This right here is the Costco coupon book for March. And in here are over 10 deals I plan to buy today. I want to show you what you might want to buy, too. Those low Costco prices. And even though there's a couple sale items that look good, I want you to skip on them. This video is also sponsored by Thrive Market. But more on that later. Why? Because look at this, my friends. The perfect bar is on sale. Crazy. $6 off. You get 12 of them for $14. Most protein bars are like $2 to $3 a pop. What's nice about this is, yes, all organic, but all really clean ingredients. It's sweetened with honey. It's got organic milk in there. They get the protein from dried egg powder and rice protein. We're talking about 15 to 17 grams of protein per. And it's sweetened with 12 to 13 gram of honey. I always say this, it's a little high in carbs for me. It's about 27 carbs, but it's still a very solid option. And look at the oil. Sesame seed oil, pumpkin seed oil, olive oil. They used to have sunflower oil in there. Not anymore. They swapped out the seed oil for a good oil like olive oil. And I know what you're saying right now, but Bobby, sesame seed is a seed oil. Yeah, but it's not a processed inflammatory seed oil like canola or soybean. This really is a perfect bar, and the price is crazy. Next up, I'll show you a crazy price on a pantry item you don't want to miss. >> Correct me if I'm wrong. This could be the best deal ever on avocado oil mayonnaise. $3 off. So, $679 for 32 ounces. Go to any other store. Half this size of Chosen is usually $8. The Costco membership pays for itself in months. I'm telling you. Why is this so good? Well, if you were to bring out the Helmans and bring out the best, well, I don't think soybean oil is the best. Highly processed inflammatory soybean oil. They swap that for anti-inflammatory avocado oil. And the rest of the ingredients are perfect. The whole eggs in here are non-GMO. They go above and beyond. It's even glyphosate free. This makes a mean spread on a turkey wrap. You buy a wrap from Costco, you buy your turkey, you're saving serious money. And next up, I'll show you something that's great for your skin. Raise your hand if you're taking collagen every day. Longtime viewers of the channel know I take 40 g of this per day. I'll tell you why in a second, but holy cow. $6 off the tub to come out for 94 cents an ounce. Crazy. This stuff is normally a buck 50 an ounce at most places. This is the Organine one. Grass-fed collagen. It says it right on the front. It's great for hair, skin, and nails. And as we get older, my friends, I'm 48 years old now, which is crazy. The natural collagen breaks down in your body. This is a great supplement to it, and it does help with achy joints and it just makes your skin look great. Now, the difference between this and the Vital Proteins, the one I use at home, this one has probiotics in here, just a little bit of probiotics, which is the new trend at the grocery store. I don't care about that. I don't know the quality of their probiotics. But even though I like this one better, it's currently $1.25. Put this in coffee, put this in tea, bake with it. It's unflavored. It is so good for you. It's probably the easiest bio hack you can do for your body. And you're saving serious money. And next up, I'll show you one of the best air fryers on the market. This right here is a nifty air fryer. It's actually one of the ones I have at home. It's the Ninja Crispy air fryer. Inspect it. What's missing from here? The bad stuff is missing. There's no Teflon. There's no forever chemicals. It's all metal. It's all ceramic. It's all glass. And I've never seen it this cheap before. It's $35 off. It was 30 bucks off for the holidays. We're going lower, which you and I like. Also, I believe this is the one that has like the Costco extra glass container here. So, we're getting even more bang for our Costco buck. I make chicken tenders in here. Actually, my version of Chick-fil-A tenders with Polynesian sauce. I'll put that link in the description box. It's delicious. My only qual is maybe like the basket isn't huge, but you get three different ones and it's completely non-toxic. If you're in the market, I've never seen a deal lower than that. And next up, I'll show you something that could boost our immunity. Raise your hand if you're ready for some shots, shots, shots, shots, shots, shots. These are my kind of shots. Immune shots. Hello. Can you see through the fog? 10 shots for $10.49. These are normally two bucks a pop, if not more. other shot at a other stores. Why do I like this combination of pineapple, coconut, orange, ginger, and turmeric, very immunefriendly, lemon, echgonia, acerola, cherries, high in vitamin C, black pepper to activate the turmeric and burn that devil away. Plus, because it has the acerola, 70% of your daily value of vitamin C. These are functional and they work. I know it's spring and we're pushing the clocks forward tomorrow, but the cold and flu season is still here. Also, you only have four grams of natural sugar coming from the pineapple and coconut. I like these things, especially proactively, especially if you feel a tickle in your throat, and you won't beat that price, including the price I'm about to show you on a frozen pizza. It's on sale again. The good old Milton's two pack of cauliflower crust pizza. This is two massive pizzas for $9.99. And while it's not Bobby approved, compared to every other frozen pizza, including the Kirkland cauliflower crust, this is superior ingredients. Look at the ingredients. Cauliflower, real vegetables. There's a 1 g of added sugar in the pizza sauce. There's no filler. There's no artificial anything. There's no preservatives. My only qualm is the dairy. The cheese on here is not non-GMO organic, but for a frozen pizza, it's very solid. So solid, in fact, check out this short right here. I reviewed frozen pizzas from the grocery store last year. This got a very high score. The crust got super, super crispy and it was really, really yummy just because it's cauliflower crust. It's not low carb. There's still 25 net carbs here, but that probably is lower carb than a glutenbased pizza. So, if you want it, grab it for sure. Also, I want you to check out thrivemarket.com, my friends. They are the sponsor of this. Come on in. They are the sponsor of this video. I sold them. He's going to get the pizzas. Then >> you want to get Kirkland. >> Ah, he changed his mind. See, he was going to get Kirtland. Now he's getting the one on sale. Enjoy it >> right here. >> Nice. >> Love it. I want to want a commission from Milton. >> I want you guys to check out thrivearket.com. My link down below gets you 30% off your first order and a free gift. Yes, Thrive Market is like a 9-year supporter of my channel, which is nice. But pretty much anything you'd find in a normal grocery store is on Thrive Market, but it's cheaper. You save about 32 bucks compared to going to the store. And you order online, the box come to your house. I'll type out a list of my favorite items I get on Thrive Market, both food and personal care, and put it in the description box down below. And my link down there gets you 30% off your first order and a free gift. Let's get back to the video right now. I always have these in my freezer because I like to have side dishes that are quick and easy and the deal is great. So, these are Puravida Costa Rican inspired frozen vegetables. 4B for sub $10. I think this would be cheaper than buying the ingredients in here raw and cooking yourself. Why do I like it? Because it's fire roasted red pepper, zucchini, squash, onions, cooked in seed oils? No. Cooked in avocado oil. Even the salt is Himalayan unrefined pink salt. Amazing. Those are nutrient-dense vegetables, two grams of fiber per. And because it's fire roasted, you get that really good flavor. And once again, 350 off. Pair this with maybe some grass-fed ground beef, organic chicken from there, you have a great dinner. Next up, I'll show you something for your dishwasher that's new and on sale. These right here are new. I actually saw them last week. Now they're on sale. They're Blueland dishwashing detergent tablets that are completely non-toxic, EWGverified, unscented. $5 off is a great deal. A lot of these tablets and dishwashing detergent in general have really bad uh ingredients that can be toxic. They use scrubbing agents. They use fragrances and stuff like that. This doesn't have any of it. If you look at the ingredients, it's all plant and mineralbased, but it works well. And I'm glad they got this one, the unscented, because they do use a fragrance in their other ones, which I don't like. I love the unscented. I don't know about you guys, I don't like scented dishwasher, laundry detergent. I hate air scents like that. Those perfumes drive me crazy. You don't have to worry about with this. It's completely clean and the price is right. Speaking of clean, next up I'm going to show you an air purifier that works really well and it's on sale, too. I just changed the filter this morning on my home air purifier, which is slightly different this than this one, but it's a great deal. This is a Winnix air purifier, 30 bucks off. So, just under $100 for HEPA filtration. I talk about this a lot, but home air quality is really important. To have a decent HEPA air filter is really good because look at that. basically 100% of viruses, bacteria, mold, germs, smoke, and more. Really, really nice. Someone explain to me, it says that max room size 1844, but then this verified 384. Mine at home is very large and the max is,500 ft². So, I'm guessing 384 is the suggested room size. But maybe I'm missing something in this. Aham verified, which I'm not even sure which language that is currently, but I do know you probably need one of these in your house cuz HEPA is where it's at. And saving money is really nice. And I actually see something in my out of the corner of my eye that could be great for your kitchen. I just realized that Ninja has a lot of products at Costco. And this one's on sale. They call it the deluxe kitchen system. I see why. There's a lot of cool stuff that comes in here and it's $40 off. This would be a big kitchen upgrade. You get the 88 oz pitcher with the blender. Swap the blender for the 9 cup food processor to chop all your vegetables for your soup, stews, and chilies. Let's say you're making a protein smoothie like I did this morning, my new blueberry muffin flavor city protein smoothie. Pop on one of the two smoothie cars. take it to go with the drinkable top and if you call now we'll throw in multiple blade that this is literally crazy guys. Holy cow. You get all that for $140. I don't think you could possibly get a better deal if you need some kitchen upgrades. That's an awesome awesome find. And by the way, if you're watching the video still at this point, subscribe, my friends. This stat always amazes me. Over 75% of people watching my videos aren't subscribed. It's the cheapest thing you can do because it's free and it's the easiest way to support that channel. So, join the community of 10 million plus and subscribe because next up I'm going to show you something that people love that's on sale, but I want you to pass. So many people are going to buy the liquid IV. It's a great deal. You get 30 sticks for $21, but they call it the hydration multiplier. Riddle me this, Batman. If a stick is 16 grams and 11 of those grams is cane sugar, what are you paying for? There's barely any minerals, electrolytes, and all the flavors are natural flavors. And you might be like, "Well, Bobby, they make a sugar-free version." Yeah, they do. And they sweeten it with alulose, which is good. But look at the subingredients here. There's almost no minerals. The only ones are is 500 mg of sodium which is bleached iodine uh salt and then a little bit of potassium and then vitamin E and stuff is not hydrating minerals. I'm not sure what you're paying for here, but people love it. I wouldn't get it. Shameless plug. I would get this. This is what I'm drinking. It's the Flave City electrolyte. You can get it on Amazon Prime. If you look at this real quickly, tons of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, all the good stuff with real fruit, no BS ingredients. Don't grab that. Grab this. But next up, I'll show you two more kitchen items you definitely want to get. It's the piece of kitchen equipment you didn't even realize you needed. It's the vacuum seal machine, which I love. And it's currently 30 bucks off for the food saver that comes with some bags, too. They show it here. So yeah, you put fish, chicken, beef in there. It vac seals it. So when you put it in the freezer, you won't get the dreaded freezer burn. I live in South Florida, a humid environment. I can't put flour and nuts in the pantry. It gets rancid. So I vac seal it and I put it in my freezer to preserve the longevity of it. It'll pay for itself very quickly cuz it saves your food. For $30 off is nice. But look in the middle aisle, too. You get a packet of extra bags for a really nice price. We also have an 11piece cookware set from Greenpan, which is nice because if you can be my hand right now, the interior of this is all non-stick, but they don't use Teflon. They use ceramic, the non-toxic version of non-stick, which is why they call it healthy cookware here. It's always deceiving though with these cookware sets because they're like, "Oh, it's 11 pieces." They include the lids and the 11 pieces, but it's nice. You got a stock pot for boiling, a little egg pan here. For that price, it's really nice, my friends. So, when it comes to the March sale, those are the items I would buy. If I had to highlight my favorite ones, it would probably be the collagen, the mayonnaise, and the perfect bar. But you let me know your favorites in the description box down below. You have until March 29th to snag the deals. I'll see you soon. back.
