YouTube, what's going on? It's been a while. Um, pretty tired. I've been working a lot and uh my wife's doing this diet thing and I've been following with her. Uh, I feel like I've been eating like a rabbit. It's making my mood a little funky out, I have to say. But, uh, it is what it is. Um, so been busy. Um, I actually bought just going to pull four of these things from Costco. Of course, I opened them. um didn't really pull anything good, but they do come with these cool promos which I will end up grading. Uh two of them which are good for grading. Um [snorts] so I am super excited. I got a grail card for me. Um I I say it's my grail card because it's been on my eBay save searches for so let's see. I graduated in college in 2006. Um I I was kind of too cool for school for cards. I was getting back into it a little bit. So, graduating college 2006. This set came out in 2005 and I was kind of like, "Oo, that's a cool card." I I heard about it um and looked into it. So, about 3 years after graduating is when I kind of knew of the card and probably added it to my saved searches. So, let's just say 2009 2010. So, it's been on my eBay search list at the bottom since 2010. So, give or take 15 or 16 years. Um, I've seen it pop up a couple times, but for whatever reason, I could just never purchase it just cuz I was on vacation. Um, and I think one time I saw one pop up and it was give or take the time of like my wedding. So, [laughter] um, just didn't have a chance to get it. But I'm super excited. I I got it today and it looks pretty nice. Um, so I'll show what it is. It is. Try [snorts] to get the glare off. The front, this is a Leaf um licensed Jim Brown autograph and uh gameworn jersey on the front and on the back. Barry Sanders gameworn patch his autograph. And this is kind of hard to tell, but it's numbered. Sorry for the reflection there. Number one out of 15. So, some of these have popped up on eBay here and there. There's been a 101 that sold for a ton of money. Um, but this one, actually, let me take it out of the case so I can show it better. This one popped up and the guy that was selling it, he has some crazy stuff like a um, gold vinyl Calvin Johnson uh, out of three Tops Chrome rookie auto, a Matt Stafford, the true Topps chrome 101 autograph. I posted that to my Instagram, but that's the first time that card has surfaced and it sold for uh, 52K or something like that. He didn't put these up at the most optimal ending time, so I think some of them went pretty cheap. Um, I actually won one of his other cards that will be coming soon. [snorts] Um, but yeah, so I'm super excited. This again, like it feels so good to have something taken off my eBay search list. Uh, I've seen it just at the bottom of my list and I said, might as well just take it off and look for a different autograph of these two guys. But to me, this card's perfect. Um, if some cars have like three or two person autos on the front. Um, but I feel like it takes away from the card because it's kind of small. There's patches and the auto takes up so much room. This one just focuses on Jim Brown and Barry Sanders um on one side each. And I feel like it just makes it for a cool looking card. Um, I, you know, I I love Walter Payeyton, EMTT Smith, Tony Dorset, but if they were on this card, it would ruin it for me because to me, Barry Sanders was my favorite running back. And I would probably put Jim Brown as the top running back ever. It's pretty close between them two. So, I think it's arguable. You know, some people might put EMTT up there, um, even LT, but to me, these are my top guys. But more so, just it feels so good to remove it from the bottom of my eBay watch list. Um, a lot of the other stuff on my watch list now, I can I'll probably edit a little bit here and there, but this is the one that's been sitting there for a while, so it's awesome. Uh, one thing, it's it's game worn. I actually didn't know this, but I learned recently that game worn is more authentic, quote unquote, than game used. Game worn means they actually wore it during the game. Like, for example, like the first, second, third, or fourth quarter. Game used can mean during the entirety of the game. So, during halftime, maybe they put up a warm-up jersey [snorts] or um just after postgame, they wear something for the interviews. um or just before the game they can have warm-ups and they can have that cut out. So that I learned. So this is actually game worn for both of them meaning they wore it during a game and it's leaf. I I guess I believe it but sometimes hard to say. Um it just because it's licensed is an awesome card. So I think probably during Fanatics Fest the national drop it off probably to BGS for grading. It looks pretty good. The auto is not perfect. So, uh, probably card grade, authentic autograde. Um, but yeah, so awesome stuff. Glad I got this. Got a little bit more incoming. Um, I finally got the notification that my OPI Nolan Ryan 1968 auto is coming back. [snorts] Um, so I'll have I'll have that soon uh on a video and I've been buying a lot for my PC. you'll see kind of this getting this has uh influenced me to get a lot of other cards that I kind of long for and I haven't been looking into for a while. Um I and I also made that move because I think with Tops getting the license soon. Um you'll see it's football cards from the early 2000s and 90s. Um I think the prices are going to go up. Um and I'm scared to try to get them on the up. Just want to get them while they're a little bit cheaper now. So, I'll turn the camera camera around and show you else what what else I picked up. All right, so I got some piles of cards here. I'm going to showcase this cuz I'm still super stoked. I'm so glad it came back in really good condition. I was worried that it was going to be all jacked up, quote unquote. And by the way, in authenticity guarantee, it was hanging out of the case again. I would think they would put it in a one-touch, but didn't happen. Okay, so some random like little cheaper cards that I got. I don't know why I bought this. This is a Jackie Robinson Classics Legendary Leather. Uh, this was numbered out of a 100. Uh, but it just looked cool, so I don't know. I picked it up. Uh, Tom Brady Upper Deck XPX. I forgot what year this is. Just a base card, but been buying a lot of Brady. Tops Chrome. I think this is 2003, I believe. Uh, yep, 2003. This is a weekly wrap-up. Tom Brady Tops Chrome. Similar card, just has that uh little weekly wrap-up down there. Lead leaders from Tops. Uh, just a base insert. The weekly wrap-up. Tops non-Tops Chrome. Tops Chrome. Tom Brady. 2014. I believe this is 2015. These are in pretty good condition. A lot of these were through DC Sports. Oh man, I'm getting tested here. Tops Chrome 2015. I'll say or 20 Well, it says 2010. So, is this 2011? Yeah, 2011. This is a Bowman chrome refractor uh of Tom. a little OC, but some of the uh the graded ones are going for quite a bit of money. Isaac Bruce Thunder Rave. So, the there's Rave, Thunder Raves, and I forgot what the other one is, but this is numbered out of 150. A little bit harder to find. Um, yeah, it's a cool card there. Steve McNair 1999, uh, row one, red label. And this is it's hard to see here, but it's numbered out of a 100. This is sweet. Champ Bailey red label uh rookie card numbered out of 100. He looks super young here um from the Redskins, but uh I was stoked to get this at a really fair price. [snorts] This is a tops finest Dan Marino rookie or not rookie refrator. Um prominent figures. I think it shows an achievement of I think maybe 5,084 passing yards and it's a refractor numbered out of that achievement. So 5084 here. Another prominent figure is Jerry Rice uh 1848. This must be the uh uh receiving yards, [cough] excuse me. And uh Barry Sanders prominent figures. Um, [snorts] this must be rushing yards out of 21105 from Tops Finest. Cool card there. Statistical standouts. Barry Sanders. This is from Rookies and Stars. It's numbered out of 500. I think I got that pretty cheap. And a Brett Favre. This is the green emerald fleer focus numbered out of 300. I like that it's kind of a green emerald color match. [snorts] Okay, so these are pretty cool. Um, I already kind of looked through these and figured out which ones I'm going to grade. Unfortunately, not a lot of them. If it's going to grade, if it has a chance at an eight, then I probably won't grade it. If it has a strong chance at a nine, then I would grade it. But this is the 2005 Topps chrome Leenian Tomlinson refrator. Um, he is extremely extremely cheap right now for how good he is. To me, he's better than Em Smith. I I know that may anger some people, but just my opinion. Um, yeah, this is LT is a strong buy for me. He is just ridiculously cheap. The 200, what year is this? 2002 black refractor, [cough] excuse me. Uh, [clears throat and snorts] numbered out of 599. This one has a big dimple. So, unfortunately, this is very ungradable, but still cool. [snorts] This is gradable. Uh, Leini Townson Tops chrome refractor from 2004. This one is pretty inexpensive. I think you can get the refractors for around 20 bucks. This is an uncirculated tops uh chrome red refractor of LT from 2006. This one looks really nice. Um, I'll probably send this for grading and then remove the sticker before obviously. [snorts] This is interesting. uh Emtt Smith from the Cardinals. Uh it's a cool kind of color match, I have to say, but it's it's a little weird to buy his cards outside of the Cowboys. Still, this is a finest refractor uncirculated out of 50. So, this is the gold, and it looks really nice. I think I'll probably send this in for grading. [snorts] Uh this is a 1995 finest uh refractor of Brett Favre. It's a little greeting and hulking. Um, it has a little bit of an edging issue, so I'm not going to send it in for grading. But, uh, yeah, this is cool. This is a tricky buy. It's really hard to tell which one the refractors are from 1995, but um, yeah, I'm pretty sure it's 95. Yeah, 1995. Okay. [snorts] A gunslinger tops chrome Brett Favre refractor. Um, these you can It does say refractor back here. This one has a chance at a nine, but I don't know. I'm not a big Brett far fan. I just thought the card was cool looking, so I bought this. Um, we'll see if I I may send that one in. All right, this is an Eddie. I I have to say I respect Eddie George. Hate the school that he went to for college, but um if you look at the edging here, it's kind of uh ruffled up and that's normal. That's how this top's finest. I think this is the gold out of 100 or yellow or gold. I'm not sure. Oh, it says right there gold refrator. Um, these are a tough tough grade due the ed due to the edges, but this one looked really nice. So, I'll send this in for grading. Another [snorts] Eddie George top's finest refractor. I don't know if this is the atomic or the base refractor. U, but this is uncirculated, unopened out of 175. And this one looks good, too. I may send this in for grading. Fortunately, the next pile here, anything in a top loader is just not gradable for me. Um, [snorts] Charles Woodson Bowman Chrome Rookie Refractor. This one's sweet. Uh, he has a good number of fractors. I have another bigger one coming from authenticity guarantee, but greatest Michigan player um from my alma mater. Definitely this is going to sit in my nice little binder for until I die. Uh, Top's finest rookie refrator. Not numbered, but this one has like the craziest shine to it on the back. Fortunately, some surface scratches. uh EX 2001 helmet heroes. This is an acetate insert. Um potentially worth grading, but I'd rather it looks cool in my binder. [cough] Excuse me again. [clears throat and snorts] And this is a Charles Woodson Upper Deck SPX. Um rookie numbered out of 1998, the year that he was drafted. There's there's uh lower numbers, too. This one's relatively cheap. >> [snorts] >> And then I got a pretty big uh Edger and James lot. And these these are I got these at such a good deal. Probably like six or seven bucks each. I just thought they were really cool. Um but Topps Heritage Refractor. This one's numbered out of 557. Edin James tops finest with a yellowing patch. Refrator out of 999. [snorts] tops chrome black refractor of Edgeran James out of 599 and this is from obviously from 2000 the big year I I wish this was Tom Brady but not but it it's interesting to see what the refractor would look like in hand um but the 2000 Bowman Chrome Edger and James refractor [snorts] Topps Heritage this one could potentially be graded but uh I'll just keep it in my binder of Edan games. This one is numbered out of hard to tell 556. They had some really odd numbering back then. Grounder warriors. This is another Topps chrome refrator. [snorts] Uh tops chrome refrator of Edan James out of 999. This is 2011 it looks like. and a Topps chrome refractor of Edger and James from the year 2000. So, I'll be watching what this guy has. He has a bunch of other nice cards that I still would like to add to my binder before I feel. And again, this isn't investment advice, but uh I think football cards will the early 2000s and 90s football cards will go up a bit. [snorts] Okay. Tom Brady. Um, 2016 Panini Shining Armor. I think this is a short print. This is nothing that special. PSA8. Um, I I'll probably crack this out because it's not in the best condition, but it's still cool. Uh, this is new to me. I I wasn't really aware of what these were, but I guess 2017 Panini had predictors where you could predict offensive player of the year, defensive player of the year, all those, and get this card. So, the population is pretty low of this. This was the Tom Brady offensive player of the year, redemption at nine. And [snorts] here is the MVP predictor. So, this one tends to go for a little bit more. Um, this was also from 2017, but I thought this was cool. This is interesting. A Tom Brady 2016 Panini stickers. Um, I think it's the Italian it said. I have no idea what where this is from actually. Yeah, Italian Panini stickers. So, I just thought this was unique. Kind of a cool little sticker card. Almost looks like a patch in the back. Tom Brady blue uh PSA 10 Panini. Uh it's a blue foil. Uh it's nothing too crazy, but a cool card. I don't know. I I don't know why I bought this. I think I put in a bid where a lower bid and I ended up winning it. but it's just a 2009 Bowman Chrome Topsy and a PSA 10. So adding to the Tom Brady's um I am being a little cautious with Tom Brady cards still buying up what I can but once I get the license his autos are going to just go up in number and explode and I am personally staying away from any of his autos unless it's an early autograph. Um especially the unlicensed stuff I'm not touching but we'll see. But that's it. Thanks for sharing my uh joy in getting specifically this card. I'm so [snorts] stoked. I'm going to be looking at this for a while. Um I'm still kind of shocked that I was able to get this. I again I put a super bid in and I I probably I won it at what I thought was a very fair price compared to what they sold for. U my super bid was quite a bit higher than what it went for. So that made me extra stoked. Um, but yeah, thanks for watching and uh my next video I'll have uh quite a bit of new pickups um as well as maybe some shows that I'll go to as well as um some more recent purchases that I made on uh Facebook. Thanks for watching.
