Today, East meets West with our cowboy egg rolls. [music] Reffried beans. What goes in with that? Some of them good Hatch green chilies that we got there. Some sour cream and some diced onion. Give that a good mixing. What are we starting off with? Egg roll wrappers. The biggest tip I can give you is don't overfill [music] the boat here. Going right in the middle. I think we need to go this way. Now you got to add a little cheese. Whatever kind you like. I like to put some ch [music] pepper jack in there. Now we're going to fold the sides over first. Then bring this end up. Give it a tuck and roll. Got to have some water to seal it all up. Pull this right up here. Give it a little mash. It is ready to go in some deep fry. >> [music] >> Going to get our oil hot to 350° and we're going to lay them in there, deep fry them about 2 to 3 minutes till they [music] good, crispy, and golden brown. Let them drain on a wire rack. Hey, you pair these up with your favorite sauce, [music] but I really like this Japanese barbecue sauce. Now, if you want more recipes like this and a whole bunch of other great dishes, check out our cookbook. >> [music]
