Previously on the Ruben. >> I don't think he has a plan. >> Trump derangement syndrome does. You just become dumb. Nobody makes a cheeseburger that way. Chuck, be a frame moder. >> Well, as a member of Congress, I find myself in airports quite often. It's spectacular that you could get on a plane except ICE is funded already. All right, people. I'm Dave Rubin. This is the Reuben Report. It is March 12th, 2026. Share, subscribe, tap the notification bell. Why am I looking this way and this way as I assume you people that work here, you guys? You guys should subscri Yeah, he's he's you shared. >> Mhm. >> Okay, you tap the not Okay, we're good. Uh, all right. We got a jam-packed show for you. Second half is a rubreport.locals.com community Q&A. So, if you want to jump in right now and get a question in on the fly, you can download the iOS app. I believe we're in the Android store, wherever you have a device and a screen and buttons and all that good stuff. Uh, obviously, uh, bit on the war, bit on what's going on with this defunding of DHS, which the Democrats keep saying is about ICE, even though ICE is funded. Uh, then lobster gate has burst forth. Where's Jordan Peterson when you need him? uh and a bit about how uh New York City has fallen to the jihadists. Actually, why don't we start right there? Uh this is New York City uh yesterday. A little Ramadan prayer in New York City Hall. Of course, this is to the backdrop of two guys uh from ISIS uh who uh threw an IED near Gracie Mansion the other day. If you were watching CNN, the implication was that they were trying to threaten the mayor Mami. Of course, they were throwing it at other people. Uh, but here's the prayer. Strange. I would set this up just by saying it's a little strange to me. If Christians pray virtually anywhere, uh, the left goes bananas about church and state, but they have their new fetish. You want to make some >> moment where you're asking yourself how you can reconnect to >> growing up with being taught that was that was an interesting move that he just did there. That one finger up thing. Uh we've got this from end wokeness. Take a look. Yeah. ISIS suspect. We pointed this out yesterday and this has become the thing. ISIS's hand gesture is the one finger up. I don't know where they came up with that one. Yeah, there you go. Those are ISIS guys. Those are beheaders and rapists, you know, Democrats basically. And uh we can go back to the uh other picture right there from city hall. Uh there is one of the guys who I guess is a Muslim tick- tocker or something. And there he is giving the ISIS salute. Now again, you can say whatever you want about prayer and everyone's entitled to have their own private beliefs. Of course, this is on public property, but I really think it is worth mentioning. Uh you can see the slow creep of this thing happening right now, and it's actually not h happening very slowly. It's happening uh quite quickly. Uh we pointed out yesterday that uh Mayor Mandami instead of having the police officer who uh jumped over the fence to stop the guy who threw the bomb, the Islamist jihadist who was trying to kill people. Uh instead he had what's his name? Who was the guy? The the Colombia guy Khalil Mahmood Khalil over. Uh who was who's not an American citizen. He had him over for dinner who was leading chance of River to the Sea and Globalized the Inifat and all that. Now he's embroiled in another scandal here. Although quite frankly this one in some sense I don't realize I don't see how it's a scandal because he's just doing he just is and is doing everything that was obviously going to happen. But the other scandal uh involves his wife. Uh take a look at this. It's from Heni who's a ex- commentator. Uh, New York City Mayor Mandami's wife liked this picture of 12-year-old Yagil Yakov, who was kidnapped by Hamas on October 7th. His father was murdered. He was forced to strip in front of all these people and then abused. Hamas posted this picture. So, let's just leave it up for just a second. Obviously, we have to blur some of it for YouTube purposes, but that is a 12-year-old boy whose father was just killed, who was kidnapped, stripped by a bunch of absolute savage, barbaric, backwards lunatics. And mom Dami's wife liked that picture. Now, she's got two million followers on uh on Instagram. And um again, I I'm not surprised. She's a Hamas supporter. He's a Hamas supporter. They're supporters of the Islamist project, right? Like the terrorist ideology, and they're importing it into the city. and he swore an oath on the Quran, not on the Old Testament or the New Testament or what they should all every politician should swear on which is the Constitution, but that's a separate issue. But now there's all this outrage about this and it again it doesn't surprise me at all. This is a guy who won't condemn globalized the inifat and everything else. Uh here he is asked about his wife liking a picture of a kid who was surrounded by terrorists whose whose father was just murdered by them. >> Is it anybody's business? And is it fair to question you about it? >> You know, my wife is the love of my life and she's also a private person who has held no formal position on my campaign or in my city hall. I, however, was elected to represent all 8 12 million people in the city. And I believe that it's my responsibility because of that role to answer any questions about my thoughts and my policies, my decisions. >> Right. Well, how about answering the question? Well, the question was kind of stupid. the qu the guy is going, "Is it fair for me to ask you this question?" I mean, it's kind of dumb question in the first place. Of course, it's fair. His his wife has again two million Instagram followers. She's the wife of a public person. That's how this all goes. Um, what you might want to say is how here would here would be a question that somebody might want to ask. You know, I try to help these journalists. I'm just doing this pro bono for these people. Uh, one question you might want to ask is, um, do you think it was a do you agree? Let's try it this way. Do you agree with your wife liking that post? What do you think she meant by liking that post? Do you condemn the people who murdered the father and kidnapped the 12-year-old kid? We could do a series of these. I just offered that up to those of you who are out there in the field of journalism who might ask uh that laring communist jihadist the question. Uh but you know, New York City, it's a place. It was once a place. If you can make it there, you can make it anywhere. A lot of people had to leave because of that because this guy took over, right? In the old days, not Sinatra's New York anymore, right? Um but here is a Fox 5 report on um the budget director because you would think with everything going on, these people would be hunkering down. They want to give people free things. You've got to find the money for those free things. I know that sounds ironic, but you do. And you'd think they'd be working as hard as possible. >> Hey, Stephen Natasha. So, city controller Mark Lavine painting a grim picture of the city's economic future, reporting that the city lost 38,000 private sector jobs over the last year. Today, the city council kicked off their first budget hearing and already there are mixed numbers. Lavine testifying today that the city's budget gap will now likely be $7.3 billion over two years, almost $2 billion more than what the mayor's office has been projecting. Now, usually the mayor's budget director will kick off testimony at the first council budget hearing, but city hall says that the director will testify later in the month because he is fasting for Ramadan. >> Okay, good luck everybody. So, the budget gap is $7.3 billion, meaning that there's a shortfall of $7.3 billion to make things free. Again, you really have to play along with their logic here. We know that people that produce whose money they take for taxes are fleeing the city. That means that that chasm there, right? That's going to continue to widen. They keep wanting more money and the people who provide them with more money, who are being punished by the people who want the money are fleeing the city. That was a hell of a sentence. All true. So, that chasm will continue to grow while he will continue to say everything will be for free, which is completely absurd. And the guy who's in charge of the uh budget office can't show up because it's Ramadan. It's just perfect. Good luck with all of that. Uh Greg Price on Twitter, I I quote him quite often. He's an actual journalist. Um he reiterates something I just said a moment ago. When liberals talk about separation of church and state, what they mean is every religion is allowed except Christianity. And I and again he can have his private beliefs and anyone can have their private beliefs. But just imagine if this was if there was an open an openly outwardly facing Christian right now who was doing Christian practices in Gracie Mansion and in New York City Hall and there were Christians all over New York City who were taking over Time Square for prayers and stopping traffic and all the rest of it. And if there was the sympathy with terrorism etc etc. A friend of mine who's in who still lives in New York City, used to work in he's a retired police officer actually. Probably couldn't take it anymore. You can't blame the guy. But he just sent me this one a few minutes ago. This is happening in Harlem just moments ago. And this seems seems like things are going great, >> bro. This got a gun in his hand. This got a gun in his hand, gang. What the is going on? I'm in Harlem. Look at this, bro. He got a gun in his >> All right. I'm telling you guys, the system there is degrading and it will happen slowly and then it will happen very fast. More and more police officers will flee. We know that police officers already they've had to lower the requirements to get into the NYPD because they cannot get qualified people. You have a mayor who is sympathetic with jihadists and terrorists. They are importing their religious ideas. And if you think, okay, fine, let you know what it's fine. He wants to put his mat down and pray for Ramadan and it's just fine and he wants to do that in city hall and everything else and putting aside that they would be ballistic. The same exact people would be absolutely apoplelectic if this was happening with Christianity. Um you could say that's all fine, but it will be happening in public schools soon enough. My guess is it's happening in public schools already in New York City. So we will just wait and see. But uh let's connect this to some of the terrorism that has happened lately because I said to Joseph yesterday, I was like, you know, we should just we're just going to track the terrorist incidences for the year and we'll just have a running tab open and this is it's it's like depressing and hilarious at the same time. We'll just have a running tab over the Islamist terrorist attacks because we just cover them. Sometimes we don't even cover them because it's just just so much going on and then we just move on. So, you know, 16 people get shot in Austin at a nightclub. We just move on. Terrorists throws an IED. We pretend it's going after the mayor, we just move on. Uh, but Lydia Moahan, I've shown you a couple videos of her recently, was on Abby Phillips show, the wizard known as Abby Phillips. Um, and she points out that there's been two terrorist attacks in the last 10 days, and Abby is just not having it. >> I can't So, I can't speak for Mike Johnson, but I I would say we've had two terrorist attacks here in the last 10 days. >> But, can we condemn those? Why are we >> Of course. What does that have to do with Muslims? >> What does that have to do with What does that have to do with Muslims? There is a radical strain of Islam, okay, that's led to these terrorist attacks. Obviously, the vast majority of Muslims are people with terroristic ideologies here and all around the world. What does that have to do with whether Muslims belong in American society as a group? >> Yeah. And let's be clear, let's look, >> okay, I'm not cursing. I'm trying not to say the rword, Abby. Um, well, why is it that you feel the need to run cover for people who are telling you what their ideology is? Right. Amir Balot, who was the guy that threw the IED, said that ISIS was the reason for his conduct and he pledged allegiance to ISIS. That's according to ABC. Uh, also the Austin shooter. Tell me if this has something to do with rel. I don't have a sweatshirt like that. Does anyone watching this have a sweatshirt like that? It, you know, he's putting it on the sweatshirt. So, Abby, you look I I keep saying you're the dimmest person on television. There's just something something There's just Well, there's nothing behind your eyes. That's the thing. But like, what are you doing? What are you doing with your life? You put out that tweet, you know, two days ago implying that the bombing that the that the terrorist who threw the homemade bomb was going after Mami, which was completely a lie. And there you are on television pretending that the ideology that he's saying he's doing it for has nothing to do with the ideology. Like, it's just absolutely absurd. And the more absurd you get, and this is something Jordan Peterson warned about years ago, the more absurd the left gets on all of these crazy things usually baked into race and identity politics, we're going to get a version of it on the right that is going to be just as bad, if not worse. So, we are now seeing, I would say, more and more of a white identitarian movement. Now, it's not in and of itself, every country has the right to defend its border and its culture and all of those things. I 100% believe that. I've always said that. Um, but what you are seeing now is more and more people talking about, well, why can't white people have their countries then? And here's even Joe Rogan bringing it up. >> A thing when an all-white country wants to stay all white where people get very nervous of if China had decided that they wanted to remain Chinese and stay Chinese and that being Chinese is very important to what China is, no one would have a problem with that. Yeah. >> When a country like Poland does it, you're like, "Oh, those white people, they want to keep everybody out. They want it to be all white." >> Yeah. And >> because we're, you know, that's post World War II. That's that's post Aryan race talk. That's post Nazi stuff. That's what people are legitimately freaked out about. That's the most recent stain in our history. >> You know, it's it's worth noting that there are a million UR Muslims in China right now. They are detained and in internment camps. You don't see any of the uh Gaza people screaming for them. They're beaten and tortured. We should maybe do some a bigger segment about that. Um but Rogan is right. There's nothing Poland happens to be a mostly white country, right? There's not a lot of black and brown Polish people. It just is what it is. You could say the same thing maybe about Ireland. Now Ireland unfortunately has imported so many people that they are rapidly losing their culture. But there was nothing wrong with the Irishman who was at the pub with his challe. There was nothing wrong with that guy. It's an Irish walking stick. You know that, Connor. And it's St. Patrick's Day in a few days and I'm going to bust out I only bust out me challe once a year. I'm very excited. I've got to shine it and I'm going to Okay, you know. Anyway, um but you're going But there is some optics thing there, right? Like the Japanese have every right to defend Japanese culture, right? And you can call them racist or you can call them elitists or whatever, but they have every right to. Now, the confusion usually comes with Western European nations and particularly the United States because the United States was founded as a melting pot, right? We've been through this a million times. The whole idea was that you everyone was going to come here. We created foundational documents that that were well beyond sort of ethnic background and everything else. It was a place for individual rights and for everyone to be here. And what we are seeing is 250 years later because of the craziness of the left that imported identity politics. It it reverted us back to many of the things that our ancestors fled that that's sort of what took over on the left and now there's a version of it on the right that is appearing and most of us unfortunately probably sit between those two things but we'll get caught up in it. Uh let's talk about uh the sane Democrat. you know who I'm bringing up, John Federman. Uh because here he went on CNN and obviously the war, you know, I think this is day 12 now if I'm not mistaken of the war. By every account, it is going extremely well, right? By whether it's Trump, Seth, Rubio, the Iranian Navy's gone, the military leadership is gone. Uh the Straits of Hormuz are being cleaned up, the oil prices going down after a day spike. Like they're shooting less rockets. Like we will see what happens after. But everything seems to be going pretty well. But watch Fedterman, the one sane Democrat, go on CNN and get into it with Caitlyn Collins over the war. >> And I would remind everybody listening right now, you the United States never ever targets targets civilians. Iran does, you know, and including their own citizens and they massacred that 35,000 of them just a couple weeks ago. and the left please please the the left media is much more angry uh you know about or talking about this hospital and it is a tragedy but they didn't seem to be as concerned about uh the Iranians massacring tens of thousands of their young people just a couple weeks ago too so and I don't know what what your your network talked about but what I'm saying that that you know whether like it's the New York Times they're making it more and more trying to convince America that this this has been a disaster or things are out of control and that's just categorically not true on that. >> We'll see what the Pentagon investigation says. Senator John Federman, I appreciate your time tonight. Thank you for joining us as always here. >> Yes. Oh, no. You don't have to cut me off here. >> Go ahead, Senator. We're not cutting you off. >> Well, you you said something that it's like it's it's it's appropriate to to cover it. It is appropriate to cover it. You know, it's a tragedy. Absolutely. You know, and now if we were on that, it's entirely appropriate for her to apologize. If you're implying that I don't think it's wrong to cover it, that's just not true. >> You know, it's so interesting because, you know, I keep making the jokes he had brain damage. He's becoming more conservative as his brain heals and everything. And it's like the guy still has a certain way to go, right? Like there's there's some stuff that is his speech is a little whatever. And yet he's making more sense. His point is the United States, think about what's happened in these last 12 days. Do you think that the United States that our air force and military is flying over Iran and looking to kill innocent people? Like maybe you do, but it's just not true as he points out. So if we bombed a school that was next to a military installation or sometimes they're being used as military installations, we in the west we actually do uh we do the proper followup with our military. We try to figure out what happened. We try to figure out where the fault of intelligence is. Now the counter to that is the way the savages that the western world is always fighting behaves. Iran is firing rockets in every which direction and every one of those rockets is designed to inflict maximum damage as much as possible. Maybe we get a video we can show in a little bit of the cluster bombs that they're firing at Israel. They are firing bombs that explode and then explode into a million pieces so the shrapnel will hit people and they're firing it into Tel Aviv, which is a civilian city, right? They're not firing it like, oh, let's find that military base over there. They're trying to kill as many random people as possible. That is not what we do. It's not what the Israelis do. And we are subjected to be put being put on trial by a military that seemingly wants us to lose this war. Here's Federman who's making the rounds. I mean, they got one Zane Democrat and he's he's making the rounds talking to people on TV. Here he is on News Nation. >> You are confident that the world is better after the death of Iran's Supreme Leader, the Ayatollah Ham. But his son% >> his son kill every last member of their their leadership. Well, his son is now in charge and he's considered even more of a hardliner. >> Well, they should kill they should kill him, too. >> Oh, well, maybe they will. >> Well, it sounds actually like his son is in a hospital in a coma and I think maybe his leg was blown off or something and they're going to need a new leader real soon. Um, look, again, I'll keep saying it, but it's like you you can be an isolationist. You cannot agree with war. You know, I think it's a somewhat amateur way of looking at the world because you could say, "I'm for peace. I'm for peace." But war could come to you. This is what I'm always saying about those little guys with the hairy feet in the Shire. It's like they were having a nice life. War is on the way, right? Like you you def you you become scary so that your enemies don't screw with you. Now, we got a video of the cluster bombs. So, these are the cluster bombs that Iran is shooting into Israel right now. And they are specifically designed so they blow up and then turn into all of these other parts and then those parts drop all over civilian areas. Right? So that what they're trying they are shooting things to inflict maximum damage on a civilian population. That is not what we do. Do you think for one second that's what the United States is doing? We're shooting bombs that are going to blow up all over the place. No, we're going with the most pinpoint precision uh attacks to take out military infrastructure and military leadership, etc., etc. Uh, you know, one of the things that um that I do think we have to be worried about, even though this is going quite well, and we'll see if the Iranian people rise up when the time is right and everything else is that Iran could have sleeper cells, right? I said that way back when when this when the 12-day war happened uh back in May that there could be Iranian sleeper cells and they could be activated. Now, it's an interesting philosophical thing to think about for a second. Let's say our intelligence knows that these sleeper cells exist and they're tracking them and they do things that we don't know about, right? If you remember, I had um Joe Lansdale in here about a year ago. He's one of the co-founders of Palunteer and he talked about how, you know, in some sense our intelligence services are so good and deal with so many things that we don't know about that it creates this false sense of security. So meaning that there obviously are terrorist cells in the United States and across the West and if they were to be activated, a lot of people, you could see certain people, the isolationist types would be like, "Oh my god, look at the terrorism in America right now. this is the fault of Trump for bring you know for going to war with Iran and it's like well wait a minute so we should just not do what we think is right because terrorists are here and might kill us like we got to go for those guys anyway anyway Trump was asked about sleeper cells and uh I thought his answer was quite interesting >> Iran sleeper cells there could be inside the US right now >> I have been and a lot of people came in through Biden with this stupid open border but we know where most of them are we've got our eye on all of them. I think >> if it doesn't they came in through the open border policies of sleepy Joe Biden, one of the worst the worst president in the history of our country and we've got our eyes on all of them. But the war itself is being prosecuted at a level that nobody's >> Okay, so this is where I think it's a weird thing to say, but you I trust Trump especially directionally, right? like I trust that he sees the world in a way that is realistic and is trying to do good things in the world. We have to trust the the administration that he's right that he says he says we know where most of them are. Now the problem is you don't need that many people to do horrible things. That's why when I you know many times over the Biden years when okay so about 20 million people came in. Let's say 10 million of no let's say 10% of 20 million people are just not great people. That leaves us with two million people, right? And let's say 10% of those not great people are pretty bad people. That's 200,000 people. And let's say 10% of those pretty bad people are really bad people. That's 20,000 people. And let's say 10% of those are psycho lunatic jihadists. That's 2,000 people. And let's say 10% of those are the worst of the worst of the worst of the worst. That's 200 people. And if 10% of those are freaking Skeletor, Megatron, Sauron, Dooku, >> Killer Croc, two more, Joker, >> Scarecrow, >> Scarecrow, Green Goblin combined, 10% of 200, that's 20 people. And 20 people can do an awful lot of damage. Okay, it took 21 hijackers. Or how many hijackers was it? uh for 911. Um and I want to it just made me think, you know, when Trump says we know where these people are and again I I believe that we have shut down the border. I believe that his intelligence services are doing the right thing and we will see what happen. But do you remember this video from 2024? I mean this this is chills up your spine. Go. >> By the way, if you are smart enough, you will know who I am. But you are really not smart enough to know who I am. But soon you're going to know who I am. Very easy. >> Wow. Very easy. >> The the entitlement. The entitlement. No, believe me, I'm much better than that. >> The entitlement, guys. Wow. >> That was a random guy walking through. Soon you're going to know who I am. And he had no problem saying it. Did we ever find out who he was? We don't think so. So, that guy's likely wandering around somewhere in America. You think he's up to no good? You think You think he's working at Chick-fil-A? You think he's just He was just like, I was just want to work for Chick-fil-A. Love that special sauce. Want to move as much of that as possible. Right. It's crazy. Uh there were some commenters at one point on X that were saying that they saw him in New York City. like we just simply do not know. Anyway, let's get you a more uh now that we scared the sh crap out of everybody, let's get you a more um sort of granular update on where the war is at. Here is Trump talking about the military gains that we've got to and and where we could potentially go. >> Very good shape. The main thing is we have to win this. They win it quickly, but win it. And there are many people I'm just watching uh some of the news. Most people say it's already been won. It's just a question of when. When do we stop? We don't want to let it regrow and ideally would like to see somebody in there that knows what they're doing. In other words, they can build a country. Now, one other thing. We can hit sections of Tran and other places that if you do it, it'll be almost impossible for them to rebuild their country. And we don't want that. But we could hit electric uh we could take apart their electric capacity within one hour. and it would take them 25 years to rebuild it. So ideally, we're not going to be doing that. >> Isn't it fascinating what Trump is saying right there? He's saying we've taken out the military. That in essence, this this thing is a military win. If nothing else, in terms of if our goal was to destroy the ballistic missile system, degrade the nuclear system, make sure that they can't, you know, that the leadership has has so largely been taken out that they won't be able to coordinate exporting terrorism and all those things, then we've in essence done it. And what he's saying is soon enough we're going to have to get to a point where there will have to be some sort of settlement. Hopefully not with the mullers, right? Like they'll be gone and the Iranians, the actual Iranian people have taken them out. Otherwise it could get to the point where we're going to have to go after their electric infrastructure and everything else. And the and he's exactly saying in some sense he's saying just what Betterman said. Fetman said we don't go after people, right? We don't go after the no one's trying to kill the average Iranian citizen at all. There's just no evidence of it. No matter what your broken brain YouTube commentator is saying right now, there's just no evidence. And what Trump is saying there is we don't want to take out their infrastructure. We don't want to take out their electricity and everything else. We could do all of that. And this is what negotiations and leverage is all about. Now, the other thing that's super interesting about all of this is everyone thinks this is just about Iran, but as I've been pointing out for weeks now, this is in some sense much more about China, about the energy that China gets from Iran, about the Trump Monroe doctrine. we're going to take care of our hemisphere and we're going to exert American influence again and that we are going to do have peace through strength and that maybe China will not be allowed to take Taiwan because they're making all sorts of superconductors there that are going to be extremely important in the AI race. We can do this all day long. Here's China's foreign ministry spokesman uh saying that China condemns the actions, but note he doesn't say they're going to do anything about it. China does not agree with the attacks on Gulf States and condemns all indiscriminate attacks on civilians and non-military targets. The urgent task is to immediately cease military operations and prevent further expansion of the conflict. The solution lies in returning to dialogue and negotiation as soon as possible and striving to restore peace. The fundamental solution is to jointly return to the right track of abiding by international law and the basic norms of international relations. Okay, so that's kind of standard, you know, government spokesperson speak. Stop doing it, America. We're with Iran. But they're not doing anything. And isn't that interesting? So when you think about who will lead the world? We we for the last the United States for the last however many years, certainly all of the Biden years, maybe you could make some argument around the first Trump four years. You absolutely can make an argument about it. For the eight Obama years, we have been seing our position in the world, right? And someone is going to step into that vacuum. That's just how it is. Someone will lead the world. Someone will set the table. And if it's not us, it's going to be China. So now, as we are right now taking out all of the military and terrorist structures that exist in Iran, China, they're saying some things. Don't do it. Don't do it. But note, they're not doing anything. And that may show you what American power is all about and that they might be a little more worried about Taiwan right now and figuring out how they are going to be the world's hegemonic power. Here's Bill O'Reilly, who I I think we have on next week, uh, talking about how most Americans feel about the situation right now. >> The country wants the United States to break Iran. Some Americans don't want to pay the price for that. I think that's an accurate assessment. They don't want to pay more for gas. They don't want to see any casualties. They don't want to pay attention to it. Okay. But I think most Americans understand that the campaign is noble, that Trump is doing the right thing, but the right thing isn't always the easiest thing. Most of the time it isn't. But from my experience, across the board, most loyal Americans want the United States to break Iran. You only see the fanatical progressive left rooting for Iran. No one. >> All right. As much as I agree with Bill, I would add one thing to the end right there, which is yes, the fanatical progressive left, so the Bernies and the AOC and the Hamas caucus, yes, they are rooting for us to lose for sure. like they like if you really think about it, do you think Bernie wants us to win this war? The answer obviously is no. He doesn't like American influence. He doesn't like American power. Do you think Rashida Talib and AOC and Ilhan Omar, do you think they want America to win the war against radical jihad? Of course they don't. They they are part and parcel of it, right? They're trying to import it here. Uh do you think that Mami wants us to win this thing? Of course not. So that's one part. But I would add to Bill, there is a portion on the right that no longer likes American power and influence. And this is what I would say is that is that Tucker portion and they want us to lose. Obviously, I if if this thing goes cleanly and the Iranians rise up and get their country back and those 13 Arab Muslim nations who have been attacked by Iran, you know, if more peace deals are signed with Israel, how ridiculous do Tucker and some of these people look? So they they need in essence, right? They Tucker back in May thermonuclear World War II. Oh, it turned out to be a 12-day war. In some sense, they need America to fail here. That's just Sorry, that's just reality. It just is. Let's talk about balance of nature for just a sec and then we will have more on lobster gate. My god, we're feeding our soldiers. We better freak out. You've probably noticed that nutrition has gotten really complicated lately. Every label at the store seems to have a long list of ingredients you can barely pronounce. But what if the real answer is much more simple? We've all been told to eat fruits and vegetables because they contain natural nutrients your body needs every day. And that's exactly what Balance of Nature helps provide. Balance of Nature takes real fruits and vegetables and puts them through a vacuum sealed cold process that helps preserve those natural nutrients from whole foods. Head on over to balance nature.com to subscribe and save today. Join hundreds of thousands of people making whole food nutrition part of their daily routine. All right, guys. So, you may have heard of the latest scandal. We have been feeding our soldiers some decent food, and the Democrats are very upset. The Democrats who will waste money on everything. If you ask a Democrat to build a public toilet, they will literally buy an American Standard toilet for $4.6 million. But they are very upset that occasionally our troops who are fighting to defend our freedoms, who are much better people than all the rest of us. Uh, occasionally they're getting some ribeye and they're getting some lobster. Uh, let me show you a couple misleading headlines here on what's going on here. Pete Hegsth goes on $93 billion Pentagon spending spree for lobster, fruit baskets, and Japanese flute. Pete Hegathth Blue Billions on fruit baskets, stands, chairs, and crab. And there's TMZ with AI Pete holding a holding a crab. And what is that? A mango. What is that thing in his other hand? A crab and a mango. Does mango go with crab? I'm not even sure what's happening there. Um, now we should uh clean up some of this. Um, the Pentagon spent $20 million on food for our soldiers in September of 2025. This accounts for 0.002% of military spending. 0.002% of military spending. I should also note that this isn't un unusual because spending in September is huge every year because the government's fiscal year ends on September 30th. And if they don't spend all the money they've been allocated, it doesn't roll over. Now, you might say that that's a ridiculous way for any no company could operate that way, right? That you just have to spend all of the money you have or you're not going to get more. They have the good way the government works is they just get more money because they keep taking more taxes from the rest rest of us. I can't just budget out what this show is and then every year be like spend all the money we've got. I don't know what money I'm going to bring in next year. That's a separate thing. But the point is there's nothing unusual about any of this. So then we're going to CNN and this guy Paul Begala, he seems to think that Pete himself ate $6.9 million of lobster. He has spent $15 million in one month for ribeye steak, 6.9 million for lobster tail, $225 million for for furniture. He spent more in the month of September than most countries on earth spend in their defense all for himself. Lobster tails while our troops are no lobster. Do you believe the Secretary of Defense is personally eating all the lobster? Well, he can't eat 16. Oh, lobster. Oh, really? The troops are getting lobster >> frequently in theater. Troops are going to war. Great meal. You know that >> they're getting lobster. You are so killed over this. You're going to get killed over this internet. Do something. >> Oh, really? The troops are getting lobster. They're not getting lobster. Conor, do we have video of them getting lobster? >> Brother, this defect has steak and lobster. >> How's your steak and lobster? >> All right. Damn near decent. How's yours? I'm ready for war. >> We're going to war. >> That is finger from the ruda to the tuda. Yeah, that's good stuff. Okay. And they like it. And you know, it is true that when we send our guys out to war, we often give them a really great meal. And you know what? I got to tell you, I'm a low tax guy. I am more than happy with the government wasting a lot of my tax dollars so that our soldiers can eat well and not just the day before they're going out to war. But I mean, Bala, what kind of are you? That Yes, Pete's eating this. It's not the soldiers that are eating it. There you go. Can we We got to do a curb your enthusiasm version of that. There's not eating any lobster and then show them eating lobster with the curb song. Like we'll we'll get to we'll put that up for tomorrow or something. Um anyway, the the Democrats have just lost their mind. So, it's like just anything that they can grab on to. My god, we've spent money on lobster. Just anything because they want to just keep the eye off the ball. And uh but by what I mean by that is they don't want you to think the war is going well, so they have to tell you it's going horribly and we're trying to kill innocent people. They don't want us to have safe and secure elections, so they have to tell you that black people don't know how to use printers and women who are married won't be able to vote. But it's not just the Democrats. This is wild. This is Alaska Republican Senator Lisa Marowski uh being asked why she is not supporting the Save Act. Take a look. >> Where do you stand on the Save America Act? Do you uh you know support getting this legislation passed to protect elections? >> Uh not as it is drafted. No. >> Why not? The implementation in a rural state like Alaska is going to disenfranchise an extraordinary majority. And while I support citizenship voting and voting ID, I want to make sure that it's implementable >> with Republicans like these. Who needs Democrats? What she said was it would if if the Save Act passes, meaning if we just ensure that citizens are voting in our elections, it will disenfranchise a majority of people in Alaska. Are you saying a majority of people in Alaska don't have the proper identification to vote, don't know if they were born in the country, etc. What are you talking about? And again, as I keep saying, if you believed that, then wouldn't you put together a little government program that even in Alaska, and I watched the last season of um that show on HBO with the lesbian uh Jodie Foster. Uh come on, Matthew McConnA was in it. The crime, true crime. Is it called True Crime? True Crime. >> True Detective. >> True Detective. So, I know I get it. It's cold out in Alaska. That's what I learned in the show. It's extremely cold, particularly at night. It's dark. Maybe people lost their ID. it got lo, you know, it could be in this ice, whatever it might be. But let's help people get IDs if you really think that. But so I don't know what's going on, but that woman's a Republican, not a Democrat. Now, interestingly, we'll show you this. This is recent polling. Uh this is that Harry Anden guy. This guy's hopped up on he this he's just a little he loves numbers, this guy. And here he is explaining that everybody everybody is for voter ID. >> Okay. What's the racial breakdown on this? Right? Because I think a lot of people make the argument that people of color, non-white Americans have a harder time procuring a photo ID to vote. But even here, take a look here. Favor photo ID to vote. 85% of white people favor it. 82% of Latino, 76% of black Americans favor it. So the bottom line is this. Voter ID is not controversial in this country. A photo ID to vote is not controversial in this country. It is not controversial by party and it is not controversial by race. The vast majority of Americans agree with Nicki Minaj that in fact you should have a photo ID to be able >> I mean there's something about the way that guy talks that's just hilarious. But yeah, it's true. Contrary to what Democrats tell you, black people can get IDs. They can use printers. They know what computers are. We showed you a black man yesterday, a congressman who is apparently flying on planes all the time. How about we just do what's right and we look to fix the system where it is broken, right? Instead of ensuring that our broken system continues. Could you guys work on that a little bit? Uh, you know, the other thing that's going on right now is that because of the fight over the act, we have a partial shutdown of Department of Homeland Security. Department of Homeland Security, which not only runs our TSA, so yesterday we covered the hours worth of uh delays that are happening at airports all over the country. 300 T uh TSA members have just outright walked away. the TSA people who are working right now are not being paid. They likely will be paid, you know, it's they're being furled basically, so you get the pay at the end, but it's not fun for these guys to have to work. Ironically, the politicians when they do a government shutdown, they always get paid. Uh, but there have been some issues now around FEMA because of some tornadoes. Listen to this. Uh, from CBS, tornado outbreak in Illinois and Indiana raises concerns about FEMA disaster assistance. On Wednesday, Congresswoman Robin Kelly, Democrat from Illinois, who represents Canaki, said she is going to fight for FEMA money for victims of Tuesday's severe storms. People have died. People's homes have been torn apart. Businesses have been torn apart. We should not look at Democrat or Republican. These are people that live here and they need to release the money and there should not be any retaliatory efforts. That would be absolutely ridiculous, Kelly said. So, these tornadoes have devastated this area. Canaki, uh, this is a survivor of one of the tornadoes. Let's take a look. >> Said, "Anabel, there's a there's there's a tornado coming." And uh and she said, "What should we do?" And I said, "Hold on a second. I think it's turning to to go the other way." And I um I said, "No, it's coming at us." >> You know, that's hard to watch. That guy's an American. That's an American town. And should we not at the very least be able to fund the disaster agencies that will help people like that? They're often inefficient. Some, you know, in many cases it's your local church or uh local organizations that are going to do better work on the ground, but those people need to be helped. And the Democrats are hanging up some of the money and the systems we have in place because they want to stop the funding of ICE, which is funded through 2029. Here's Federman. He's like a co-host for me on this thing. Here's Fedman, the one saying Democrat, >> you know, but we could all have to acknowledge that this shutdown had no impact, zero impact on ICE. All of the funding was already in place there from the big beautiful bill that I did not vote for. I did not vote for that. >> So why would why should I punish all of those people that work under the DHS that keep our nation more secure? Why they shouldn't be paid? You know, I'm at the airport every week of the year and I asked all of them in Pittsburgh, hey, do you guys like getting paid for your job and I've never met one that says, "Nah, you know, the paycheck's not really a big deal." Um, everyone, and I believe we should be paid for the work that you've done. Why punish all those TSA agents and all the other people under the DHS umbrella just because the the base demands that we just shut it down knowing, absolutely knowing that would have no impact on ICE. Isn't that wild? There you have the one sane Democrat who admits he didn't even vote for the big beautiful bill which funded ICE through 2029 and he's saying he doesn't want to needlessly punish people which is what the Democrats are doing when you are at the airport right now and spring breaks are coming and the delays are there or you miss your flight or a flight gets cancelled or whatever it might you miss your connection and you get late to the resort or whatever that's on the Democrats. when uh when your town is hit by a tornado and funds get there much more slowly if ever. Right now that's on Democrats. It it is 100% not 99%. It is 100% performative because ICE is funded. By the way, I'm not paying you guys this week. You're just doing it for the love of the game. Okay. Thanks. Um let's shift a little bit here because one thing that's sit down. Uh, one thing that's sort of interesting right now is, you know, I've been talking about, uh, you know, Piers Morgan titled his book Woke is dead. And when I had him in here, I said, you know, I don't know about that because it seems to me it's just morphing. And, and we're seeing maybe the final version, the end boss of woke, which is now the Islamization of takeover of the progressive movement and the left and all of those things. Uh, one of the places that has pushed wokeism throughout our corporate structure for years and years and years has been BlackRock. Uh, and Black Rockck CEO Larry Frink, who we've shown on the show a couple times over the years, he is now admitting he sat down with Brett Bearer, and he is now admitting they pushed way too far. >> Do you believe the woke era a failed experiment, the ESG, the DEI, the kind of push for that? When you talk about things now, you talk in a practical sense, what we can do, what we can get done. >> Looking back at that, how do you see it? Society moves, the pendulum moves all the time. Um, in Black Rockck's cases, you know, we are responsible for managing money for everybody. Do I believe the pendulum 5 years ago was too far? Yes. Do I believe we're more prag, you know, I'm personally more pragmatic, too. And I I believe >> Do you think Black Rockck pushed some companies a little bit further left than you thought? It was never our intention because our job is to be I got to be a fiduciary to everybody who gives us money. And so to me, more importantly today, I think society has moved into a better u position of having more pragmatism. And what you're hearing from me is the I'm echoing what we're hearing from our clients. Well, >> Larry, it's fascinating. Thanks. >> I mean, that what you what you have right there, ladies and gentlemen, is just like an epic BS artist. I I understand he is he has to have the fiduciary responsibility of all of the companies that they represent, but but BlackRock was one of the main pushers of getting DEI into so many companies. We know that. Here's a little bit more from Will Hild. He's the executive director of a nonprofit called Consumers Research on on those comments. Larry's comment that the pendulum simply swung too far to the left is telling because he's the one who pushed it there. He's now only more pragmatic because he and the woke Cabal got caught and now they're feeling the heat of antitrust investigations, lawsuits, etc. For over a decade, Black Rockck and Fink have been at the epicenter of the woke movement, quietly working behind the scenes, using their over 10 trillion dollars in assets under management to push corporate America and adopt every single woke agenda item they could conceive of. From ESG to DEI and everything in between, they've used the money that was entrusted to them by their customers to push Fin's far-left political agenda. A guilty conscience needs no accuser. And Frink is no different. Notice how he's rambling about fiduciary duty. That's because for years he completely abandoned his fiduciary duty to push woke at the behest of a small subset of their clients like New York City who demanded he use all client money to push ESG. So look, I suppose I suppose it is good. it is a win in the culture war and in the war for reality uh that Frink who controls Black Rockck which controls 10 trillion dollars of assets that they are going to step away. Um but this is sort of like you know it's like Zuckerberg after Facebook you know um silenced and censored the Hunter Biden laptop. He then goes on Rogan and he's like you know we're not going to do that anymore. And it's like I'm not saying we have to throw you guys all in jail, but like it's not that's not a mayaculpa. Like a mayaculpa is is truly personally taking responsibility and saying I really miss the mark here. Or what he might say, although it actually could end end with him in hot water. He say I really did miss the fiduciary responsibility. Because if you think that most of the companies that he was working with $10 trillion wanted this woke stuff put in. Companies exist to make profit and woke woke was the anti-profit thing. You know, it's funny. I went to Target yesterday and even in Florida at the height of wokeism, Target was pushing. You'd walk in and they were literally pushing underwear for trans kids, like tucket underwear or whatever they called it. It was right in the front when you walked into Target. And it was and there was never anyone in that section, right? There was never anyone there. But they pushed that crap on us. Literally in figurative. I mean that like they pushed the ideology and it was just crap products, right? Nobody wants to buy these products. And then it's like was that good for the fiduciary responsibility of Target? I don't know if Target is directly associated with Black Rockck. I assume it is. But you get the point at the corporate structure. They all start doing things. Target when when Target started or any store started, it starts I'm going to sell the best TVs possible. I'm going to sell the best pants possible at the best price and we're going to compete and or or you're going to have ideology baked in which will ultimately destroy your system. You get the point. Let's end with this because Trump got back out on the campaign rally yesterday and and that obviously is always where he is at his best. And you know, if you're paying attention to the YouTube chattering class, it's like, oh, the base is abandoning him. And he showed up in Kentucky and people were driving from five and eight m uh hours to get there. Uh, and he was joined on stage by YouTuber and boxer Jake Paul. Uh, it's not really my thing, but he's hugely influential with young people. And I thought this was a nice way uh, to end the show. A little bit about what Trump taught him. >> Yeah. What Mr. Trump has taught me is courage. You know, we never back down from a fight, even if they're much bigger than you. Much, much bigger than you. And I feel all the local Kuckians feel the same way. You guys have that fight. You guys have that swag. There's a lot of young kids in here. The future of America, I grew up just a few hours away from here. My dad taught me to fight. And all of our voices matter in America. And I'm never afraid to speak the truth. And I know you guys aren't. We here. We are here representing the United States. And it's just a blessing. Thank you, Mr. Trump. We need more factories like this thriving all over the country. And I know he's going to be the one to bring that here to us. I know God is with us. I know he wants us on the right side of history. And everyone here has to do their part. And God's got us. Trump's got us. God bless. Love you, Kentucky. >> And maybe tomorrow we'll show you a little bit more from the rally itself, but it was, you know, again, it was Trump at his best. Prompter, off-prompter, jokes, fun, huge applause. And look, I I don't particularly care about the boxing stuff and the MMA stuff and all that, but you know, this guy's hugely popular. He's up there with Trump talking about being brave and fighting for what you believe in and that this guy deserves some of our trust, which is exactly what I've said. Uh was having a bit of a might I recommend that maybe he should get some deodorant. I would just that would just be a sidebar. There's got to be an anti-persperent that can deal with that. I said the show was over, but we've actually got a local community Q&A. I offer a correction. We're we're almost there. But let me throw in a couple questions here for you. And if you want to get anything uh on the fly, Joseph is right there with a computer machine. Ham-handed says, "Given the unpopularity of the war in Iran, how do you think it benefits the country to keep fighting it when it most likely result uh when the most likely result is to totally lose the midterms, possibly leading up to impeachment with Trump and a conviction in the Senate?" Um, well, I'm not totally sure I agree with the premise of the question. I mean, we we just checked some numbers. So 91% of MAGA approve uh according to a CNN poll of Trump and Iran. So that's one thing. 41% overall according to CNN agree which is a little bit less than voted for him and NBC says 46% of America vote. So I I don't know that the country is not supportive of him. However, I would say if it does not go well, right? So right now it's going well. So let let's try to paint it two ways. Let's say it doesn't go well. let's say um you know it's 2 weeks from now we've bombed the high hell out of them. The Iranian people aren't able to to uh you know rise up and the best we get to walk away with is well we degraded all of their military systems but now it's chaos there. That's a win in some sense, right? They can't export rockets, let's say, and mayhem across the Middle East and some of our allies will be happy with us. the Gulf states that are getting hit right now will be thrilled and all that, but it's not like a massive win that Trump can be like, you know, we did it. We did it, right? Um, let's try it the other way. We continue to do well here. We continue to degrade their systems. The Iranian people are able to rise up, whatever that means, and they start constituting a country and the rockets stop and Trump gets some peace deals now because of how the the figurative map has changed, right? That's a massive win for Trump and Trump gets to roll that into July 4th, our 250th anniversary that maybe gets us through the summer towards the towards the midterms. So, a lot of this I I I I think just a lot of this depends on where it all shakes out. Like I think Trump did what he thinks is right. I don't think he pays that much attention to what Tucker Carlson or Dave Rubin or anyone else is saying. I think Trump has been wildly consistent with his position on Iran this entire time and he does what he thinks is right and we have competent people that are doing it, but we have to see where it lands. Like nobody knows, even Trump does not know what the outcome is. So that that's the part that we're going to have to see. Uh Elizabeth says, "Do the boys have a favorite snack? Izzy has been really into raw vegetables lately." You know, I am very proud to say that as I have largely been on the carnivore diet myself, these kids are eating grassfed meat virtually every single day. Virtually every single day, one way or another, just chopped up sometimes right off a tomahawk bone. Like, you ever watch a kid just take a bone? Like, there's something so human and natural about it to just like chew on that bone. Like, it's just it's just such a great fun thing to see. And it's so healthy for them and all of those things. Yeah. Yeah, we we're doing healthy stuff. Uh, a lot of cottage cheese, a lot of cheese, a lot of meat. That's basically what's going on over here, uh, pretty much all the time. Mark Jev says, "While I know you pick up the odd story from Canada, do you think the average American has any idea how screwed up their northern neighbor really is? Uh, some examples. were approaching 100,000 Canadians killed by government assisted suicide. Transgender ideology still fully entrenched, $750,000 fine recently imposed on a schoolboard trustee for saying boys are boys and girls are girls. Cozing up to China in trade and other ways. Uh inviting foreigners to join our military, passing censorship laws that mirror those in the UK and don't protect freedom of religion, and so much more. Um you know, we've we've addressed a lot of that. I don't quite think people realize how wacky it's gotten. you just laid out some of the specifics on there. Um, you know, I have many I have many people uh in my life that are from Canada or lived in Canada or whatever. I mean, just talking to Gad Sadat over the last couple days, like Canada really has fallen like you there are jihadists all over the place. The gender stuff is out of control. What I would say is from an American perspective, you know, we we America is the center of the world, right? So, everyone cares about America. America actually doesn't like culturally, right? Like Americans don't watch a lot of movies from other countries. We don't watch a lot of TV shows or get things from other countries in that sense. But everyone watches Americanmade movies, Americanmade culture, music, etc., etc. I think what people have realized with Canada, I think, is partly what um what Trump was doing with Greenland, which basically was like if Canada's going to be kind of weak, which it will be under Carney, that seems pretty obvious, right? Like he's just he's just like a slightly more heterosexual version of of Trudeau. uh that that we have to take Greenland because we don't want Russia and Iran encroaching on our part of the world and Greenland is the buffer zone there. So, I think that's the signal to most people here that Canada's kind of weak. And I would also say that down here in Florida, all the Canadian snowbirds, I keep telling you, I I'm I'm meet Canadians quite literally every day because the snowbirds don't go up. They right they don't go back. They usually come down here for the winter, right? They have their little condos down here in South Florida. And right around now, around March, it's starting to warm up. So, they would normally head back, but they're staying down here. I don't know how long they're allowed to stay or anything else. And if they are staying illegally, there is a guy named Ronda Santis who's probably going to catch him. But Glenn says, "How's it possible that JD Vance does not separate himself from Tucker? I used to be such a fan of JD." You know, I don't know exactly, right? Like I I I like JD. I have always liked JD. I've interviewed him many times. I um you know, maybe we could grab that picture on inauguration night. Can we throw that up real quick? Uh when I was at the literally on inauguration night at the party and and I got to say hi to him and you could see his his reaction. we've always had a nice relationship. Um, you know, I think he's trying to, my guess, this is just my guess, is he's really trying to pick and choose what his fights are. So, even let's look at Iran for a second. Like, he obviously is a little bit more on the um, he's not an isolationist, I don't say, but he's a little less hawkish, let's say, than Trump on on Iran or on foreign policy, but he is standing by his president. Now, is there an issue that Tucker, who who JD seems to be quite associated with, is now the most anti-Trump figure on the right in America? And maybe the most anti-Trump figure, doesn't matter, right or left or anything else. I mean, he is he is radically anti-Trump. He is radically anti- this war. I would argue he's radically anti-American at this point and everything else. And he's associated with JD. Is there some issue there? Yeah, optically there is. Should JD be going out there every day and being like, "Well, Tucker said something stupid, so I have to attack him." Or, "Candice said something stupid, so I have to go after her." I think he's just trying to manage those things and and you have to judge that accordingly. I do think it's possible that some of the reason you're seeing so much uh momentum behind Marco is that he has been just out there more communicating America's position more. So, he's getting some of the accolades there. But I it's not even worth getting into the fight part of that of like who will come after Trump yet. It's so freaking early here. Here here's the uh image from inauguration night. So he had literally just been sworn in and we got big smiles and big hugs. So I So again, I I like him. I thought the debate, you know, one of the one of the most important moments during the campaign was that vice presidential debate and when he kept looking at the camera like Jim from the office and just completely dismantled Tim Walls. I've also, you know, I've been to a lot of events where he's spoken and, you know, Trump's great at bumper sticker stuff and JD's really good at the granular stuff. So, they're gonna have to work that out. But at some point, yeah, it does optically become something. The fact that, you know, Tucker's son works in JD's office, like whether whether there's anything nefarious there or not, it there's something that feels weird there. So, I I would leave it at that. Uh, Tappy Chef says, "Will David publish a hard copy of his cookbook?" If you guys have not been to the only.com yet is David's uh cooking site, the sorry the only food.com. We tried to get the only.com. It was like four gajillion dollars. Um the only food.com and that's where David puts up all his recipes. These these are the things that we're eating every night. There's a section uh for kids. What you're obviously seeing his bolognese there, chicken parm, that's a awesome roasted chicken. Those are non-fried wings. That is the best Caesar salad dressing you will ever have. I think those are Greek meatballs if I'm not mistaken. And then we've got the uh that looks like a ribeye right there. And and another another kind of sauce. And and he's a he's a spectacular spectacular chef and and we host a lot and have people over to to share in that goodness. You know, eating good food is is one of the true joys in life. So he handles the cooking. I handle uh the tequila. And yes, so we are we are working on a on a here's a little bit more on on the kids side of things. How to how to eat things, how to make things for the kids. There's so many ways to do things without using real sugar, without using preservatives and dye. You know, you can use like like uh pea powder to color things instead of using, you know, the dyes that are that have become just ubiquitous and everything. There's so many interesting things that you can do and eat the right way and and still enjoy good food. Um, so yes, we're working on a on a on a hardcover version of that, but for now it's online. It's the only food.com. Larry says, "Hey Dave, I know I keep asking any updates that you can share from Jordan Peterson's recovery." Um there there unfortunately there's nothing I can share that uh Michaela, his daughter, has not shared publicly. It's just not my place to do that, obviously. Um I did try to go or I did go to Phoenix about two weeks ago and I was going to try to link up with Jordan and unfortunately it wasn't able to happen. But I'm praying for him and if you are someone who prays like pray for this guy. We we desperately need him. We the world needs him. Um, and I know it might sound corny or something, but like if if you if you believe in, you know, if you believe if you're a believer, you would believe that prophets are there. And I think Jordan was a modern prophet. I really believe that he he so fundamentally altered the world by by speaking the truth. And we just need more of that, right? Like if there's one thing that we're suffering from right now, it's a it's a lack of that, right? Like we're only it was we're six months and what two days since the assassination of Charlie Kirk. like we could use a lot more of that. So, yeah, throw throw in a prayer for Jordan if you can. A different view says, "Dave, following up on last Thursday's Ask Dave Anything where you offered to probe my candidacy." Oh, I'm very excited for this. Uh, my name is Benjamin Francis Cole running in Milikin, Colorado board of trustees in the April 7th, 2026 election. Milikin is a statuary city. So, the board oversees zoning development judges and ordinances within limits set by Colorado law. My goal is to work responsibly and conservatively within those laws to serve the town. I was also inspired by your message about civic involvement to run. Uh I'm doing this in part because my seven-year-old daughter is growing up here and I care about Milikin's future. Also, today is my 50th Oh, also my 50th birthday was March 10th. Well, happy happy birthday. You got a couple months on me. June 26, I will be the big 5O. I'm so thrilled to hear that and that if I had any thing to do in any way of of nudging you towards getting involved and that sounds you know I'm not that familiar with Milick in Colorado obviously. Um can can people I mean I'm more than happy to donate a little bit uh to the campaign if that's even something from out of state that people are allowed to do. I'm not even sure how that works but we'll we'll check on that. But but hopefully if you live in the Colorado area sorry what was his name again? Can we go back so I can just give him a second shout out? Uh his name is Benjamin Francis Cole. K O E uh and sounds like a good guy who would help uh govern a help be part of a state that perhaps would be fiscally sound and that that wouldn't be so crazy, would it? Good luck to you. Uh Eurasian says, "Hey Dave, I'm going to be in Budapest at the end of the month. If I only have a day or two, what do you recommend I see or do there?" Well, I will actually be in Budapest next week. We're going for a couple days. We're going for CPAC, which I went to for last year. I think I'm sitting down with uh Prime Minister Victor Orban who has done an unbelievable job as you know of of writing that country and pushing back against such the EU nonsense particularly as it uh pertains to immigration. Um and then we'll we'll do a few other things there. Um I may just miss you if you're going at the end of the month. What would I recommend? I mean just walk around Budapest. I mean, walk around and and you will see a clean, lovely, safe place and and the the architecture is spectacular. And you know, they've been attacked by the communists and the Nazis and they have an they have an incredible uh everyone that you talk to in Hungary, at least in my experience, like they know what their country is about. They know the history of their country. Walk by the Danube River. I mean that that bisects the all of uh all of Budapest actually. Uh I'm trying to think was there like a great you know we ate at some great restaurants. There's nothing that's like really popping out at me. You got something that really Felix. Did we eat it? >> Yeah, that place is great. >> I think we had a place called Felix that was pretty spectacular. >> And then Sir Roger Scrutin Cafe. >> Oh, and then yes, go to the Sir Roger Scrutin Cafe. There's several of them. It's a chain and it's in honor of the late great philosopher from England actually, Sir Roger Scrutin. And we shot a couple of our shows there. They have some of his old books. We actually shot our shows. If you remember last year, we shot our shows quite literally at his writing desk, which they have there, and they let me They normally don't let people touch it, but they let me sit there and do that. And you get a great cup of coffee and they great sandwiches and that kind of thing. You're you're going to really enjoy it. It's just safe and lovely and uh and enjoy it. Enjoy it. All right. All right. That is our show for today. We do have a postgame show coming up in 30 seconds at rubreport.locals.com. Uh later today I will be shooting actual friends with special guest Roseanne Bar this week and I'll find some other things to stay busy. And once again none of you are being paid so thank you for their work today. Ta. Hey. Hey.
