Moral outrage
Provoking a sense that something is deeply unfair or wrong, activating a feeling that demands action — sharing, protesting, punishing — before you've fully evaluated the situation. It's one of the most viral emotions online because it combines anger with righteousness.

Taylor, you still stand by that song cancelled. You really like your friends [music] canceled because I would think that at this time you need to rewrite that song. Maybe you should like your friends kind, empathetic, [music] genuinely humble, respectful of other people's [music] work and other people's property. See, those are the kind of friends you want to start surrounding yourself with so you [music] don't end up like this. You know how sometimes leftovers [music] taste better than when the food was freshly made? That's because when you give it time, when you put the food in the fridge after you've eaten the first round and it gets in the fridge and everything starts to congeal, the flavors and the seasonings get a chance to really get together and do what they intended to do. And so the next day when you take it out and before you even warm it, when you take a little taste when it's still cold, you're like, "Oo, this is nice. This is better than last night." You have to give things time for them to marinade for you to get the full flavor and the full meaning of what it was intended to be. That's how I feel about the text messages and all the communications that came out last week. I've had a week to look at them, to spend more time thinking about how they relate to information that was already available out there in the public. And now I'm getting the real flavor, the real complete profile, if you please, of everything that was said in the context in which it was said, the timing. And I got to tell you, Taylor Swift, I don't think a lot of your fans will ever see you the same way they used to. Now, let me be clear. I stand by what I said last week. I don't think it was so shocking to hear Taylor be so passionate in her dislike of Justin Baloni when she was talking to Blake Lively. I still stand by the fact that if you have a friend and your friend is telling you that she's having a horrible time working with a certain person, somebody that you barely know, and all you know about that person is what your friend tells you. Yeah, if you don't like him, I don't like him either. So Taylor calling him a that's not shocking to me. But the context in which she did it in light of her own experiences and her own criticisms and cries of victimhood, it kind of hits different. The first thing that I want to say that I didn't mention in the last video is that Taylor has been proven to be a boldfaced liar through her publicist. When Taylor was first called into question and she was called to the carpet, explain yourself, Miss Swift, she assured [laughter] us. Let me remind you, this was the statement that her representative put out. Taylor Swift never set foot on the set of the movie. She was not involved in any casting or creative decisions. She did not score the film. She never saw an edit or made any notes on the film. She did not even see it ends with us until weeks after the public release. That's what they said based on what we know. She did see edits. She was involved in decisions that were made. She tried to to influence Justin Baldoni in choosing Blake's rewrite of the rooftop scene. And I have to stop and say this because I have famously said that I have not watched the movie. I make a lot of videos about this case, but I have never sat down to watch the movie. It's just not my cup of tea. But now that the movie has been out for quite a while, if you go on YouTube, there are little clips that they show of little moments of the movie. And I've actually sat down to watch some of them. And among the clips that are already published for the public to see is the famous rooftop scene. What am I missing? [laughter] What was so special about that scene? It was a very mid middle of the road romantic movie scene where two people meet for the first time and they kind of flirt with each other. But all this drama over a scene that was so blleh that really didn't move me in any significant way. I don't know. Maybe I'm I'm somebody who's not into these kinds of sappy things. Although, I love a good romantic movie, a good romantic comedy. I love good banter. I love this this um the tension between two people. I just didn't feel it in this movie. So, you know, for for Blake and Taylor to go down over something so mid is is kind of tragic, isn't it? Taylor lied. Okay. And I understand why she would lie. She really didn't want to have anything to do with this lawsuit. Now, if her good friend had filled her in and told her everything that was going to come out, Taylor should have been prepared. Somebody should have told her that eventually the text messages were going to come out confirming that she was actually pretty involved in some key moments of the making of the movie and that it would look terrible for her to make such a vehement denial and then for it to come out that she lied about the whole thing. Remember, Taylor has finally come out of the cloud she was under the whole Kanye and Kim thing about her being a snake. The whole thing is Taylor got a reputation of being a liar and a snake, of doing things in one way and then sneakily trying to get out of it, pretending that she had nothing to do with it. This is the last thing Taylor needs for this to be confirmed. And the amount of people that I'm seeing saying Kim was right, Kanye was right, this has got to be giving Taylor some terrible deja vu because to do everything she did to come out from under that whole thing, I think it's coming up on 10 years since this whole thing happened and Taylor finally climbed her way back up to the top of the food chain. I mean it was masterful how she was able to get out of that only to fall back because of this. Did anybody know that there was going to be a lawsuit or my theory is correct that they all thought we are going to file the lawsuit. We are going to have the New York Times article written. It's going to spook Justin. He's going to back down. He's going to do a public apology. He's going to gravel. He's going to disappear. And then I'm going to drop the case. and it's never going to go to discovery. Did everybody think that? Because if you had any lawyers that were worth their weight in salt, they should have told you this is a gamble. It's possible that you filed this lawsuit and he kits back. So, you have to be sure that you can go through the whole distance with this case if he decides to push back because the worst case scenario happened. Justin not only hit back, but he came with receipts. So that's number one. Number one, Taylor is in deep, deep hot water because she lied and she has been caught with her hand in the cookie jar in black and white. Undeniable. It's not a matter of interpretation. But next, and even worse, is the fact that text messages that Taylor sent to Blake show very clearly that she was a key point person in facilitating Blake Lively obtaining the text messages from Jen Abel's phone, which was stolen by Stephanie Jones and was the basis for Blake to do the Vanzan sham lawsuit to be able to subpoena, secretly subpoena the content of Jen's phone, which were already illegally obtained by Stephanie Jones. But remember the name Stephanie Jones. Stephanie Jones used to do PR for Justin Baldon and his company. At some point, she was let go. Now, even though they fired her, one of her employees, whose name is Jennifer Ael, still continued to work with Justin and his company. This made Stephanie Jones very angry because Stephanie has just been fired by Justin. So, she's wondering, "If you work for me, why are you still working with them? Why are you still talking to them?" Jennifer went up to Stephanie and said, "You know what? You're right. So, I quit. I don't work for you anymore." And Stephanie then started accusing Jennifer of stealing her clients and stealing information, proprietary information from Stephanie's company. And she said, "Give me your phone. If you're not stealing from me, give me your phone to prove it." Stephanie took that phone, downloaded everything, all the conversations, all the text messages. Taylor was somebody who was a part of that. Even if it's not how it appears, the fact that she knew that Stephanie Jones approached Blake and said, "I have this information. You're going to want to see it. You need to subpoena me and I will give you everything you want to know." Taylor is now involved in the case. Not only in this case, but she is now involved in the Jen Ael lawsuit against Stephanie Jones. She is a critical witness because she knows firsthand the timeline of events. Taylor can't get out of this now. In fact, if it comes out that she was a material member of the chain of command of those text messages that were stolen, Jen can go after Taylor. She can sue her individually for knowingly facilitating the private information of her phone to be disseminated to people who had no business having that phone. This is the worst thing. This is the worst part that came out of this. And Taylor is going to have to deal with that. Best case scenario, she's going to have to settle out of court with Jen Able to kind of get out of that. Wow. This is uh Taylor Taylor, you still stand by that song cancelled. You really like your friends canled because I would think that at this time you need to rewrite that song. Maybe you should like your friends kind. Maybe you should like your friends empathetic, responsible, genuinely humble, respectful of other people's work and other people's property. See, those are the kind of friends you want to start surrounding yourself with so you don't end up like this. And by the way, Stephanie Jones is done. She's true. I don't know any person who would ever want to be represented by somebody so callous and calculating who not only would break the NDAs that she has with her clients and former clients not to reveal their secrets, not to disclose personal information that she became aware of while she was their representative, but to try these backdoor maneuvers that allow you to avail yourself of people's private conversations. I mean, there were conversations that she was able to to steal from Jen that were of personal nature that had nothing to do with her work. Who would want that woman having their secrets? She's done. She's absolutely done and good riddens. And today we saw an article that came out where Taylor through obviously her publicist was the one who planted this story is talking about how she feels violated because her private messages that she never intend to be out there are not out there for the world to see. But you had no problem with Jen's messages ending up in the hands of people that had no business seeing her private communications. See this whole thing about rules for thee but not for me. It's not really going to fly anymore, Taylor, because we've seen behind the curtain. We've seen how you get down when your fans are not looking at you, when you're not standing on stage and pretending that you're the nicest person in the world. No, all these things are indications not just of your behavior, but your moral compass. Who are you really to your core, Taylor? And these communications leave a lot to be desired. It's a shame. It it it's really sad. Another point of hypocrisy that these text messages reveal is the fact that Taylor, who spent so much time crying about the fact that her masters were taken from her, that she had no control, that this was her life's work and it ended up in the hands of somebody that she never wanted it to end up and she didn't get a chance to save her masters, to do with them what she wanted. But she knew about Blake's plot to take Justin's work away from him as somebody who truly felt like she was a victim when her her masters were taken from her. You didn't own your masters. Your masters were owned by your record label which was partly owned by your dad who enriched himself from the sale of your masters. And this this the fact that she's so such a bold liar makes me question the statement she made when she made the announcement that she lost her her masters because she I remember that she said I wasn't even given the courtesy of advanced notice. I wasn't even told that my my masters were being sold and I found out just like you guys when the announcement was made publicly. How is it possible that your dad, who got a $15 million payout when your masters were sold, didn't give you a heads up, that this was going to happen? Now, I know that that was a lie. There is no way that that sale went through without your prior knowledge. Your father should have warned you ahead of time, and I'm sure he did. So, that tells me that she knew, but she decided to make this big fuss about not getting her masters. But she had no problem with Justin losing his work. And this is another point that I was thinking when I was getting ready to make this video. Like I said, if you have a friend and that friend is in dire straits and they are in a position where they feel like they need protection or they need backup, of course you're going to back them up. But part of being a good friend is also talking your friends off of a ledge. When you see your friends in the middle of what they're going through acting irrationally and talking about, "I'm going to do this and I'm going to do that." That should have been the moment for Taylor to be like, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Slow down. Let's let let's think about this. I know how you feel. I know you're frustrated. I know that you think you can do a better job with this movie, but Blake, that's his movie. He bought the rights. He's the producer. He's the director. this is his movie and I understand how you feel that you could do a better job and I agree with you. I think you're so brilliant and you're a genus and you know the way these people glaze each other. It's so cringy. Why does every communication between them has to look like a Jane Austin novel? It's it's embarrassing. It's ridic. But she could have said all that she said and she said, "You know what? If you feel that he's such a terrible writer, director, like he's in over his head and this is going to be a disaster, leave. Just leave the production. Didn't you tell me that you didn't sign the contract? You're off the hook. Just leave. Just tell them that you have creative differences and it's time for you to leave." And remember, she was talking about this before filming even started. She was trying to convince Justin Baldoni to let her rewrite certain scenes, which was really Ryan rewriting the scenes, doing scab activity because he wasn't supposed to be writing while there's a writer strike. She could have helped her friend Blake exit the movie before filming started. She could have helped her. That's the job of a good friend. Not to just say what your friend wants to hear, but to actually tell them the truth. It's not right for you to take his work as an artist. I know what that feels like when people take the stuff that you have worked on that you were hoping to to to wear with pride and say this is mine to have somebody take it from under you. That hurts and you don't want to do that to him. You don't have to. Let's look for another novel that you can option and you can work on it from beginning to end. But please just don't do that. It's not going to be good for him. but especially it's not going to be good for you. It's not good for your soul. You're better than that, girl. I know you. Let's work on something else. I'll help you. That's what a good friend would have done. And I have a feeling that the reason why because when the movie finished filming and she was trying to convince her famous friends to watch her cut of the film so that they could back her up and and convince the studio that her cut is better. She wrote to Matt Damon and his wife and also Ben Affleck. But it turns out that Ben Affleck didn't even acknowledge what she was saying. And at first I thought, okay, didn't they have a little affair? He probably wants to forget about that. But I think that it's because Ben is a director producer, and the way she was talking about Justin Baldon, calling him a doofus and a clown, I don't think that sat well with Ben. Ben was probably thinking, "You know what? That that's that's very disrespectful. That's a director. That's his movie. He optioned it. He directed it. He hired you guys. He put the whole thing together. You may not agree with his vision, but that's his vision. That's his movie. Stay out of the kitchen." And so, I don't I think that that's the reason why he didn't respond to her. Matt, on the other hand, him and his wife are kiking and joking back and forth with Blake laughing at this guy because Matt is just an actor. Now, I don't know, has Matt ever directed a movie? Let me know in the comments if he has some kind of a director credit. I'd probably look at it and and put it on the screen, but I don't think so. So, he's coming at it from a different point of view. He's coming at it from an actor who may have been in sets where he thought, I could do this better, but he should have respected Justin Baldon's role and kind of encouraged her and say, you know what, this this does not look really good in the industry. People are going to be a little iffy working with you if this is how you move if they see that this is how you treat the person who really put this movie together. So, you might you might want to tread lightly. I'll take a look at your thing, but you might want to reconsider. A good friend would have said that to her. And now the comment that everybody's talking about, how Taylor called Justin a with a tiny violin. Like I said, if my friend tells me some horror stories about a guy, we're going to talk trash in the DMs. But it's the context. It is the context in which he said it. Number one, and again, this implicates her completely in the case. She's gonna have to testify. She will be a hostile witness. She's going to be compelled to testify because she knows too much. And in that comment that she made, "Oh, this little he knows something is coming." She had prior knowledge of the New York Times article that was being written to destroy Justin Baldoni. She knew all the way back in October. The New York Times was also caught with her pants down because this is clear evidence that they were working on this article previously. I mean, the case was was thrown out by Judge Lyman. So, I at this point I don't know if if Justin even has recourse to say, "Hey, here's the evidence of what I was saying that they conspired with Blake to do this story ahead of time and they didn't give me enough time to issue a response." But the fact is, Taylor knew about this article being written ahead of time. But the fact that she made that comment, that very crash comment about, "Oh, he's pulling out his tiny violin." When he put out an article talking about his own experience being the victim of SA from a previous relationship, it is almost unforgivable. somebody who calls herself a feminist, somebody who calls herself an ally of people who have been victims of assault, someone who had to go to court about an actual SA that she went through and won that case and became a champion for people who wanted to speak out about situations like these. for her to be so callous in the way she spoke about this man when he opened up and became so vulnerable talking about something that men don't talk about. And he did so to show solidarity with victims of assault who are mostly women. Shame. Shame. Shame. Shame. And imagine if this was flipped because something I noticed a week before these text messages came out, a story started circulating on the internet that Taylor and Travis had to postpone their wedding. That they stopped all wedding planning because they were going through a lot and Travis was mulling a decision whether he was going to retire from the NFL after a pretty abysmal season. and she's going through some things and there there's some distance between them and they decided to just put aside their planning of the wedding and focus on each other so they can deal with what they were dealing with. Imagine if it came out that Justin after reading that article took a photo of it and sent it to his friends and say, "I think this little knows that something is coming up. I think she knows that her text messages are coming up." So, she pulled out her tiny little violin and wants us to feel sorry for her and Travis and what they're going through so that when the text messages come out, we'll feel some sympathy for her. Imagine if Justin were to have been caught talking about her like that. You know what? If that were the case, it still wouldn't be as bad as what Taylor did. Because what she was mocking, something so personal and something so traumatic, is way more egregious than if he were to mock her little article about we're postponing wedding planning because we're going through some stuff. So yeah, the any way you want to switch this or turn this, it doesn't look good for Taylor. It just doesn't. This whole thing has backfired worse than I could have ever imagined. This case is one of the worst mistakes Blake and Ryan have ever made that it's going to make them look so bad. This looks beyond terrible for both of them. And now for Taylor. Like I mentioned in the last video, Ryan desperately wants to be liked. He needs to be liked. And now that these text messages are coming out, the way he was so unhinged, going after Justin, calling him all kinds of names, relentlessly going from one person to the next, trying to convince them that something is wrong with this man, bringing him up, even in conversations that had nothing to do with him, just to always put that in there. I hate this guy. You should hate him, too. I'm not surprised. Today was an article that came out that saying that he's on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Yeah. Yes. Yes. Y'all did this to yourselves. You ruined. You had a really good thing going. You people, based on everything that I'm hearing and I'm seeing with my own eyes, you are horrible people. But we could have gone our entire lifetime not knowing that. But you exposed yourself. You really flew too close to the sun and now your wings have been burned off. Can't blame anybody but you. But man, I I would love to be a roach on the wall of Blake and Ryan's apartment and listening to Ryan screaming on the phone, screaming to his lawyers. Why is this happening? You shouldn't have done this. Now, as for Taylor, Taylor is going to come out of this. Taylor is the teflon dawn and she's going to come out of this, but back to the hole you go. Back to to the drawing board. back to being a victim, back to being public enemy number one after you worked so hard to get out of that. You're back in there. It's a good thing that you just finished your biggest tour because like I said, she did this tour so that she could go away, get married, have kids, and when the kids are in school, then she's going to come back to music. But I don't know. She she she might be pulling out her diary right now like I need to answer to I need I need to save myself. Let's see if it works this time. H I don't know. I don't know. She's getting older. She's attaching herself to a man who might just embarrass her one time too many. But I know she's happy that she got her flowers. She gave herself her flowers through that era tour right before it all fell to the ground all over again. As for that friendship between her and Blake, I don't know if they're friends. All these text messages show that throughout the time that we had assumed that they were kind of distancing themselves from each other, they really were were were leaning in. And if if you didn't believe that Cancelled was about Blake, now you know I told you this song was about Blake. She's talking about how she loves her. However, I believe that the song was written while she was going through the whole PR of the movie and people were criticizing her about the flowers and the and the promotion and that she looks callous, like she's not talking about DV and she's acting like this is a romcom and she's selling her alcoholic beverage. At that time, they were still friends. That's the cancellation she's talking about, not the cancellation that came after the lawsuit that came after. The song was already written. So, I believe that she wrote that when they were still in the thick of things. However, she put the song in the album. She could have scrapped it. This album came out. When did it come out? Uh, put it on the screen. Yeah. This was way after the lawsuit came out and all of this ensued and the whole thing that Blake threatened to release the communications between them and that it was going to be embarrassing if she doesn't publicly say something to support her. This was after that that the album came out. She could have scrapped it. So why did she keep it in the album? I don't know. Maybe they are still friends on the low. All I know is the way Taylor has been moving throughout this situation, not acknowledging Blake, not being supportive of her. I don't know. I I don't know what to think, but I I'm I'm not sure 100% whether they're friends or enemies at this point. There might be enemies now. Now that this stuff came out, perennial victim Taylor Swift is now she's looking for somebody to blame. Who's she going to blame? Blake? Who filed the lawsuit? That's why we're reading all these messages. It's not Justin Baldoni who did this. He didn't want this. He tried to He played it cool. He kept it cute. He pretended that everything was fine. Blake opened this can of worms. So that's the reason why we are reading your messages, Taylor. This is why you're feeling violated right now because of your bestie. Are you still friends? Anyway, don't tell us. We'll probably find out. But anyway, that's my video for today. Thank you so much for watching. Please subscribe to my channel if you'd like to see me do commentary.
