25 card PSA return Jordan Kobe LeBron Ohtani success

What's up, YouTube? Uh, I'm excited. I got a PSA order return of 24 cards. Technically 25, but I did end up taking one PSA offer. Uh, I think I had around $1,600 in PSA offers. Uh, I wasn't so keen on taking them. I wanted to take them back. Um, a lot of the cards I'm actually going to keep. Uh, but just for one random quick update, I got a eBay authenticity guarantee order back from PSA/ eBay, and it came in this this um one-touch mag. This one's like a a Teeu version of a OneTouch Mag. It's like a cheaper plastic, but it was actually a Pokemon card. Um, if you're curious, it's a Skyidge Kabuto Tops Hollow, but there was so much space between the the Pokemon card, which was probably up to here. Um, it was probably bouncing around there. I mean, this will be great for sports cards, but for TCG, I could see like the uh the headlines now, people saying, "Oh, my Pokemon card was damaged in this holder because it was bouncing around, blah, blah, blah." I don't know. But I just thought it was interesting because I did receive the Paul skins a while back in a one-touch and it was a nice one-touch. All right, so for the order, let's open this bad boy up. I used to grade a lot and we'll see if I still have the eyes for um knowing what's good and bad just in terms of condition. All right, so this appears to be the back. I believe I heard that there's no like rhyme or reason of order of how they send the cards back. Just gonna take this off camera to make it easy. Okay, let's put those aside. Let's actually put this down here. Okay, so the first card that I took the um offer on was a Webyama Levitation. I guess I'll do the little money tracker thing. Um I've always seen those on the YouTube videos, but a Webyama Levitation PSA 9. Um I have another order with a lot of duplicates from here. I'm a proponent of separating your orders because I if you put all your eggs in one basket, you don't know how it's going to go. So I took the offer on that webyama. Um, I believe I was around 39 or $40. I saw buy it now on eBay for 42. So, it was a very fair offer. I think there was a recent buy it now at a higher price. So, that's why um they were offering so much. Okay. So, we'll just go through the cards one by one. 1999 1999 1990 Fleer Jordan. I thought this was going to get a nine from the top to bottom centering. Left to right was okay. Um, very clean card. Otherwise, this one did get the nine. Okay, this is a 1996 Topps NBA stars Michael Jordan. This one's really I can imagine the 10 would be hard just cuz it's black. The edges were actually really crisp, but the corners have just just the lightest amount of whitening. This one I I thought I was going to get a nine or 10. Thought I had a chance at a 10 and it got the nine. Next card, a second year rookies and stars 2010. Uh Steph Curry. I have two more of these out in a different order. Um I thought this had a shot at a 10. Um it's pretty clean. It's white around the edges, so it's should be a little bit easier and centering look good. This one got the nine. The next card's a cool one. It's upper deck 1998 Century Legends. This one has um Julius Irving on the back. I think there's two in this order. Uh, this one's has a lot of foil flaking, but the three that I sent, I have one in another order. I think that one was the better one. I thought these all had a chance at a 10. This one got the nine. I'm definitely okay with nines on any Jordan. In my opinion, getting a nine on a Jordan is almost like getting a 10 on any other card. Okay, I have two more of these out. It looks blurry because you can actually look through um 3D glasses. So, this is an Upper Deck Proview 3D Jordan. Uh I thought this one was a Clear Cut 10 and it did get the 10. That's nice. I have no idea how much it's worth, but uh this one's going to stay with me since it got the 10. Okay, next card. Ah, this card. Okay, the Fleer Metal Jordan. I thought this had a shot at a nine or was a clearcut nine. the the corners have a little bit of whitening, but these usually have a lot of indentations. Um, yeah, I was hoping for the nine and this one unfortunately got the eight. So, I don't know what went wrong there. There's little bit of indents from his name, but that's normal. A little whitening down here, which could have caused it. So, we'll see. I I may just keep this one in the uh the slab. These things are really hard to It's almost like a rubbery slab now. The new ones, it's really hard to crack. Okay, Goodwin Champions. Uh I thought originally this one had a shot at a 10, but when I looked at it again, the centering's off top to bottom. So, I would be happy with the nine on this one because it was super clean otherwise, and it did get the nine. Okay. Uh 1997 Stadium Club, the Bulls team card. Thought this one had a shot at a 10 and this one got a nine. So, I'll just keep it as is. This is tough cuz it's super glossy. Like extra extra glossy. I don't know why I got the nine. I don't see much wrong with it, but I'll take it. Well, I guess I have to take it. All right. The 1999 Upper Deck Higher Power MJ3. Uh, this is a sweet card. I I really like this one. I'm going to keep it. I thought it had a shot at a 10. The corners have just the lightest lightest touch of whitening. Um I think on the back as well. This one got a nine. Um quite a big profit. This did come from the the Jordan collection and I really thought this had a chance at a 10, but I'll have to look over that one again. Okay, this is the the biggest disappointment. The 98 Metal Universe. I thought originally this has an outside outside shot at a 10. I looked over on the back and there were a couple couple print lines like very very faint. So I was thinking there's no way this isn't going to get anything below a nine. And what did I get? An eight. So I've I've graded a number of these in the past and I never get anything higher than an eight. Um, there is a little bit of usually you'll see flaking on the back, but I don't see that. Um, and on the top the dots come through as like a embossed portion. But I may, this one I'm definitely going to crack out and try again. Upper deck hardcore Jordan. Thought this had a shot at a 10. This one got a nine. So, at least we're getting nines. I mean, pretty consistent. There's probably minute flaws. I feel like other cards, non Jordan, would get a 10. Okay, Barry Sanders season's best thunder and lightning. I would love the Jordan Thunder and Lightning, but I can't afford that. Um, at least at this moment. This one has a touched corner. I was hoping for the nine. Uh, but this one did get the eight. It's hard to tell on the back, but that corner has a little bit of a ding. Yeah, you can tell right there. I bought it raw. Uh, but this one will stay in my collection. Been collecting Barry Sanders. Okay. Uh, 2025 Makami. The team um the team cards for the Dodgers. Uh, Otani. This one I thought had a shot at a 10 and I did get the 10, so it's great. Oh, what is this? Huh. All right. This is This is new. Uh, this came with my uh PSA order. It seems to be some type of card. I wonder if this was used for anything. I don't know. Okay. Uh, 2023 Hoops Webama Rising Stars. So, this is actually a super super super short print, you could call it. Um, it looks like the hoops rookie, but this is only given the the rising stars were given in silver packs at the 2023 or 2024 All-Star game. There were two or three cards in a pack and it's tough cuz the corners are all touched up. I thought this one had an outside shot at the 10, and it did get the 10. It's a It's a pretty low pop. I have no idea what this thing is worth. Uh, I'm definitely going to keep this one because it's it's a harder, more rare card. Um, yeah. Sorry. I'm so I'm just so thrown off with this random card that I got with my PSA order. But this is a nice card. Uh, I'm glad I sent that one in for sure. Okay, second year. Um, team leaders Steph Curry, David Lee, and Mont Ellis. Uh, this I thought had a shot at 10. I have a few of these or I think I have one or two more of these in another order. Thought this one had a shot at a 10 and did get the 10. So, there's not many of these actually in the population. Uh, I'm going to be hoarding some Steph Curry cards. Okay. 2009 Panini Prestige Kobe Bryant. This Steph's rookie year. Thought this had a shattered 10. I did get the 10. It's just a base card. Uh, LeBron James Upper Deck Silver First Edition. Uh, 2009. Uh, Steph Curry's rookie year. Thought I had a shot at a 10. was very very very sharp and it did get the 10. Okay, 2009 again Steph Curry rookie year or Goodwin champions LeBron James. This one looked very very nice. Uh I I was like quite positive this would get a 10 and it did get the 10. Okay. Uh 2010 Rookies and Stars team leaders. Just thought this was a cool card. I have two more of these out in at PSA, but LeBron, Wade, and Chris Bosch. Um, this one, all three that I have all I thought they were going to get tens. This one got a nine. I have to look this one over. And uh, this is the the Century Legends with Julius Irving on the back. I think in a PSA 10, it's like a $200ish dollar card, but there's a lot of foil in the front with Jordan. And I think it's going to be hard to get tens with these. This one. Yeah, this one looks really nice, too. There's not much wrong with it. I wonder if it was a centering, but this one did get a nine. Okay, another 2008 SP authentic LeBron. Sorry, not another. This is the first one. This one looked really good. Not many the population, but it's just a base retail card. I got the 10 Okay. LeBron rookies and stars 2010 base. Uh, I thought this had a shot. Strong shot at a 10 and it got a nine. Okay, next card. Klay Thompson. Uh, his rookie year SP authentic auto. In hindsight, I should have gotten the autograded. I've seen a few more of these just in the u the registries, but his autograph is usually off the sticker. And this one, the bottom is questionable if it's coming off the sticker, but it was this one looked really nice. Um I I thought this was going to get a 10 just from seeing no flaws, and it did get the 10. Pretty high gem rate, but not not too many of these out there. The last card, an offcentered 86 fleer Patrick Yuing. Um, originally I thought maybe a seven just from the centering, but everything else on the card was actually really really good. I I think it has a shot at I thought it had a shot at seven to eight and it got the eight even with that centering. So, you know, centering isn't everything with these. It's hard to This is almost like 3565 maybe. But the card itself was near immaculate minus just a little bit of whitening down here. Don't have this card. I'll add this to my collection. I don't know what my totals are, but I'm definitely happy with this order. Uh I'll have another similar 25 card order with a lot of same cards that I sent multiples of. So, um this ended up going pretty well. Thanks for watching.
