Sports cards DIVORCE

I spent about three hours today in the value boxes at Culture Collision here in Atlanta, the show there. And I spent about when it's all said and done, probably $600, around $600 that I will turn into at least $1,200. I'll at least double my money at the bare minimum. And when you're and anybody can do it. And I was sitting here before I'm getting ready to call it a night, but I was thinking about the conversations I heard today. And like one guy, he was saying, "You know how much I paid for this card?" And and he was talking to some other guy. Could you hear all these conversations? I was there by myself today. My better half wasn't with me. So I'm just going through cards. And he said, "$20,000." And God said, "Why'd you do that?" He said, "Because it was worth that." He said, ' Do you know how much it's worth today? He said, "Less than two." And I'm thinking, "What a disaster." And and then I heard another guy kid comes up probably in his 20s and he's got a a a box full of cards and he's trying to sell them to this to this guy and and he says, "I've sold about about 25% of what I came with, but my wife said if I don't sell every one of these this weekend, she's going to divorce me." And I'm thinking that kind of tension should not exist in this hobby. You can guarantee yourself profits if you follow specific systems and you and you're just you know you're not chasing that big that big hit because you'll hit it. Once you hit the big hit, it almost becomes like a drug and it's it's just another conversation. Um I was trying to think what was the other one. There was three that were just very disturbing. I can't think of the other one right now. The $20,000 guy, the guy Oh, the the dealer that says he said, "Uh, this is my last show if I don't make a profit." He was He just told he said if I don't make a profit at this show he said this is my last show and I'm just thinking you know that's not the way this should be. So, I have I'm I don't want to do this, but it's like I keep getting nudged and and I initially when I got back into this market, I thought I'm going to do it. And the more I've been around it, the more I've not wanted to do it. Uh but, you know, Don and I started a little over a year ago, seriously. And we've made money every single month. every single week. And we have specific systems that we follow that I believe anybody can do and without, you know, you can take a couple hundred dollars and just continue to compound that and create a really significant income, a fun business that you'll enjoy.
