Transcript

Have you noticed how popular protein is lately? Humans have needed protein since the beginning of time, but now there's protein chips, protein shakes, protein bars. Heck, even the other day in the supermarket, I saw protein toilet paper. Well, I'm maybe made that up. If you look at these chips, they have more carbohydrates than they do protein. That's the same for protein shakes, protein bars. They really should be called a carbohydrate shake or a carbohydrate bar because they have more sugar or starches that break down into sugar than protein. If you want real bioavailable, usable protein for your body, meat and eggs and fish, that's where it's at. That's the best protein for human beings. That was the best protein 10,000 years ago. There's not been anything discovered since then. It's still the best protein. Stop with the foolishness. I know it's super trendy. Eat your meat. Eat your eggs.
