Want to take a look at some stocks on the move now. Uh Alexis Christopher is here in for Paul Sweeney, who's down uh some ski slope somewhere. I think it might be is it Colorado? No, he's in Veale. He's in Veil. >> It's a nice life. >> Yeah, whatever it is, we're jealous. and um Scarlett Fu here with me and we are joined by Bloomberg's Nora Melinda in the studio to take a look at some of the stocks that are moving. Hims and Hers, man oh man, it is on the move. >> On the move today for sure. We're seeing Hims and Hers take her hims earlier surging as much as 49% for its best day on record. So that is a big number that we're dealing with here. This is after uh Novo Nordis said that it will work together with Hims and Hers health uh to sell obesity drugs including Ozmpic and WGOI on him platform. We know that this has been a bit of a back and forth where we saw him and hers coming out with copycat drugs. Novo Nordis pushing back. Well, now we're seeing a bit of a resolution with Novo Nordis saying that they are willing to send these sell these obesity drugs on him and hers network. So we are seeing shares of Nova Nordis ticker NVO up about 2.6%. 6% right now on the news. So, it seems as though investors on both sides are pleased with this agreement. >> All right, so a mover to the upside. What's next on your list? >> Looking at shares of Live Nation Entertainment, ticker LY. We're seeing shares up about 5.7%. This is after the company reached a settlement with the DOJ in its antirust case. Analysts are really saying that they see the deal as a positive and it doesn't require the sale of ticket master. So, we're continuing to monitor this, but we are seeing share action to the upside. 5.8% 8% higher. It says that the settlement discussions have intensified since a trial kicked off on March 2nd and a file agreement could be announced in the coming days. So, closely watching that one. >> All right, then you brought another goodie for us, Brown Foreman. What's going on there? >> This one to the downside. The stock is trading X dividend today. So, keep that in mind. Uh, but we are seeing it on down today. This is after Brown Foreman, ticker BF/B. Uh, we did see that uh Bernsteeen, they cut their recommendation on the company to market perform from outperform. Now, they're saying that the downgrade is based on new concerns that margins will now face pressure from from more costly barreled whiskey in greater sides and for longer than expected. But they do make it clear that the rating change isn't about structural versus cyclical debate that we've been seeing in US. Everyone talking about people really pulling away from alcohol consumption. They're saying that they are concerned about margins in particular. Here, >> the stock movers report from Bloomberg Radio. Novo and Hims plan to announce a new partnership as soon as Monday, according to a person familiar with the matter, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. - Live Nation Entertainment (LYV) shares rise. Live Nation Entertainment Inc. and its Ticketmaster subsidiary have reached a settlement with federal antitrust authorities, according to the Justice Department. The agreement was announced with no details provided, but it would reportedly open parts of Live Nation's ticketing arm to third-party sellers and make it easier for other promoters to put on shows at amphitheaters that Live Nation controls. - Brown-Forman (BF/B) shares fall after Bernstein analyst Nadine Sarwat cut her recommendation on the alcohol beverage company to market perform from outperform. “This rating change isn’t about the structural vs. cyclical debate in US alcohol or the risk of price wars (from the US ‘whiskey glut’ or competitors) — our views on this remain unchanged,” Sarwat writes.
