So, typically when somebody's doing a transformational process, they're focused on one of three things. They're either focused on their head, which is the way that they think, or they're focused on their heart, which is the way that they feel, the emotions that are moving, or they're focused on their nervous system, maybe through breath work or relaxation techniques. If you want to guarantee transformation, it's important that you're working on all three levels, that you're doing all three things, right? So our entire organization is set up to do all three things and not all at once but all three things. So as an example um we have all the podcasts those are all very head- based. Maybe some people have emotional experiences but most of the time that's a very head- based this video that you're watching it's very head- based. We're sitting here talking right and then we start moving into the uh the more emotional stuff when you watch the coaching videos. A lot of people will watch those and they'll feel sad or they'll cry or they'll get angry or they'll have an emotional reaction. They can feel it in their body, right? And then we move into our courses. And it's it's only in our courses where we feel like we can have enough care to actually move into the experiential, the body, because we really want to make sure that there's a good container. And I recommend no matter what you're doing, if you're moving just out of your head into more of the physical stuff, into the emotional stuff, into the the nervous system stuff, that you have a really good container full of people that are like highly trustworthy. And so then you keep on going in our in our world, if you keep on going, you have the connection course, which is very experiential. You're going to be with somebody. You're going to experiment with states of mind. There's not very much talking, right? It's like this. the intellect stuff comes earlier and it becomes this very experiential thing. So think about it like golf. I can read a book on how to play golf, but until I actually start playing golf, it's not going to happen, right? And so so connection course is where you get to start playing golf. It's like it's more like putt putt, right? It's like it's like a kind of golf, but it's not like full golf. And but it's an amazing experience and it teaches you the basics of the work that we do. And it's very engaging because we're just constantly saying, "How does this feel? How is it in your body?" We're we're having you run experiments that are very precise. We're not saying to you, "Oh, you know, here's what to think." We're saying, "Here, experiment with this. What do you think?" And then you walk out with the skill, but you also walk out with having felt what it's like to live that way, to live in what we call view, which is vulnerability, impartiality, empathy, and wonder. And then there's the next step where we go fully into the body, fully into the nervous system. And those are in our longer courses where people get to experience what it's like to release emotions and to have big nervous system movements, to have big emotional movements, to go into the patterns that have been holding them back for an extended period of time and unpack those emotions that are deeply tucked in there for decades often. And that's when you can start seeing these really significant changes like consistently. So no matter what you're doing, whether it's our coursework or somebody else's coursework, it doesn't really matter. What matters is that you're you're handling that transformation on all three and you're doing it in a place where people can really hold you, who can really be with you. Because often times when you're transforming on all three levels, that transformation can happen quite quickly. And again, that can feel a little destabilizing. So you want to make sure that you're being held in a really good container full of people who really understand what they're doing. And then we have our final place where we're do these very deep dives in-person stuff. And we only do that for people who have done the connection course and the longer courses because we know that once they've had that experience then they're really ready for the very deep transformational work that we can do which is physically being together having big emotional releases going deep into our patterns and learning the tools that really undo those patterns that you can take with you forever. We don't even advertise these because we want to make sure that people are completely prepared for them. And the amazing thing is is that we can consistently change by a standard deviation things like neurosis, negative self-t talk. We can have it so that people feel like they're thriving at close to a standard deviation more than they were before these. Consistently three months after the retreat is over, they get the we get these measurements. And it's because we're working on all three levels. Now again, what I'm here for is to do everything I can to help as many people have the life that they want to have, to transform into the life that they want to have. There are many ways to do it. I transform my life without taking any of my courses. You can take transform your life without taking any of our courses. But what you can't do is have guaranteed transformation if you're not working on the intellectual, the emotional, and the nervous system level. And so make sure that you're doing the practice in a real way that includes your body and your heart, your emotions, your nervous system. And then the transformation that is stuck will get unstuck real quick.
