As a matter of fact, as part of vision 2030, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been actively welcoming foreign business owners like never before. So, you no longer need a Saudi business partner to open a business and foreigners can legally live and run their businesses here in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. construction, restaurants, cafes are some of the industries where foreignowned businesses are performing really well and the government is actually uh supporting that for long-term success. Now, I will say that uh Saudi laws are one of the most complicated and they're always changing and this has caused a lot of like confusion and application rejections, especially for non-Arabic speakers. So, here is a simple breakdown of the process of owning your company in Saudi and then establishing your business. Step number one, you'll have to apply to open a company in your own name here in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Step number two, once your company is approved and opened, you'll be able to sponsor your own self under your own company for nama and you're basically your own kafir. Step number three, you'll have to get for the rest of your family members. That includes your spouse and your kids under your company. And then finally, depending on the business license that you obtained, you'll be able to start and run a business anywhere in the kingdom with 100% ownership. Now guys, this process is not free and it does require a lot of government fees and it is a long process as well.
