Positive elements

  • The video provides a clear breakdown of the flavor profile and components (garlic oil, fennel seed, cornmeal) that define a specific style of commercial pizza.

Be Aware

Cautionary elements

So, what is so great about Domino's pizza dough? >> Honestly, I see it as a pretty kind of classic dough. I feel like it's got that really nice balance of kind of a chewy interior >> and and also that really nice kind of crispy on the edge, but again, fluffy, airy crust. I'm also using a little semolina when I kind of roll this out here. So, my dough looks good. Sauce, nice like slightly sweet, slightly tangy tomato sauce. I can see the little specks of like the basil and the different stuff in there. So, for the cheese, I'm going to do a blend of mozzarella and proolone. I loaded it on. So, this is a mixture of a little bit of olive oil, garlic, some butter, and then a little bit of parsley. I'm going to gently paint this on the crust all the way around. Then, I'm going to go onto that with just a tiny tiny little bit of Parmesan cheese and then fennel seed. I'll put a little bit more garlic salt and garlic powder. >> Here we go. That looks >> That looks amazing. >> Here we go. >> Look at that, guys. M. >> A big string of cheese. >> Mhm.
