Today, I'm going to teach you how to become so dangerously intuitive that you freak people out because your intuition is always right. And whatever is out there that's profiting from you not talking to your higher self does not want you to become more intuitive because you being trapped in the box makes you a great servant to the world. They want you trapped in your ego, in your fear and your shame and your pride. And you're being programmed all the time by everything. your job, your family, politics, the algorithms telling you what to think and what to feel. You've gotten so good at picking up all kinds of external opinions and doing the function that you stop talking to your higher self. That's why you're always seeking external validation to the point where some of you don't even know what your intuition sounds like. So, when I say dangerously intuitive, I mean dangerous to the systems that profit from you staying confused. So today, I'm going to show you how to cut through the noise, stop second-guessing yourself, and stop outsourcing your thoughts. My channel is all about transforming your mind, body, and spirit. And if you're into it, you can join us if you want. You're already intuitive, by the way, but I'm here only to remind you how to hear it and how to use it. And then you can take that intuition and communicate with it and form your opinions and nuances and critical analysis. So this is why you can't hear it anymore. Most of us lost our intuition somewhere between our childhood and becoming functioning adults. You learned that you were inconveniencing other people. You need to not be a certain way and that the safest thing to do is to become a certain type of person so that you're very easy to deal with. And that's how you can find your superficial success. Let's just call it that. You become so good at learning what other people want from you that you don't even know what you want. That's why so many people out there are miserable and they feel trapped. And then we add the internet, social media, and guys, disclaimer. I know I live on the internet too, but like discernment and nuance is everything. Form your own opinions, critical analysis, and your intuition builds that discernment. For most people, your intuition is just buried under all these layers of noise. So, you don't even know how to hear it or to even trust yourself. It's almost like your inner guide or your higher selves is whispering to you, but your head is like a nightclub and you can't hear it. So, we're not even developing even more intuition, but instead creating more silence and ways to filter it out so you can actually hear it. So, what is intuition like? Your intuition can come through symbolically and not always literally. It may not always feel logical and it's very quiet but it helps you feel more connected to yourself to nature to interconnectedness and oneness and it feels loving and supportive not mean or judgmental because your higher selves will never be mean to you or shame you. So learn to tell the difference because that's your ego talking. Ego is loud, it's proud and it's obsessive. And your ego constantly makes you doubt yourself. It separates you from other people. It makes you worry all the time and it tries to keep you in a box and it does not want you to leave that box. So it makes you basically see the world in fear. There are different kinds of intuition like the instinctual gut feeling that you feel in your stomach. Emotional intuition where you feel it in your chest, mental clar cognism which is when your entire being just knows something. And that's personally what I have a lot of. There's also creative intuition which is basically flow state. There's spiritual intuition which is connected to your higher selves and higher purpose. Social intuition which is empathy. Picking up energies. Empaths and people pleasers are so good at this form of intuition so that they can learn to anticipate other people's needs sometimes to a fault. And then lastly, your body's own somatic wisdom. Athletes talk about this knowing when to rest. Sensing when you're about to get sick before you even have any kind of symptoms show up. So now I'm going to give you very specific tools and practices that you can start today. First of all, learn to quiet your mind because your intuition speaks in whispers. It's very soft. If your mind is constantly loud with worrying, plans, other people's opinions, you're going to miss it. So you have to learn how to sit with yourself in silence. Even if it's boring, boring is great. You can meditate for even 5 minutes and spend time in nature without your phone. No podcast, no Spotify, you and the sounds of nature. That's it. This reminds me of the movie Apocalyptto in the first scene. So, this movie is based in the ancient Mayan times where the main character can sense immediately that something is wrong even when his tribe couldn't because he's so connected to himself and to nature. And then he started to lose that intuition because of fear and insecurity, the ego that began to develop in his head. Meditation also quiets down that ego and gives you more of your energy back, more of yourself back. I know it may not seem like much, but I promise you it builds self-awareness to the point where I can literally separate my own thoughts from the external world so much better because of it. Things that feel true to you, trusting that the answer will come to you and then letting it come through. Body scans, your intuition doesn't just live in your conscious head, but mostly in your body. That's why we call it gut feeling. And this can feel like nervousness in your stomach or even tension in your chest. an inner knowing that something is off and a physical feeling of ease and comfort when something is going really well. And that's your intuition telling you something. So throughout your day, pause and scan your body, meaning notice every single body part from head to toe, one at a time. And there's also a lot of great meditations that focus on body scans. So before you make a decision, check in with your body. What does your posture look like? Are you getting smaller or bigger? And what is your stomach or your chest or your shoulders telling you? Your body holds on to memories that you forgot and knows things that your mind hasn't figured out yet. So, start to quiet down and learn to trust your physical body. And then when you do certain things like box breathing, like inhaling for four counts, holding for four counts, and then exhaling for four, and holding for four again, you start to calm your nerves down, and it's a great tool to connect with your body. I also love to journal my dreams. I actually have a specific dream channel on my stoic angels discord community because I like to encourage people to remember their dreams better. We really should not be dismissing our dreams as some kind of random brain activity. And your daydreams are also not a distraction either, but truly these are doorways to your subconscious mind. If certain things keep popping up in your head and you start having vivid imagery, flashbacks, recurring dreams, and random thoughts that keep coming back to you, these might be intuitive messages trying to reach you through the only channel that isn't cluttered with external noise, which is your subconscious mind. And your subconscious rules over 80 or even 90% of your entire being. You simply can access it better while you're sleeping because it's not filled with all kinds of stuff all the time. And then when you wake up, write down immediately whatever you can remember of your dream because you're going to forget it in the first 5 to 10 minutes. And then if a daydream keeps calling out to you, don't resist it or shut it down, but notice what it's showing you. And maybe write that down, too. The more you practice remembering the messages from your subconscious, the stronger of a dialogue that you can create with your higher self. And notice things that keep coming up, synchronicities especially. You know, like those moments when you think of someone and then they text you or you see them walk by you or when you keep seeing the same numbers or symbols keep coming up multiple times in a day or if you keep running into the same kinds of situations. I truly do not believe in coincidences. They might be the universe or your higher self nudging you in a specific direction. And if you choose to just dismiss it, then you're going to miss the message. I always actually notice that whenever I know that I need to have closure with someone, I will literally see them across the street looking right at me at some point. So, start noticing that whenever something feels like a meaningful coincidence, don't dismiss it and ask yourself, what might this mean? What could this be pointing me towards? And learn to move your body mindfully. These mindful physical practices can look like yoga, even dancing, or even just walking with more intention. You're enhancing your intuition when you combine physical bodily presence with your awareness. I love interpretive dance and choreography and I don't even know how to do it properly. I just do it and it's so funny when I do it. So, I do this alone in private so nobody will make fun of me or judge me. But if someone does see me and laughs at me, then we can laugh together. I find that whenever I do mindful movement, I'm able to do other things better like daydream better, visualize, fantasize better, which makes me a more powerful manifesttor. And your intuition gets louder and louder the more embodied you are. So embodiment means that you're actually fully living in your body. But most of us live up here by the way in our heads all day. That's why they call people neurotic because you're constantly up here and you're disconnected from the neck down. And that's really not where your intuition lives. It's very much nervous system physical body. And learn to trust your gut even when it doesn't make sense or feel logical. And I know this is hard and I get it because we've been trained to override our gut feelings with rational thinking and logic. And as much as the world needs logic, I guess to function, I hate it because it really keeps you in line, you know, it keeps you in a certain box. You have to question yourself like who invented that kind of thinking? Who does it serve? Sometimes your intuition picks up on certain things that your conscious mind can't even see yet. And that illogical feeling can actually be the most intelligent response that you have because when you look back on something where you had a weird gut feeling about and you don't follow it and then something terrible happens and you look back you're like I knew before I even experienced it. So if you don't know what I'm talking about you can start small and live in your body more than in your head and you can start there. So then eventually when your gut says something is off take note of it and see what happens if you do follow that gut feeling. Eventually, you're going to build more and more evidence that your intuition can be trusted. Especially if your gut says walk away, and you do, and then nothing bad happens to you. Then that's it working because your intuition is always right. And sometimes, especially in the beginning, you may need some additional support. Not someone to try and tell you what to do, but to help you hear yourself more clearly and confirm what your gut and your subconscious mind is telling you. This is where Nebula comes in. And they're the sponsor of today's video. Nebula is a spiritual guidance space designed for deeper self-discovery. I like to use my NATO chart for example to see my own alignment to my true nature before the world told me who to be. Basically confirming what you already know deep down but you haven't been able to access it. So if I ever need confirmation, I can always message one of their spiritual adviserss who are available 24/7 and they also have the experience to help you filter the noise and explain certain things to you. Then you can practice having your gut tell you whether you're on the right track or not. My link to Nebula is in the description. There is a short quiz that matches you with advisers who resonate with your energy. You also get the first few minutes for free. So you can check it out and let me know if it helps you. And then write things down without filtering yourself. Your conscious mind is full of other people's opinions, other people's voices. But your subconscious is where your truth lives. So practice grabbing a pen and a notebook. This is my practice notebook from my merch store, by the way. I designed this. and just ask yourself, what do I actually need right now? And then just write for 5 minutes without stopping. Do not edit yourself. Don't filter out whatever you're thinking. And don't try to make it sound good or correct or have any kind of standards. Have zero expectations. Just keep writing. And as you write, intuitive insights will appear to you eventually. Maybe you suddenly get clarity on something. Things that you didn't even know that you knew until you saw them on that page. Another thing that I actually noticed during my therapy sessions is whenever I'm trying to talk through my situation, I somehow already know the answer in my head before my therapist even says a word to me. And then what I would do next is basically talk myself through that solution to see if it sounds right. But don't filter yourself, especially not through the lens of whether something is moral or not. Because morality is yet another thing that humans invented to keep you on a binary, either good or bad. And our humanity is a lot more nuanced than that. And then lastly, I love keeping an intuition log. Get a small notebook. Even the one that I have for example, every time you have a gut feeling, a vivid dream or synchronicity, a moment where you just know something, anything, write it down. Take note of the date. Write the date down and describe it. And then later, you can come back to it and notice what happened. Over time, the more you do this, you're going to notice certain patterns coming up. You start seeing that your intuition was right more often than you realized and that evidence builds more trust. Trust builds confidence and confidence makes you dangerous. When you're a very intuitive person, you will start learning how much of it was actually buried before you learned how to build it in the first place. Under all these years of people pleasing, the need to be liked and to be validated, and also under the fear that if you actually listen to yourself, you might have to change something about how you live your life. And maybe you do. That is why intuition is so dangerous. Not because it's wrong, but because it's the truth. So, tell me in the comments, what is one thing that your intuition has been trying to tell you that you've been ignoring. I would love to learn this and hear your thoughts. But keep in mind that someone who trusts themselves completely is literally so much harder to manipulate and so much harder to control. After a while, you'll stop learning to ask everyone about what you should be doing and instead learn to hear your higher self and your guides tell you the truth. And if you want to be in the community of lovely people who are also working on themselves, you can join my Stoic Angels Discord server. And I hope you find this video helpful. Thank you so much for watching and I will see you in the next video.
