Transcript

The moment you stop flirting with your decisions and fully commit, your entire life will change. I know because I did it this past summer. This past summer, I made a huge decision to completely let go of gluten. I found out that gluten made me bloated. It made me have a really bad mood. It made me not feel so good. And for a long time, I was flirting with that decision. It was a little bit like 5 days a week, no gluten, two days gluten. Even though I knew those two days would make me feel absolutely awful. And so finally, one hot summer day, I said, "I'm done. I don't need a countdown. I don't need to wait until Monday. I don't need to wait until I decide my decision is I'm done." And what I learned about that is that decisiveness is the highest form of self-respect.
