Randy Arozarena HAS BEEF With Cal Raleigh!? Uh oh.. Skenes, USA & DR Are Scary (WBC Highlights)

What's up everyone? It's Fuzzy. Welcome back to yet another MLB recap. We have a lot to talk about. The WBC Nando, he brought slam Diego to Miami. And Murakami also popped off for a grand slam, but that'll be in tomorrow's video. So, subscribe. Don't miss out. We have a player versus manager scuffle in the Panama game. Ronald Akuno Jr., he's having almost too much fun. Nah, that's not a thing. He's having so much fun in the WBC. He's literally gritting on people and giving peace signs. Jiren Duran, I mean, this was a full-blown Boston Red Sox game. Team USA, they were trading insane clip for Insane Clip. We have Randy Arosena versus the big dumper. So Randy tried to give Cal a handshake. Cal rejected it and then Randy went off on him after the game. We also have some huge news about the Red's ace Hunter Green. He's going to be missing a lot of time and the Phillies, they just gave a ton of money to one of their pitchers. If you're new here, my name's Fuzzy. For right now, we have to talk about Bo Young Moon to the moon again. He has nine RBI's in four games this WBC. That is absolutely insane. And I think he's gonna add to it later. Jamai Jones, the Tigers player, he doubled in the third inning. So Korea is trying to get another rally started. Jung Hulu Lee, the grandson of the win as they call him. That makes it backto-back doubles. And now we have a third two bagger of the inning. Make it 10 RBI's in four games for Mr. Moon. 11. It's now 11. Is this guy ever going to post to Major League Baseball? This guy rakes. Glenn Denning. I think that's how you say. I remember him from the last WBC. I think it's Glen Denning. He just hit a home run. Du Yong Kim. I hope I said that right. Some of these are Duong Kim. We call him the Korean Mike Trout. He drove in another huge run. And just why do we call him Korean Mike Travel? Well, last year he had 38 home runs and 40 stolen bases. So, the run difference is huge for team Australia. That's why Australia is so fired up with Bazanna going the other way to make it 6-2 because they cannot lose by five. But then an air. No, no, it's now 72 on the sack fly after the air. So, the deficit is back to five. They need a run to get to a tiebreaker. Jung Hulie. This is why they call him the Grants. Another one when he can fly out there. He had a great jump and a slide and then the pop-up ended it. So, Korea, they are advancing for the first time to the quarterfinals since 2009. Team Colombia is trying to avoid going 0 and4. Panama. They're just trying to stay alive. Colombia had four no hit frames from Al Almeida. I think that's how you say it. And Paulo Espino, the ageless wonder. Espino, I don't know what I just said, but he almost went five shut out. There was one hit total for the first five innings of this game. The sixth is where things got cooking. The bases were loaded for Yiner Diaz of the Astros and he drove in the first run on a sack fly. And then Ronaldo Rodriguez, Arrod, he had two more RBI's. And I again, I'm sorry if I bought some of these names. Ve Vehin, I think that's how you say it. Ve Vehin, I think. It's a huge fourth run. And you'll see why in just a second because José Cabo Kabi, he snuck one out. That was the first base hit for Panama all day. Now, uh, this is funny on my behalf because yesterday I said that Harold Ramirez, hard-hitting Harold, he's not in the big leagues because his defense is so bad. He ran a mile and made a crazy catch. He shut me up. So, that ended another Panama rally, but not so fast. Here comes another one. José Cabierro. He got on and we know that he is quick. He is one of the best base dealers in Major League Baseball. He stole a base, then he had a hit and run with Jose Ramos. So, I think with Beth & Court, by the way, I did not just Mike Tyson. I am not I didn't just Beth Court. That's actually how you pronounce his name. It's a one-run game, so it's second and third. Castillo, he had a grounder to end the eighth inning. The game's not over, though. Cababiro came up with two outs in the ninth inning. He's been so good this tournament. There's a runner on Colombia. They take it. Their first win of the tournament. Now, after that game, I feel like maybe tensions boiled over because Jonathan Aru is the former big leager. I guess he was just not okay with his playing time and he went crazy after getting out with the pinch hit appearances. He was going off against his manager. So he basically said, "What's the point of even coming out here if the manager isn't going to go 100%." So yeah, Panama, they got some bigger issues to worry about other than baseball. These next few games, uh, sorry, Israel and Brazil, they they weren't very close. For Domo, he just took the fourth walk of the inning. That is the first run for Team DR. That's been the biggest issue I've seen so far in the World Baseball Classic. Just walks everywhere, wild pitches, box. Uh, Nando, I mean, he doesn't need a full leg kick. The two strike swing is perfect. Nando just brought slam Diego to Miami. He is the best bat flipper in all of baseball. I'm going to just announce him that right now. He is the best and I just love all of their celebrations. Brian Beo, seven strikeouts, one base hit over five. It's just not fair. Team Israel versus Brian Beao, a big league pitcher. Oh, no. Cruz, another one. It is 6 nothing team Dominican Republic. Okay, another big league is showing up. Six to one after Spencer Horwood's dent to the baseball. I hope that Spencer breaks out this year because again, the Pirates can be a lot of fun. Tatis, he's about to tie a WBC record with six runs batted in in a single game. He added two more on that one. That wasn't a double, but he was able to advance to second. Him and Vlatty, they have a Sully together. It's just a lot of fun. This game ended up being 10 to one. Tatis and Vlatty, they're dancing again after the game. So, DR is now a perfect 3-0. They advance out of pool play and they head to the quarterfinals. I think they might be playing Venezuela, but we'll talk about that in a second. This next game, 2029, is at stake. So Britain and Brazil, they're both trying to avoid being relegated and going 0 and4. Beck and Sawayyama, they both went four scoreless. Brazil, they got on the board first. There was a hit by pitch and Carmo, I believe that's how you say, he had a double down the left field line. That was the first run in like 20 innings for team Brazil. Ian Lewis, this guy was kind of annoying when we faced him. Team USA, that is. I say we like I'm on the team. But Paul SK kept trying to strike him out and he kept fouling pitches off. He got one to go. Harry Ford, that's a go-ahad. and team grave it never looked back from there. You had RBI outs from Jazz and Lewis. So Lewis had a two RBI day. Copernick, he really broke it open with a two-run knock in the seventh inning. And Jazz, he also had a two-run knock. So his three RBI day pushed it to an 8-1 score. He had a two-run screamer with the bases loaded. We have another Beck brother. So Beck started and then a Beck ended the game. Two brothers on the same squad. Brazil is 0 and4. So they're going to have to re-qualify for the next WBC in 2029. Venezuela versus Nicaragua. Ronald, he uh he he doesn't look too thrilled to take a walk. He wants to swing it, but Ronald, he can still cause chaos on the bases. He stole second base. To third he goes. He was chugging around. There he is giving the peace sign. I just love watching Ronald play. Like he he might be the most entertaining player in baseball just energy-wise. Jackson Turo, he's officially back in the lineup. He was dealing with some sort of ailment. That's a long sack fly. Yes, that is Ronald hitting the gritty as he crosses home plate. This is why Ronald wanted to swing it in that first at bat. A loud oppo taco on a line. That ball must have been hit 700 mph. It makes me feel old to know that Ronald is 28 years old. Like nah nah nah. He's still 22 years old in my head. Ronald, he added another one. Wait, that's after this next clip. Glabber, he kept it from the outfield with a sliding grab. He fired home to nab the runner and then Venezuela got some help from Blue on strike three. The crowd was going absolutely crazy. Two are on for Ronald and that must have been hit. 300 mph, a second RBI. The Venezuela staff, the pitching staff, they went all nine innings without allowing a single run. They're 3-0. So, Nicaragua, they also have to re-qualify. They haven't won this tournament. Now, we have Venezuela versus team DR in a few days. I cannot wait for that. Puerto Rico versus Kuba. We have Elmer Rodriguez. This guy shreds. I think he's a prospect for the Yankees. You guys have to correct me, but I'm pretty sure it's the Yankees. He went three scoreless with some nasty stuff. The machete. Martine Maldonado. He just hung up the cleats. He announced his retirement, but he cleared the bases. Puerto Rico is losing their minds. It's so cool to watch them play baseball. Puerto Rico then added another run on a sack fly from Carlos Cortez. I really like Carlos Cortez, by the way. He throws with both arms. Despite he added to his legendary World Baseball Classic resume. He has 22 career RBI's in the WBC. That is second all time. Edwin Diaz break out the trumpets. He had two strikeouts in the final inning to earn the save. And if you're wondering, yeah, that's Alexi Ramirez, the the grandfather. So, I love it. So, we know that Edwin Diaz couldn't really participate in the last WBC because of that knee situation. Puerto Rico is a perfect 3 and 0. Team USA versus team Mexico. This game quite literally had it all. So, this was awesome. I wanted to bring this up. Paul Skins and Griffin Jax, they paid for the entire Air Force baseball team to come to the game. Skins, we can see there was a lot of Air Force pickics of him. Like, if he wasn't a big league pitcher and one of the best talents of all time, he'd be flying jets. Jax's entire family flies planes. So, I just I thought that was really cool. skins. He had two strikeouts in the first. Roman, he got on for Bryce Tang. Bryce Tang has been pretty good so far. He went down the line. There was a perfect relay or a lot of people were saying no, it was a good relay, but Roman Anthony just for some reason could not unhook the trailer. He is slow, but if you're Roman Anthony, he's not too worried cuz he has a I mean, he lets his bat do the talking. Judge, I don't understand the physics of how Judge throws baseballs because it's kind of like I'm just going to nonchalant throw it and then it's a cannon. He hosed Joey Ortiz trying to go first to third. So, it's 000 through the first three innings. Captain America is back at it. Don't run on him and don't throw that pitch. His second hit of the game is a two-run home run the other way. And you rarely see Judge show this much emotion. A bat flip. He's saying, "Let's let's freaking go, baby." Roman, this is why I said he lets his bat do the talking. Take your time round and around the bases. No need to sprint. A three-run home run back to Boston. A reminder, he's 21 years old. Paul Skins, he went four shut out with seven strikeouts. Just one base hit. He I mean he's got to be safe for the championship, right? A big reason why he went four shut out is Bobby would. Oh my god. One of the greatest plays I have ever seen with my own eyes. Look at Paul smile. Like we're seeing emotion from guys who are kind of emotionless. This is awesome. Then Bobby did it again. No disrespect to Trey Turner, a world baseball classic legend. I don't know if Trey makes those plays. Jiren Durant just went lefty lefty again. He's already had a couple of those in spring training. And then we have a second lefty lefty home run. That is the fourth home run this spring in total that he set against a left-handed pitcher. Like he legitimately looks like a new hitter, a power hitter in the making. Bryce Terraang, he's going to seal it now. He had a little mishap. Maybe it was Harper's mishap earlier in the game, but he makes up for it with the web gem. Now, I didn't show everything in this game, but it was a very scary and stressful game. I got to tip my cap to Mexico. They're an awesome team. That was that was stressful. Now staying with stress and stressful Mariners fans are now stressed that their team chemistry is imploding right before their very own eyes because in that game Randy Aros went to shake Cal Rleyy's hand big dumper his teammate and Cal was like no I'm not going to shake your hand after the game Randy said that he saw Cal and Cal's parents at a hotel in like the leadup to the WBC and that Cal's parents were super proud of Randy and they had a good talk and Cal was like good to see you. Randy went often said in a couple different languages that Cal can go f himself. He can go to hell and he can shove it up his like when Cal said, "Good to see you." Randy said he can shove it up the Yeah. Yeah. You know what I'm talking about. So, is this just playful banter? Cuz we saw Will Smith reject a fist bump from Randy back in the day. So, maybe he's just playing into that. I have no idea. If you're a Mariners fan, what do you make about this? I will say back in the day, remember Kobe versus Pal Gasol? Kobe like ran through him. When it's country versus country, sometimes the competitiveness just it reaches levels where yeah, you're not shaking hands even with teammates. You run through your teammates because it's my country versus your country. We're not teammates right now. So, what do you make about this? Super quick before we end today's recap, I want to talk about a few spring training things. Jesus Lazardo apparently is about to have the Brinkstruck backed up to his garage because he just got a 5-year 135 million extension. And I mean, this makes sense because he had 220 strikeouts in about 180 innings last year. He almost never gave up a home run either. He was awesome and he just turned 28 years old. So when healthy, the Phillies are going to go Zack Wheeler, Christopher Sanchez, Jesus Sanchez, Nola Painter, maybe Taiwan Walker as an opener every so often. I mean, the Philly staff is going to be insane even without Ranger Suarez. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Not Hunter Green. Not Hunter Green. It's been revealed that he has bone chips in his elbow. He has to go through a procedure. He will be out until July. Dang it. So, I just wanted to make sure my prayers are out to Hunter Green. I hope that he comes back before that. We have another Red Sox player, but this is a Red Sox prospect. Braden Ward might set the spring record for most stolen bases. He has 14 stolen bases. This is Fuzzy's editor, Pesky Talk. Braden Ward steals bases so quickly that we can't even get out a recap before he's done stealing two more bases. So, he's already tied the spring training record at 16. This was a few days after he had a crazy diving play and throw that I just did not get to recap. He could be 6'4 by Jr. Now, he hasn't taken a walk this spring. That's kind of worrying some Pirates fans, but he just like Kevin McGonagle, he better make the opening day roster. There we go. Another recap of the books. In a star-studded showdown, the USA defeated Mexico 5-3 in a tense battle featuring Paul Skenes' 4-hit, 7-strikeout gem, Aaron Judge's go-ahead homer, big plays in the field, and clutch moments from Jarren Duran. Adding some offseason spice, Mariners teammates Randy Arozarena (Mexico) and Cal Raleigh (USA) sparked drama when Raleigh snubbed Arozarena's pre-at-bat handshake attempt—offering only a "good to see you"—leading Arozarena to fire back postgame with vulgar rants in multiple languages, telling Raleigh to "go to h---" and to shove the greeting "up his a--," though it may just be heated competition banter between clubmates.
