Analysis Summary

45% Low Influence
mildmoderatesevere

“Be aware that the 'interview' format is used here to validate a business model that is currently seeking capital and franchisees, making the content more of a pitch deck than a neutral documentary.”

Ask yourself: “Did I notice what this video wanted from me, and did I decide freely to say yes?”

Transparency Mostly Transparent
Primary technique

Social proof

Presenting the popularity or consensus of an opinion as evidence that it's correct. When you see many others have endorsed something, it feels safer to follow. This shortcut can be manufactured — fake reviews, inflated counts, and cherry-picked polls all simulate consensus.

Cialdini's Social Proof principle (1984); Asch conformity experiments (1951)

Welcome to the bakery. This is the place where women bake their dreams. 4,000 square ft² state-of-the-art studio. We have a lot of clients that bring cars in, big sets in to do podcast, like big huge productions. We have everything. What makes us special is if a client comes to us tomorrow and says, "Oh my god, I have a conference. I need everything." We could be like, "Okay, cool. Tomorrow, no problem. We got the chairs. We got the tables. We got the LED walls. You got everything that you need to make that space look the way you want for your MV. >> What about pricing for taking this over? >> $100 an hour. >> $100 an hour. >> $100 an hour. >> What I'm blown away by is like the different people that experience the space. A couple of days ago, we had like Natalie Nun here. A week before that, we had Martin Luther King III in here filming a documentary. So, it's like wild. When you come in, you don't know who's going to be here. You don't know how they're going to experience. My goal is to grow this business and exit and then show other women, especially minority women, what it looks like to exit. Wow, look at that. All right. Dang it. Thank you. >> Oh my gosh. >> Welcome to the bakery. >> This is amazing. >> Thank you. >> I don't even This smells like a bakery in here. >> Okay, so welcome to the bakery. This is the place where women bake their dreams. Our motto is dreams are baked here. And my goal was when I had built my first multi-million dollar company, I felt like finding other women in community was very difficult. And so I signed up for a bunch of co-working spaces like industrious and we work and I'm like all of this fabulousness. It was always very awkward for me. They're like why are you dressed up? I'm like I'm not. I'm just going to work. And it was so awkward for me. And so I was like, how and where is there a place where real community is built? And I couldn't find it in in Atlanta for women. Um so I built it. So this is our event space. >> Do Yeah. So this is our event space. So this event we have a really unique model where we can um do the it's called book bake build. So, we can book and you can book the space hourly or we can bake and you can use our vetted vendors where we get a commission from those vendors or we can build where we have our in-house team do the full event for you. >> So, like every single weekend >> all the way up until May we're like booked out in this space. >> So, where do people they sit up there like on a stage? >> They sit everywhere like so let me show you >> where Yeah. >> Let me show you some of the events that have been held here. Oh, >> so you can do it like this. There's like one event there. Oh, >> so that's just like a classroom style seated event um that we produced for one of our clients, Coach Stormmy. Here's another beauty event where they did that all happened in this room. >> All in this room. So that was like a beauty. Um, and they were launching their brand for Target. So they did that here. We've done so much with like Tik Tok here, a baby shower that was held here all in the >> color was brought in because they chose either your vendor, they brought in their thing. >> So many of our clients, they just want the white box so they can turn it into whatever they want. >> Um, we've had really huge conferences here. I'll show you. >> What's the website for people if they want to do something out here in Atlanta? >> The bakery co-work. And then our event space um website is Crearyy Studios. >> Crearyy Studios. >> Crearyy Studios. So, this event was held right here. Even this dinner was here. >> What kind of price points are people when people put stuff together like a range? >> It depends. It starts off so like we can do someone's baby shower for as low as like 3500 all in because we have everything here. So tables, chairs, everything. We all we already have it here. And we have our in-house event planner and caterer. So everything can be produced here. >> That makes sense. >> But we have events like Good American who came here and brought like 700 women and they wrapped around our building. It was for a casting call and they wrapped around our building. Um, and they paid us $15,000 to produce that event. So, it really depends on ranges. Yeah, it really depends on what you need. >> Some really interesting things happen here. Let's see the rest of it. >> Yeah, let's keep going. >> That's too impressive. >> Thank you. So, this is our conference room. This is the bakery co-work. This is where our members come to co-work. And every single Wednesday, we have a women's focus [music] teacher. So, yesterday they had like a vision board party. Um, at the beginning of the year, we had a tax strategist come in and talk to our members and non-members about [music] their taxes. So, every single women we have, every single Wednesday, we have women Wednesday here. And then our back rooms are telephone. Uh, they can do their podcast, they can do a private phone call room or they can do like a YouTube. So, >> okay. >> It's a part of our space. On this side is our all of our internal team. So, my marketing agency. So, we're at a photo shoot right now. Our whole team is at a photo shoot right now. Um, but we do in-house marketing. So, all the flyers, the graphics, the web development, everything that all of our clients needs comes from this office. This office is my digital community. Um, and our event specialist is there as well. Dominique, she's preparing for a baby child [music] right now. Um, so we have a digital community for female entrepreneurs. Um, we have about 2,000 women in that community and that's the office for that team. And then we have our um CFO and financial team. They're here. And then we have our offices. She works for a staffing company for warehouses. Um so they rent out this office. This is our wellness suite. So a part of our memberships, you get credit hours and you can use your credit hours towards [music] the podcast studio, the photography studio, or the wellness studio. So you can get a free complimentary facial or massage a part of your [music] membership. >> Wow. This is incredible. So this vision you had come to life when you walk in here every single day. What do you think? >> I'm blown away. [music] Even even just like what I'm blown away by is like the [music] different people that experience the space. So like yes, a couple of days ago we had like Natalie Nun here, but then the a week before that we had Martin Luther King III. in here. So, it's like wild experience. So, I'm blown away. >> If somebody's watching this and they say, "I want this in my city." How do they make that? Like, how do they work with you to make that happen? >> Yeah. So right now we are in our seed round of capital to raise capital so that we can start opening franchises because I know once this gets so popular. My goal is to grow this business and exit and then show other women especially minority women what it looks like to exit and then pour back into the next founder. >> What if somebody wants to franchise it before the raise or during the raise? You have a franchise program. >> Yes, we have a franchise program. >> Oh my goodness. that I think a lot of people might be interested in >> getting in touch with you and saying, "Look, I'm [music] in St. Louis. I'm in Houston. I'm in LA. I want to do this. You have the blueprint." [music] >> Yes, we have the blueprint. >> Can I be the bakery of LA? Can I be the bakery of XYZ? And you'd only be able to do one per city. Yes. >> Because that's how franchising works. [music] Certain regions. >> Yes. >> It's exciting. So, they would just go to your website. >> Yes. they would go to our website and then there is a there is a link on our website that says franchise now and they could click that link. >> Okay, very cool. >> Yes, let's keep going. So, these are all suite owners. So, they all rent their suite from us and then they pay us a rent [music] and this is our cafe that will be opening within I think 2 months hopefully making it through the permitting stage. But this is our [music] um cafe, 4,000 square ft² state-of-the-art um photography studio. We have a lot of clients that bring cars in, big sets in to do podcasts, like big huge productions um that are filmed in this back room. And then every single month, we change out the different sets based on themes. So, right now it's like all Valentine's Day themes for all the creators and businesses that come and create Valentine's Day content with us. >> What about um pricing for taking this over? >> $100 an hour. >> $100 an hour. >> $100 an hour. So, like a lot of clients, they come in and they want to get multiple looks [music] for they want to get multiple looks for their photo shoot and they don't want to just be on a white background. So now we have like a bunch of different sets where you can look like you are creating content all month long when really you're just in one place creating the actual recording equipment for a podcast. >> 100% video. >> Yes. Podcast, video cast. That's >> You have cameras? >> Yes, we have everything. Cameras, [music] mics. If we were to open up this um closet, it's literally cameras, mics, lighting, props. If you want Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'll get a key. I'll get a key. Um but >> you just tell >> cameras, mics, lights, >> all in here. >> All in here. It's like a huge closet all the way down of everything we need to produce in [music] here. This is where kind of all the madness happens. And it looked like madness back here. But here, so like this is from a baby shower two days ago, [music] but all of our tables, chairs, LED walls, LED lights is here. And then we have also another storage unit over for like all the neon lights and tables and just everything. So if a client, what makes us special is if a client comes to us tomorrow and says, "Oh my god, I have a conference." If [music] Arlland came to us and was like, "I have a conference in Atlanta. I have no location. I need everything." We could be like, "Okay, cool. Tomorrow, no problem. We got the chairs. We got the tables. We got the LED walls. We [music] got everything that you need to make that space look the way you want for your event." Oh, that's >> in like rapid time. >> I think there's so many people who are going to want to come through here. >> Corporations, [music] uh, soloreneurs, different people who just have different needs. It's just wonderful. >> That's my outfit. >> Okay. Um, and yeah, so this is a space and these are all of our founding 100 investors. So we started a new campaign in November where our goal was to get a hundred women to invest $1,000 into the bakery and we put them all in one network for them to [music] network with each other, be able to give access and resources to each other and as well as [music] um they got on our wall and they get to get invited to both of our conferences. So we have two conferences a year in [music] here. Elevate conference which Ann Malum from Solid Core was our keynote and [music] then um Bloom Conference is coming up in May. >> Oh yeah. >> Arin, what do you think? >> I think this is absolutely amazing. I'm so impressed by it. I'm so proud of you. I'm blown away. I can't even take it all in right now because it's [music] just even if it was just when we walked in, if that was it, if that was your clothing store, we [music] would have been impressed. But you just you just keep walking through it and walking through it and there's more and there's [music] everything is thought of. Everything is crafted. Everything has intention and meaning to it and [music] it's just beautiful. Okay. >> Thanks. >> Thank you. >> Thank you so much. See you. Good seeing you. Good.
