vet and has a lot of cool interviews and stuff like that, but he's really really on this like protecting kids thing. I don't know. He's got some hangup about not covering up for people who victimize children. I don't know why he's such a stickler on that issue, but he's really not too happy about it. Um cuz there are some people like that, believe it or not. And he's one of those guys like and you could tell like it I mean I don't I don't mean to like speak for him so maybe I shouldn't do that but I just the way I feel about it is is like uh you know when you got these like like legit like real badass [ __ ] like combat vets like not guys like me and you who are comedians guys who like you know signed up to fight in wars he's got the attitude of like you know those are the people I agreed to kill you know like what are we talking about here like this is like I'm anyway I added that not not out of his mouth but anyway so He just said a thing. And then there was this other guy and he posts to me and Shawn Ryan uh like a screenshot of me saying Pam Bondi sucks and him going, "I know." And then he goes, "Hey, you know, trivia question for you geniuses." Like starts off real condescending. He goes, "Trivia question for you geniuses." He goes, "Which Justice Department released no files? And which justice department released over three million?" And so like this is and I think I responded something like uh this is too stupid for me to engage with. But like again the point imagine he's coming at me and Shawn Ryan like as if what we're Biden guys or something like that now he goes yeah and guess who was furious about that during the Biden administration? Us and also you and also you Trump supporter. You were mad about it too. But then, see, this administration ran on releasing the files and still to this day brags about being the most transparent administration ever, right? But look at this hearing. She's just dodging every question, every reasonable question with with, you know, you voted the wrong way on some other AI porn bill. It's almost like if every politician there was a there was a room and it was just closed and then this one opened up the door and said, "Hey, we got we let you see into the room." And the room were a bunch of demons raping kids and said, "We closed the door, but we opened the door. We let you see what was in the room." And everyone's like, "Well, I guess that wasn't enough. We actually wanted it to be stopped." And so just giving us a peek into the door to verify the horrible things that we thought might be going on or going on. And then you went, "Hey, we're the best because we let you peek in the room." Well, no. We want you to stop what's going on in the room. If anything, you just gotten us more outraged about it. >> Yeah. And then add the fact that they didn't even let us peek in the room. Thomas Massie forced them to let us peek in the room. They were trying to not even let us peek in the room. They were they were trying to not even release any of these files. And like we've gotten real information out of this these things so far. They were trying to not release any of it. And also the other point which I didn't even respond to this guy because it's all too stupid but he goes hey which justice department released zero files goes oh well Trump's Trump's first one right Donald Trump was president when they brought the case against Jeffrey Epstein when Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide. You know that was the Trump administration. And so, as Thomas Massie says in his response, he goes, "Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, no, no. A pox on both your houses." Like, yeah. Oh, no. I blame all of you, but this part's your fault. Like, it is just uh it is, as you said, Rob, it's just you it's you know, it's like like when I make fun of the behind closed doors, sharpest attack thing, and it's like you kind of can't believe on one level you're like, I can't believe that's really what you said about Joe Biden. Like the best you could come up with is that when the rest of us aren't watching he's great but as soon as we watch he shits his pants but then I guess to your point Rob it's like well yeah that is the best they can come up with cuz he is scenile so what the [ __ ] else are you going to say you know and so in this case it's like yeah they are covering up this [ __ ] scandal so what else can they say this is all they have it's the it's the it's basically an admission of guilt Um, here. Let's go. What was the the next clip? >> I would play I would play Dan Goldman next. And one of the things that was uh most infuriating about this hearing was >> this one is in the email, Natalie. >> Yeah, it's it's at the top of the It's the first link in the emails, but there are I've watched quite a bit of congressional hearings over the years and there's certain characters that arise that you root for and some that you despise. And typically speaking, I despise Rascin. I despise Nadler. There's a lot of them that I couldn't think were more covering for uh democratic agendas and institutions that were really you're talking the Russia gate stuff, co being valid, some of the worst of the worst. And these are terrible individuals. and watching a congressional hearing where you're siding with uh with Nadler. I mean, the amount of times I've played clips of Nadler, probably more on my own podcast than than this one, but the amount of times I've made fun of him for just being the worst Democrat, and in this one, him having to win. Same with Dan Goldman, who I thought other than Massie, particularly the end of his segment where uh he allowed victims to give some insight into how much the Justice Department has actually engaged with him. I think that this was one of the uh the biggest bombshells. >> Yeah. Well, I will say just before we we go to that because I think there's like there's one version of like where people will and again this is the lowest IQ [ __ ] [ __ ] ever, but where they'll go like, "Oh, see you guys are saying you agree with the Democrats now or something." But it's like, "No, dude. That's how much Trump is [ __ ] up that he's letting Nadler be right." And and me and Rob, we're not dummies. We know what's going on here. We know these guys are just cynically using this story because they think it can damage Trump. And we know that if it was Biden, they'd be happy to cover it up, but that's not really the point. You know, like I I told you this, Rob, and and this is uh very true. And I've had it was um uh when I came out against Trump last summer uh for the 12-day war and I called for his impeachment then and said I regretted voting for him then and then when I had the Dan Bonino dust up. Um, excuse me. I'm I I do uh I apologize guys for being a little bit gross on this episode, but I am under the weather, but I still just we had to get this episode out. Um because I had to talk to you guys about this stuff. Um but so both those times I got all types of requests for corporate media interviews. You know, it was like the Washington Post wants to sit down with me and Vanity Fair wants to sit down with me and all these people want to [ __ ] Politico and like all these guys want to like interview me about this thing. And I didn't do any of them. I I just did none of them. I think I did one. I sat down with one guy because Tucker Carlson like recommended him and was like, "He's a good dude. You could talk to him." Um, but because Rob, I know what they're doing. I understand the game here. And they're trying to run an article going even Dave Smith who supported Donald Trump has to admit that he's a problem, you know? And like I just don't want to do that with them cuz like no I hate you guys every bit as much as I hate them. I know who you guys are. And also I don't need you. I have my own platform. I don't need you. That being said, I'm still in a position where I got to call him out cuz he's full of [ __ ] Anyway, let's play let's play this clip. >> Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Miss Bondi, I went over to the department yesterday for a couple of hours to review some of the unredacted materials and I am looking forward to your detailed explanation for why you have withheld almost half of the documents which is required by the bill. >> Now, obviously, there are three million documents, so I didn't get through much. But one thing I didn't see was the client list that you said you had on your desk a year ago. I did however find a couple of important documents. An 86page prosecution memo from the Southern District of New York and a draft indictment from Florida against Jeffrey Epstein's co-conspirators. For reasons that I cannot understand nor are permitted by the bill, they were still redacted even for members of Congress. So, Miss Bondi, will you commit right here to immediately providing those two documents in unredacted form to members of Congress? >> Not a not a complicated question. >> Uh, well, I I I guess it is for you because you have a law degree and those are privileged. >> Okay. They're they're not privileged, but we will discuss that later, >> which I found an email. Did I have her? >> Because she's going to say that again. Um, and I don't even it it it seems like a nonsequator because uh from what I understand, there was a law that they had to release all information unless they wanted to claim it was part of an ongoing investigation. I guess there's also a carve out for uh if it would undermine intelligence or there's some sort of a line there and then or if it's to protect victims. But privilege information would mean it's between a lawyer and his uh um and uh you know the I guess the person that he's uh representing. >> Yeah, that would that would be privilege information as to why these would be privilege. It seems like I guess maybe that was their carveout for just not releasing information but not really explaining it even. Also, like does I don't know. I'm not a lawyer is a better question for a lawyer, but like does attorney client privilege exist when the guy is dead. He can't be >> I don't know. Yeah. >> You know what I'm saying? Like even if there was an email between Alan Dersuitz and and uh um Ebstein or something like that, he can't be incriminated, right? So, like, isn't that the point of attorney client privilege? Anyway, that might be I might be getting that wrong, but she's full of [ __ ] here. Pretty sure. Let's keep let's keep playing >> here from Jeffrey Epstein to Dellay Maxwell that was unredacted and it included notes of statements that Donald Trump made about his prior relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Now, there is no reason for this to be hidden from the American people. There is no privilege. There is no attorney client privilege. And I see you're checking with your staff. And I can assure you staff, this is not under attorney client privilege because it was sent from Jeffrey Epstein to Gileain Maxwell. Will you commit? >> Just pause it right there. >> Providing the unre >> Okay, I'm not a lawyer, but I know that's right. I know that >> I know that two convicted uh um sex traffickers communicating to each other about their relationships with people is not covered under attorney client uh privilege. Sorry, that's not protected. Um, you know, let's keep playing. >> Well, will you commit to publicly providing the unredacted version of this so that the American people can understand the extent of Donald Trump's lies about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. >> You're about as good of a lawyer today as you were when you tried to impeach President Trump in 2016. Have you apologized for that in 2019? >> So, are will you will you unredact this? Will you >> lead counsel on that? Privileged. >> I'm asking you, will you undact this? >> Privileged. >> Privileged, of course. >> So, just to just to just pause it for a second cuz I did I I watched this moment and I did think this was a >> a very interesting important one because I just just for everyone to understand here, right? Because these are the games they try to play. And this is how the whole [ __ ] um the the the uniarty system works is that you have one party. You have one political party in Washington DC. We don't have a two-party system. A two-party system would be a huge improvement. Um, you have one party. One party when it comes to what? When when Netanyahu uh just spoke uh uh to Congress, Rob, which party was giving him a standing ovation? >> Both. >> Yeah, that's right. The one party, the war party. when it comes to war, when it comes to monetary policy, when it comes to debt, when it comes to the militarization of the police, when it comes to the um the mass surveillance state, when it comes to like the 25 things that matter the [ __ ] most, there's one party, okay? But they convince you there's two and that the other one is only the problem. And so you get left there in this position where you go, "Oh, she can say, "Well, you impeach Trump over bullshit." And then people go, "Oh yeah, he kind of should apologize for that." Right? And like he should apologize for that because they did impeach Trump over [ __ ] But she uses it a deflection from what did she just say? And because you didn't because you impeached Donald Trump, we're not going to let you know what Jeffrey Epstein and Galain and Justlain Maxwell said to each other. We're not going to even though we've been mandated by law to do it. You don't get to know what these two child sex traffickers were saying to each other. You don't get to know that. That's the official line from the Trump administration. >> Although >> if you want if you want to defend that Trump supporters and damn your eternal cell to your eternal soul to hell, go ahead and support that. But that's what she just told you. the uh the the pivot to well that's uh um and you should be ashamed for impeaching Donald Trump. I mean it's more of the just absolute just raving lunatic of that has nothing to do with what we're talking about right here. Uh and that couldn't be more transparent. Uh her argument of that's privileged is somewhat interesting because I guess she will be proven wrong on that. But that will be the reason why the redactions weren't illegal was because they're arguing that it was privileged. Which means that this this this a little bit of a punt where I guess it might take another year before you get this out and you have to actually go to court with the Justice Department about whether or not these redactions were privileged information and they'll lose that case. But I guess at least that allows them to have not have uh illegally redacted it because they've got some [ __ ] that they can at least pretend they thought was true. >> Yeah. Yeah. Well, it's like you always say with the which is a very good point that you've made many times over the years where there's a real flaw in the system where like the president can do something unconstitutional and aka illegal and then it's in effect for 6 months and then the Supreme Court sees it and then they look at it and they go, "No, this is totally unconstitutional." And then they go, "Okay, so we'll get rid of that policy." It's like, so your answer is you just got to break the law for 6 months cuz that doesn't seem right. >> It it's actually worse than that. And I it's we're coming to the end of the episode. But I'll be quick. But uh on the tariff case, Trump's actually arguing that they can't undo it even if it was illegal because it would be too massively detrimental. So it goes the other way where it's like now they can break the law and it's like too big to fail where if the policy that they implemented was so big that it would be destructive to unwind. Um they might allow an illegal policy to continue. >> Yeah. Yeah. Here, let's play just a few more seconds of this and then we'll wrap up. >> I think you got to get to the end on this one. Maybe maybe play them in and then go to the end because that's that's the bombshell. >> Now, these are obviously improper redactions. >> Let me stop. >> I'm I'm talking I'm not privileged. >> Quiet. >> Don't yell at me. If they're not, you not Mr. Even though you used your improper reduction. >> You'll like my answer to continue to protect time belongs to the member. >> Happy to release them. >> We'll stop the clock. We'll stop the clock. Time belongs to the member. Go ahead. >> Even though you used improper redactions to protect Donald Trump and other predators associated with Jeffrey Epstein, you did the exact opposite thing with the survivors and victims of this scheme. So, their identification information was really the only thing required to be redacted >> and it was not. >> Here, let's let's jump ahead to the to the last 30 seconds. I would go it I would say it's probably about the last minute where he says where he asked the victims to stand up. Um >> last week Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch >> you can't go off script >> said that any victim that wants to speak with the department has done so hopefully well thanks to the incredibly brave people sitting here behind you. We can actually ask them if that's true. Now, would the survivors and victims who are here please stand up one more time? Just by show of hands, how many of you or your loved ones actually have met with the Department of Justice and provided testimony and estim uh evidence? None. And of those of you who have not met, which is everyone, how many of you have reached out either individually or through a lawyer or representative to offer to provide testimony and evidence? All of them. And of those you of you, all of you who have reached out, how many of you were denied or ignored by the Department of Justice? All of them. And despite the shameful and despicable efforts by Miss Bondi and her department to intimidate you, how many of you are still willing to speak to the Department of Justice? >> All of them. Well, Miss Bondi, it looks like you have some more witness >> and I yield back. >> We will go to the good North Carolina. >> Let me pause it there. >> Yeah, that's pretty devastating. By the way, the angle I saw of the I saw a different video angle where you can see all the women and see all them raising their hands. But I'll I'll just conclude by saying Pam Bondi is cooked and you guys just there's no defending this man. This administration is a complete [ __ ] total failure. Just disgraceful. Last thought to you, Rob, and then we'll wrap up. We we've said more than once that the releasing of the files is just one aspect of this and then there's just that they have no interest in investigating and uh that moment right there just reeks a cover up of making claims that we've spoken to victims and then at least that batch of victims is willing >> all claiming they tried all claiming they tried to they're still willing to and none of them have. That's devastating >> and that's just one lead source in terms of what actually transpired. tell me that they're interested in investigating and actually looking into this after that moment. >> Dude, Thomas Massie and Roana had two hours in there. You know what I mean? There's so much more that's been redacted and so many more files that they haven't released. Yeah, dude. This thing stinks. A clear cover up. All right, that's it.
