Uh he's going to I I don't if if you're not old enough to remember during the Iraq war, uh a common hacky joke would be to say, "Oh, they think they're promised 81 virgin v virgins when they get to heaven." and all the, you know, all these these jokes about these crazy Muslims who think they're going to get virgins when they oh, and so they had there was a million versions of those jokes. John Stewart 24 years later drags out those old jokes that everybody has now pretty much realized are just Islamophobia. But anyway, it doesn't matter. Let's listen. >> That guy, by the way, there he was martyed at 86. So he's talking about how we how the United States killed the leader of Iran and the religious leader. We killed him. Now, we all know that that what he's pretending not to know that the people the reason why the Iranian government started shooting those protesters is because those protesters were Mossad and infiltrated by the CIA and Mossad and given guns and they were shooting the cops. So, the Mossad and CIA infiltrators in those protests, this is how the United States does it. They were shooting the cops. >> The 40 beheaded babies. They were that Yeah. This is the equivalent of the the 40 beheaded babies. So that and John Stewart knows this, but he's pushing the war propaganda. He's pushing the war propaganda. It gets worse. So he instead of going, "Hey, you're right. That was a stupid hacky joke. That's uh kind of what do you call um uh what is that called? Cultural chauvinism." This is where all the United States military bases are surrounding Iran. So when United States bombed Iran Iran uh Iran, they hit our military bases. So they responded. So our military bases are in uh uh Oman. They're in uh Qatar. They're in Saudi Arabia. They're in uh Bahrain. They're in Kuwait. They're in Iraq. They're in Syria. They're in Turkey. So, we got our military. So, when we attack them, Iran attacked our military bases that we were using to attack Iran from. So, John Stewart, >> that's the wrong size. You got to shrink it way down. We're never going to beat something that big. >> So, >> you got to bring it way down. And keep in mind, Iran is bigger than Syria, Libya, and Afghanistan combined. It's got 90 million people. So, but here's John. John Stewart pretends not to know what I just told you about this. And watch what he says now because Iran did hit our military bases in like five other countries, right? In uh uh Carter, uh Saudi Arabia. Uh anyway, but here we go. >> So, wait a minute. Wait a minute. Let me get this straight. So this is just more emotional slop. This is he's he's talking to their he's insulting the intelligence of his audience and talking to them like children and he's hitting purely emotional buttons without thinking why anything is happening. So don't don't don't ask why they're bombing those countries. Just just be emotional about oh they're crazy and we must be in the right. Of course, a guy who hung a metal on a legit Nazi, which is what John Stewart did during the Ukraine war. He went to Florida. He flew to Florida and hung a medal on a legit Ukraine Nazi. And he has never had to answer for it cuz he won't go anywhere where he has to answer for it. He won't take a question from anybody who's going to bring that up. Everywhere he goes is going to be people who are also pushing the Ukraine war propaganda. So, of course, a guy who hung a metal on a legit Nazis is going to be doing pro-Iran war propaganda. Iran attacked the US military bases in the Gulf that were attacking Iran. And it was Israel that bombed the Saudi Arabian oil facilities. It wasn't Iran. >> Now, John, he knows all this. He just ignores those facts. This is a I mean the thing that makes so I can make fun of like uh Fredo Cuomo because he doesn't know anything. Oh, he told you how Iran is crazy because they're attacking all these other countries except he left out the part that Israel is actually attacking more countries than Iran right now. and that Iran was actually attacking the military installations that were attacking them. He's not going to tell you the truth about COVID. He's not going to tell you the truth about when he hung that metal on a Nazi. Trump is already recommending a $50 billion supplemental bill so we could uh build more bombs. 50 billion. Think about that. >> What about the other bombs sitting there? You didn't use them yet. Go make a war. Use them up. He's not using that to build schools or hospitals or libraries or roads or bridges or trains or airports. He's using that money to give to the military-industrial complex to do a war for Israel. >> Our jets aren't invisible anymore. Now we got to come up with a whole new generation that just blinds people so that then you can't see the jets. And just to let you know, uh, Saudi Arabia has already said that they've been abandoned by the United States. They know it. They've been abandoned. >> So Saudi political analyst Sulaman El Aquil on El Jazer says, "America has abandoned us and focused its defense systems on protecting Israel, leaving the Gulf states to host that host its military bases at the mercy of Iranian missiles and drones." So that's what's happening. John Stewart's not going to tell you that that the United States has actually abandoned those countries. >> Well, that's going to be great for the petro dollar, >> right? >> It's going to be fantastic. >> So, this is going to wreck the petro dollar and it's going to crash our our stock market. That's most likely what's going to happen right now. That's most most likely. >> I can't say for sure, but it looks like the Gulf because of this, the Gulf States are going to stop putting their money in our stock market and that's going to crash our stock market cuz they they are putting hundreds of billions of dollars into our stock market and now they don't have any money because the oil flow out of the Gulf is gone. Uh I just want to here's Ahoud Elmer. He's the former Israeli prime minister and he's saying here's another thing John Stewart won't tell you. He's saying uh that Israel wants them to attack. And uh I I I again I still have affection for him because he did, you know, uh s such great comedy and he kind of invented a new genre of comedy that I've imitated and um it's but it's sad. Anything you want to say about this, Rick? >> Uh you know what they say about uh if your heroes live long enough, you know. Yeah. But uh uh I think it's also cuz power is drawn to anyone with influence and there just has to have been some kind of something that went on to compromise a thought pattern like that cuz I think he started out with uh nothing but uh sort of fiery integrity. Uh but he obviously has let let he's lacking that uh since the since at least the Ukraine war and since at least co he told a slight truth about CO on Steve Colbear show and he got push back from the liberals >> and he never said another word about it.
