That's literally what she's saying to Taylor in this text message. In [music] order to sit with us, you have to be a fan of us. Oh, the cringe. Oh, the cringe. I could write entire epistles [music] from all the text messages that came out in the [music] Blake Lively versus Justin Baldon case recently because the more I go through what I read when it initially came out, [music] I am finding more and more things to talk about and not in the best way. So, the last couple of videos I have been specifically talking about the communications between Blake Lively and Taylor Swift, her best friend at the time. And the more we see these text messages and emails, the more you see a dynamic in their friendship that is confirmation of what we suspected about who these individuals are, these individuals who are part of Hollywood and the entertainment industry. But we're also going deep into their psyche, into the way they think and the motivations for their behavior. And what I am seeing in the text messages that I'm about to share with you that I'm going to focus on tonight is the mentality that these people have, these people in the entertainment elite, if you please. But also, it gives us even more insight into what I believe is the manipulation that Blake Lively exerted over all the people in her circle to alienate them from Justin Baldoni to make them think poorly of him so that they could help her in taking the movie from him and other future projects that he also owned the rights to. But the text messages that I want to focus on tonight are the ones that were between Taylor and Blake right after Taylor left this quote unquote impromptu meeting where she just happened to bump into Justin Baldoni as he was having a meeting with Blake Lively in her apartment in which because Blake asked her to, she spoke so effusively about how wonderful the changes is that Blake made to the script. How wonderful they were. But at the end of this meeting, after everything was said and done, I don't know if it was that same day or the day after, Blake wrote to Taylor to thank her for having done a wonderful job trying to convince Justin Baldoni of using her additions or her changes to the script. But there was a point that I had gone over that I didn't really pay much attention to that I really it captured my attention now that I looked deeply into it. Let's read it together. The most bonkers part to me is him saying to you he doesn't know pop culture. Made me more mad than anything he's done to me. His entire brand is disassembling toxic masculinity. He monetizes it. He does that talks but says that to you. Not only is it so rude but it's untrue. The thing that enraged me is you are in an absolute league of your own in being both the most popular artist alive and one of all time but also the most respected and awarded. We're going to revisit all this. We're going to go through all these points to see if she was telling the truth. Popularity doesn't normally coincide with laurels. In very few cases, it does. Steven Spielberg, for example, there's one. Do you think for a moment he would have felt comfortable saying that to him? Even if he didn't know his work, you would never make a point to say to Steven Spielberg about his work that you don't know it because you don't know pop culture. I've been raging ever since. Even though I know it all comes from what you said perfectly. He just wants to be in the room, but he has to act like he doesn't. I see it. I understand that it's opposite day with him. Listen to this part. He's so green. He thinks that's what makes him cool enough to fit in. when in fact it's effing enthusiasm, fandom, and respect for those killing it that shows you're confident with where you are in life. Let's break this down point by point, bar for bar. Okay. She says, "The most bonkers part to me is him saying that he doesn't know pop culture made me more mad than anything he's done to me." I would like to know what's the timing of this because from what I understand, the first time Taylor met Justin Baldoni, they hadn't even started filming yet. They were just at the point where they were talking. They were going through the script. They were trying to figure out their schedules. They hadn't even started filming. But for her to say, "It makes me more mad than anything he's done to me." At that point, what did he do to you, Blake? It's This is twofold. Number one, she's making it sound as if she's so angry that he insulted Taylor by pretending that he doesn't know pop culture. And she's also making it sound as if she's so outraged for Taylor that no matter what he has done to her, which at this point we don't know what that was, what she's been telling Taylor, she is even more enraged for her. What this is, what she's trying to accomplish with this is that camaraderie with Taylor. Of course, they're best friends. They don't need to establish more camaraderie. But what she's doing is she's establishing a camaraderie in hating Justin, in being against him. She is now framing it as now it's not just me who has beef with him. You have beef with him too. And I'm more angry for how he insulted you. How did he insult Taylor? By saying I am not familiar with pop culture. Is it possible that he was lying? that he was saying that to appear like, "Oh, I'm not impressed with you." Because we know that later on when he talked to Blake about this encounter, he said, "Listen, you don't have to enlist your famous friends to convince me that you're doing a good job. You don't have to convince me. I know that you're doing a good job." He was probably just, you know, being aloof to let not just Taylor, but also Blake know, I know what you guys are trying to do. you're trying to pull my arm to kind of to to kind of get me to to do what you want me to do. That's not how this is going to work. We have to cooperate. We have to come to a consensus together. And just because your famous friend here says that I should go with your script. That doesn't mean I have to do it. In fact, I'm going to make a point to to make it seem as if I'm not even impressed with her. It's possible. But, you know, he had his reason for doing that. But on the other hand, what if he was telling the truth? Not everybody's a fan of Taylor Swift. Some people are just not into her style of music. It's not for everybody. Some people don't listen to her stuff like that. Quiet as it's kept. And and you know how I feel about Kanye. I'm not a fan of his. But he didn't lie when he said he made her famous. I didn't know hardly anything about Taylor Swift before that whole incident where he embarrassed her at the VMAs. It really put her on the map. This was an international event that everybody was talking about. Even the president of the United States at the time made a comment about it because this was a major thing that happened. [clears throat] And a lot of people because they felt sorry for her decided to show their love and support for her. And in doing that, yes, they discovered that she's a very prolific songwriter. She's very capable there. She has some really cute songs that people can listen to and that they enjoy, that they can relate to, and that really propelled her career. But let's not pretend that Taylor Swift was like the Beatles back in the day. And some people who just never got into her music before the scandal or even after are not that familiar with her music. When I made my video, one of my closest friends, Nicole, uh, she told me, "Oh, yes, I saw your your video of Antella Swift, but I didn't really know much about her because I don't listen to her music." A lot of people don't. So, when Justin Baldon said, "Oh, I'm so sorry. I'm not into pop music." Who knows what led to him saying that. Did Taylor did he go up to her and say, "Oh my gosh, hi, Taylor. Nice to meet you. I'm such a fan." Really? What's your favorite song? and he must have been on the spot like uh to be honest [laughter] I don't really know know your songs like that but I know about you and I've heard about who we don't have the background to know why Justin said what he said but for Blake to make it seem like it was such a slap in Taylor's face ridiculous but what Blake is doing now she is laying down the tapestry for Taylor to now see him as her enemy, too. Because like I said last week, when manipulators are trying to convince a person of something that they're trying to convince them on, they need consensus. They know that the person is going to be more convinced if it's more than just me saying it. And there's no more effective way of achieving this than to convince the person you agree with me. We are in this together. You see what I've been telling you? You see? You see? Because now you have a partner to agree with you. And then she really lays it on thick when she's talking about he thinks of himself as a feminist, but look how he's insulting you as a woman. Oh my goodness. When this case is done, when it is said and done, regardless of what the verdict is going to be, even if it doesn't go to court, the damage that Blake Lively and her antics have done to the feminist movement, it's going to take a while to recover from that. It's going to take a while for anybody to take women seriously when they're talking about issues of equality and women being protected from predators and these kinds of topics because the way Blake has pushed this narrative and has stretched it to its limits when we are already seeing evidence that what she's saying is not true. that she has exaggerated greatly the things that she has accused Justin Baldoni of doing. This is doing great damage to feminism and it is the reason why so many feminists including myself are sounding the alarm really loudly because we don't want this damage to be done to a movement that was forged in the fire of women who were real victims of abuse and inequality. We can't have these people running rampant making all these false correlations between whatever it is she's trying to convince us of and the real problems of inequality in society. And you can tell she's really glazing Taylor in this whole thing about you are not only what does it say? You're the most popular artist alive. Can can we really say that? Can we really say that Taylor Swift is the most popular? Yes, she is up there with some of the biggest acts and everybody's going to look back and say, "Well, you know, she the Aeros Tour was the biggest tour in history." Do you know how long that thing lasted? The Aeros Tour ran for like 2 years. I'm not even exaggerating. She toured for 2 years straight. Okay? and she's a pretty popular artist. But if the era store hadn't ran that long, if she were like, I don't know, like Beyonce who has a husband and children to tend to and she couldn't just take off for 2 years and and just be on stage and all these arenas all over the world, would it have grossed that much money? Of course not. It would have been physically impossible for her to have made those numbers. And yes, she's also the artist. I believe she's the first artist who became a billionaire just from music sales. Do you know the tricks that Taylor has employed to squeeze every drop of juice from her fans? She sells like 10, 12 versions of every album. She does different variations of the music. She sells merch, which counts as album sales, she just And it's so funny because um this last one, the life of a showgirl, when she [laughter] announced, what was it like a week after the album came out, she announced the first variation? And when you look at the comment section, people are like, "Taylor, we we we just can't do this anymore." [laughter] her own fans were like, "How much more of this do you do you have to do? Don't you have enough money?" So, Taylor has manipulated her fans either by going on this gargantuan tour or overselling them the same music over and over again to achieve these numbers. But if we go by actual raw numbers, she may not even be that big. And as far as the most she what what did Blake say? Uh but also the but also the most respected and awarded. I decided to look up the numbers of awards. And when you look at the totality of all awards that she has received, all awards that she has received, not only the Grammys, because we know that Beyonce is the most awarded Grammy winner in history. So we're not just going to count the Grammys. We're going to count the AMAs, the VMAs, um the Brits, all the awards that artists have received. Taylor Swift so far has received 690 awards. That's a lot. But Beyonce so far has received 745 awards. And I don't even know if Beyonce is the most awarded music artist in history, but those are the tallies right now. So, so Blake was clearly manipulating Taylor when she says, "You're the most respected." That is not true. Yes, she's very popular, but she's kind of controversial. There's a lot of people who don't like her. They see what she's done and they're like, "Well, you know, you've done a lot of numbers, but they don't really respect her like that." And these text messages that have come out in this case are not helping her at all. The Grammys were last night and she didn't even show up. She didn't even show her face. So, it's very clear that Blake was embellishing these things and these are all signs of manipulation. And the whole Steven Spielberg thing took me out. Are you really comparing Taylor Swift to the Stephen Spielberg, ET, Saving Private Ryan, Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park? [laughter] This man changed the culture and he literally changed the world. He changed the way we tell stories. You're really telling me that you are comparing the man who gave us ET to Taylor Swift? Oh my goodness. The way these people glaze each other. I was reading their their text messages and their emails back and forth and the way they go all out. If there was nothing bad that they said in these text messages, I would still be embarrassed that people would see how manipulative these people are when they talk to one another. It's embarrassing. It's too much and it's it's disingenuous because nobody I know that as much as she was friends with Taylor Swift, there's no way that she could think that Taylor Swift and Steven Spielberg are in the same league. When she mentioned that Justin Baldon, he monetizes his feminism and that he's done TED talks, I don't know. I I I sense a little bit of jealousy there. like she is the kind of person who really wish that she had had enough success and be taken so seriously intellectually that she would be invited to to give a TED talk. And I don't know if by the time this is over, however it ends, if we see her popping up at the TED conference giving a speech about women need to be believed and they need to be protected, then I'll know she was really jealous. She's always wanted to do this and she she finally got her chance or her excuse to do it. But the part that made me make this video was when she said he's so green he thinks that's what makes him cool enough to fit in. When in fact it's effing enthusiasm, fandom, and respect for those killing it that shows you're confident with where you are in life. Do you realize how disgusting this sounds? He's so green. Like he's so new to this. We've we've been doing this for so long and and he's the new kid on the block and he thinks that what makes him cool enough to fit in with us. That's what she was saying. He really thinks he can fit in with us. Acting like he's not in awe of us, like he's not a fan. That's literally what she's saying to Taylor in this text message. In order to sit with us, you have to be a fan of us. Oh, the cringe. Oh, the cringe. [sighs] To be a grown woman thinking that a grown man is going to gravel at your feet and clap for you and be like, "Oh my god, Hercules. Hercules." so that he can have a seat at your table, your corrupt table. And let me tell you something else. People who think like this are so insecure because to need that kind of validation to even let somebody into your circle is such a sign of insecurity and weakness and jealousy. This is why I know that a lot of these friendships that are formed in these circles are not real. Look at how Taylor, again, I don't know if they're still friends or not, but the fact that she hasn't even opened her mouth to to to to write a statement even to defend her friend or her ex-friend to say, "Listen, regardless of where my relationship is with Blake, I believe what she's saying. And I believe that women should be safe in all environments and in all areas. Women shouldn't be harassed. and we should stand by something. The fact that she hasn't even whispered or insinuated some kind of solidarity with Blake if she really believed that something happened to her. That just goes to show that 10 years of friendship can go down the drain by who knows one word, one little insult, one little gesture that you didn't like. And while they were friends, look at what Blake had to be doing to maintain her friendship with with Taylor, saying all these wonderful things. Oh my god, you're the best. You're the you're the biggest, most celebrated, most popular, most rewarded artist in in all of history. And Taylor had to be say, "Oh my god, you're the coolest person ever, and you like me." It is just so superficial and flaky and fake and the slightest breeze will cause the whole thing to collapse because it's not real. I um I if I were Taylor Swift [laughter] because there were people saying what u I think people magazine who's still on the payroll obviously was saying reasons why Taylor couldn't be at the Grammys. reasons we saw the text messages. I wouldn't show my face either. I would go into hiding, too. This goes to show the entitlement and the the the disconnection from reality that some of these people live in. And when they saw somebody like Justin Baldoni who was a little bit too real, too sentimental, too emotional, I've said this in the past, I have no doubt that while they were filming and while this whole thing was going on, there may have been things that Justin shared with Blake that could have felt a little offputting. But if you see Justin, if you read his text messages and and you see how he is, he's giving golden retriever energy 100%. This man seems like the type of dude that is just like so eager to make friends and and I want to be your friend and and you can tell me anything and look, I'm going to share this with you. And it's like, dude, I I didn't ask I didn't ask you to say that. But it wasn't ill-intentioned. If you get to to know him, and again, I don't know this man from a can of paint, but based on what we have seen and heard, it just seems like he was just too eager. He was just sharing too much. He was oversharing. Oversharing is not the same as as being a predator and and and kind of honing in and and preying on somebody. I don't get that at all. And for that reason, I don't believe under any circumstance that this case should proceed as it is as it is is written. At the very least, the the SH part should be thrown out. And if that part is thrown out, the whole case goes out the window. But yeah, I I just wanted to share that with you because I was just so thrown off by the whole he can't sit with us if he's not our fan. Oh my gosh, Blake, you will never recover from this. Your career will never recover. We will never look at you and have some kind of a semblance of of I don't want to say that. I'm sure there's people who are always going to respect her, but just do better. Just just do better. Grow from this. Learn from this. Do better. Cuz this is not looking good. And I'm going to continue talking about this as as I go through more and more of the text messages. Uh, and if you want to see me talk more about this case and others, please subscribe to my channel.
