Worth Noting

Positive elements

  • This video provides a comprehensive and accessible list of the 2026 Oscar nominees, including the debut of the new Casting category and the inclusion of ASL interpreters.

Be Aware

Cautionary elements

  • The use of universalist language ('unite us', 'emotions we all share') to frame a commercial industry awards show as a fundamental human necessity.
