I cannot stop eating these crispy Sushi tacos listen to this crunch not only is this meal incredibly cheap and takes under 15 minutes from start to finish it also packs in 39 g of protein for just 351 calories Sushi can be incredibly high calorie but these Sushi tacos are high in protein low in calories and so addicting easy healthy meals like this help me lose over 100 lb and I put over 150 of my best fat loss recipes in my fat loss cookbook I'll show you how to make this incredibly low calorie spicy tuna mixture in a bit but first let's talk rice the fastest way to make this is using leftover rice from your fridge but let me show you my way to make perfect rice use sushi rice or Jasmine rice both of these rice are sticky and they work perfectly pour however many cups of rice you want into your rice cooker I'm going to go with 3/4 of a cup of dry rice and then wash it with some water look how starchy the rice is the water is so cloudy you want to drain the starch off the rice and then continue washing your rice draining it washing it draining until the water comes out clear look at this the water should be clear and you should be able to see the rice at the bottom of your rice cooker through the water now the golden ratio for sticky rice is 1.5 times the amount of water as rice so I used 34 cup of dry rice which equals 1 and 1/8 cup of water which is 270 gram oh oh no 280 gram 10 gram too much I'm going to drain some out rice bowl and rice cooker I'm clicking the fast modee option to cook this rice ASAP now let's get started on the spicy tuna mixture and this is so delicious I always recommend you keep can tuna in your pantry it lasts forever it's cheap and it's packed with protein if you hate caned tuna you can use canned chicken but using canned chicken to make spicy tuna sounds diabolical can tuna has insane macros straight protein nothing else in it except 1 gram of fat 24 gram of protein 100 calories that's crazy crack open your 4 oz can of tuna fish and you'll notice it's filled with water by the way make sure you get can tuna that's filled with water not oil oil is super high calorie you want to drain this water we don't want this once your tuna is drained like this dump it into a bowl Pro tip don't throw your can of tuna straight into the garbage it's going to smell like tuna in your house just rinse it out and then throw it away I missed to the tuna we're going to add in 25 grams of Greek yogurt to make this creamy I've been using the shitty off brand Sriracha for months now but we finally found Sriracha it's back add as much Sriracha as you want I normally do around 2 tbsp but that's pretty freaking spicy one tblspoon of soy sauce for some Tang one teaspoon of rice vinegar I love garlic so I'm going to throw in a Sprinkle of garlic powder and a couple cranks of salt I also throw in chili flakes for extra spice I love this spicy mix all this really well to get everything combined taste it and adjust accordingly I wanted mine slightly creamier and slightly spicier so I added in more Greek yogurt Sriracha garlic powder and chili flakes I'm going to share with you my hack for making low calorie high protein spicy mayo the trick is when you're running low on sriracha and there's just a little bit of sriracha left in the bottle you could add a bunch of light mayo to it and make spicy mayo but light mayo still has a good amount of calories it's 35 calories per tablespoon and there's no protein in it zero grams instead I like to use Greek yogurt depending on how much srra you have you just keep adding Greek yogurt until it tastes perfect to you I like to go for 1 to two tablespoons of sriracha per 100 grams of Greek yogurt and Greek yogurt is packed with protein so this is how you make high protein low calorie spicy mayo you grab a Sriracha bottle that's about to run out soon unscrew the top and fill it up with as much non-fat plain Greek yogurt as you want the more Greek yogurt you put in the less spicy it's going to be the more creamy it's going to be so based on your spice tolerance you need to figure out how much Greek yogur you want also you don't know how much Sriracha is in your bottle the only way you can figure it out is by tasting it just shake the out of the bottle until everything is Blended properly and then squirtz them on your hand and give it a taste I still need to mix it more I got some seaweed sheets I got some regular irregular seaweed sheets and we're going to cut them into irregular circles yo bro look at this it says regular here and it says irregular here damn seaweed sheets are incredibly low calorie I just keep a big pack of them in my house so I can make this meal any night for dinner grab three sheets for this recipe and if you want to cut perfect circles place a circular object on top I'm using something called a bowl and then take a sharp knife and cut around the bowl honestly this is harder than it looks and I'm only doing this to get a perfect circle for YouTube this bowl technique is too damn hard waste too many dishes let me just show you what I normally do just take some scissors and cut a circle it doesn't have to be perfect just eyeball it and it will be more than good enough oh look the rice is done grab a rice paddle and fluff it up we want this to cool down ASAP otherwise it's going to burn my fingers that's why I use rice for my fridge so look there's a shiny side and there's a rough side to seaweed you want the Rough Side up because the rice sticks way better to the Rough Side grab some rice throw it on the seaweed we need a super thin layer of rice added in more rice to this than I normally use grab your fingers and just press down the rice across the entire seaweed you want grains of rice scattered everywhere this is what's going to get crispy in the air fryer this is more rice than I normally use but I'm cooking for my friends right now and they want an extra rice so I got to give it to them I made three tacos and oh look I made one more it's chilling in the back over there I'm going to show you why later on the toughest part of this recipe is getting the rice seaweed sheets in the air fryer to stay in a taco shape I like to place a mug in the center of my air fryer and then just line up the tacos across the edges of the air fryer this does a good enough job of holding them up but I mean there not perfect but it's good enough and it works bake at 375° F for 10 minutes while it's baking I have a giant cucumber that is too big I'm going to wash it really well I only need a third of it which I'll chop into strips first then each strip gets chopped into fries and then each fry gets chopped into small cubes TOS this in a bowl while we wait for our rice to get crispy you can also slice some carrots too if you like sometimes I'll be feeling these in sushi tacos so why did I make a four Taco I have a friend who's vegan so I made him a simple vegan spicy tuna using all the same ingredients except swapping the tuna for chickpeas and the yogurt for coconut vegan yogurt I'm also going to slice an avocado but this is completely optional I just want it in my tacos today I'll make strips and then cut the skin off let me tell you about three new recipes that I just added into my cookbook glazed donuts that have half the calories of Crispy Cream and taste even better Oreo cakers that have so much protein they're better than any protein bar you can find and they taste so good and s'mores cookies that are lower calorie and just so tasty get my cookbook if you already have my cookbook update it for free and make these recipes you will be so happy the tacos have been air fried and they are crisy you can see some of the rice has gotten golden brown and this is perfect place a crispy rice seaweed sheet on a plate and get ready to assemble start with some fat spoonfuls of the spicy tuna mixture honestly load this up this is where all the protein is coming from then sprinkle on your chop cucumbers I like a cucumber piece in every single bite for a nice refresh and crunch then throw on your sliced avocados I just put two small pieces in the center drizzle on that glorious spicy mayo it's just straight protein cuz it's Greek yogurt and then I like to throw on some sesame seeds on top cuz it looks very pretty that's it this is crunchy spicy flavorful it is so so addicting because every bite gives you this incredibly satisfying crunch that makes you just want to go back for more and more and more and for my vegan friend I'm going to do the spicy chickp taco I would never want want to be vegan but honestly these chickpeas are kind of good I did not admit that to him though sometimes I like to put a little carrot right on top more crunch what do you guys think of this slaps
